I think its funny when the fics are self aware and have the prsk songs we hear inside the fic like they wrote it (im still not sure if its implied they wrote some of them or if.its implied that the songs are different, for example the sekai songs before an unit did songs, or lyrics being different)

I think with Yor being so perceptive, she picks up on little things often (like we saw in ch 103). i believe this would impact loid more so than the usual person, because he is a spy and fakes every part of himself, so to be seen is simultaneously desirable and horrifying. like, it makes him torn between wanting to accept and reciprocate the love, or distancing himself so that it doesn't happen again.

thats mostly what the last panel is about, that dichotomy between 'omg this person noticed this about me, is this love' and 'oh shit this person noticed this about me, is this Doom'

obizenyuki is really the idea of three strangers who come together under varied not ideal circumstances and yet fall in love and find a home with each other despite everything the social world tells them. obi was knighted so early on in the story and his role as a knight is stagnant for the most part the way he is cherished and loved just kind of developed over time where he isn't just that one guy that tried to kill shirayuki and mess with zen but like ryu said he's her bodyguard. she has faith and trust that he will protect her but that was never going to be enough because now she wants him to stand with the rest of them in the future. he's not just safety he is home!! and zen's relationship with him is just as important considering that it feels so different from the bond he shares with kiki and mitsuhide and it still feels like he thinks of obi as home as well (and vice versa)

yozakura kyoichirou and his boyfriend izumo kai are so iconic to me. the strongest spy in the underground, and the president of the spy association. they have black/white motifs. kyoichirou brought his boyfriend into the underground because he realized that even though kai lost everything he can start over. they call each other by their first names. kai is one of the few people kyoichirou had taken his gloves off around and reached out towards. they see each other weekly and have a special code phrase where it's just kyoichirou offering snacks. besides his family kai knows kyichirou best. they bitched about the little matchgirl parody and their opposite viewpoints got them kicked out because kyoichirou wanted a happy ending and kai wanted a tragic ending.

i love the idea of apollo being a troubled foster kid (i mean it makes sense considering his circumstances) before getting into law, so i drew him how i'd imagine at 15/16 (maybe? i didn't think too hard about it while drawing). i definitely went out of my comfort zone of cute soft art because i didnt think it'd fit, so i did more harsher, sketchier lines and cell shading instead of nice blended shading, which i am not used to at all. also yea thats his binder hes trans. extra version that's just lineart <3

I like that Chilchuck says that he only stayed on to help with Falin bc he was paid upfront so couldn’t quit when he wanted to, but later admits to the orc teen that he could’ve quit, and didn’t because he was too stubborn to let her go. And the reason he regretted it was because he felt like by having that hope he ended up putting his friends in danger. And then also out of everyone in the party he was the one who ended up breaking down in tears because he wasn’t able to handle watching his friends risk their lives. That man cares more than anyone he just can’t drop his hatersona. Life is agony for repressed middle aged people who love deeply.
