Dude, procreate crashed while I was trying to draw this because I keep all my art in canvases with page assist on so I end up having like. 60 layers and 20 groups 😭😭😭 I almost lost the file… it also contained the prowl from my previous post…

Luckily I also save the .procreate file on my devices but it was still a lot of progress on this one I would’ve lost 🥲

I’ve cracked the code. I can render metal that looks good now… I think. I’ve literally been struggling for a year because I didn’t know how to create an effect that I was satisfied with 😭 turns out I didn’t need any special brushes and this was literally just the round brush I’ve been using for forever
