Like mentioned in the pictures it was just a simple hitman gov, he was very trusted by the gov so as a reward he got bits and pieces of the govs secrets. At some point it decided to join rocket corp in search for leads on some people. During one of those days in rocket corp someone has told victim that it had knowledge of government secrets. So they shoved him into a machine that extracts information out of the brain and makes them into a cd. He was also given the bands for “protection” (which yes they could do) but it was just a tracking device. Traitor was like “errm what the actual flipity flopity” and proceeded to bust his ass outta there. The cd can be obtained and activated with a disk reader BUT in the process of doing so you’ll have to kill Traitor which is not an easy thing to do. Anyhow after that he hid on alanspc in his little corner and decided to now help sticks .

today i started thinking about super smash bros and generally any fighter like that and i thought to myself “hey, what if charles was in a fighter?”

this lead to me brewing up a mental image of charles’ ultimate move, that being at the beginning of the animation just before the ultimate was an headshot of the pilot with a determined face saying “its calvin time!” the ultimate is of him already in his helicopter and crashing it into p1, a huge explosion accompanying it
