This is Souad, my sister, a child who was no more than 3 years old. She, like the rest of the children in Gaza, was forced to live every harsh moment in this war with us. She was the most intelligent child in the family. My mother was very keen on teaching her and memorizing what she could of the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s hadiths, until she quickly mastered what she learned. She was not more than two years old. Everyone who sees her says that she is older than her usual age, not like other children. Her actions, her words, her childhood. We always encouraged her and protected her. What a child can learn at this stage. She always preferred every gift we gave her and remembered it every moment. She would wake up in the morning asking about... Her toys and belongings are like the rest of the children, until this damned heat took everything from her. She now does not say a few words day or night to my mother. When will we return to our house? When will I play on my new car, my bicycle, and my dolls? Mama, bring me back to the house and I will clean it for you. When will my aunt and her children return from the madness? B, Mama, we don’t want to go to the south, we want to go to our house. Mama, when is there going to be a truce? Mama, there are negotiations, and it hasn’t failed. These words come out every morning from a girl who was no more than 3 years old, and she was holding her hands to her ears because of the intensity of the sound of the bombing. She saw these words. The little girl is something that no child in the world can bear to see. She saw the pieces of children and came out from under the rubble and glass. This is not just her situation, this is the case of every house in which there is a child. Every morning she wakes up wanting her most basic rights, which is a livelihood soaked in blood here in northern Gaza. She waits for hours and we take her out because we cannot secure her the most basic rights
This is the condition of the children of Gaza. Save what remains of the children of Gaza, for they are starving. Save what remains of the hearts of the mothers of Gaza, who are breaking at the sight of their children screaming in hunger. Is this what you are doing for them as children who do not know what they are doing? How can they forget all those damned moments that they saw? With their eyes 💔

FIRST PIECE-GOFUNDME WRITEUP
My name is Rawan Muhammad, and I am communicating with you from northern Gaza. I am studying in my third year in the Engineering Department. My future, my dreams, and my university have been destroyed. I am seeking to restore my unknown future because of this damned war, like the rest of the world’s students. My family and I are facing unimaginable hardships. Imagine an entire sector without water or electricity. There is no food, hospital, education, or home. We are on the verge of famine in the north. The terrible loss of our entire family shattered our lives. Our home was completely destroyed. Not only that, we became homeless forever because it was taken into the entity's buffer zone, we were left with nothing, leaving us alone in a world full of uncertainty and despair. With no source of income or support, we find ourselves navigating through these difficult times amid the ongoing atrocities of the occupation. Every second a new massacre is committed and rings of fire that no person in this world can bear. During this ordeal, I appeal to you to extend a helping hand to us, and to offer hope and comfort in our darkest hours. Your generosity can make a profound difference in our lives, providing us with the means to rebuild and forge a brighter future.
Can you describe this and focus with me for a moment, but try the feeling of every Gazan among us. 8 months ago, this damned war on the Gaza Strip began. It did not come out of nowhere, but rather because of the siege we are living in in this beautiful city. There are no free crossings open to us like other countries, no trains, no jobs, and no people’s most basic rights. Simple in any country, everything is controlled by a murderous Zionist entity that controls us
Every Gazan among us had dignity and self-esteem that was distributed to the whole world, and he sat at home happily, despite the sorrow we were experiencing. We were satisfied, relaxed, and thanked God for the little things. Everything was simple and made us happy. Our demands were simple, despite what made our specializations under this, including usurpation. It was considered... He made a great effort in the Middle East and stood alongside the largest countries in the world with the largest weapons in the world towards simple adaptation that did not have the equipment and equipment, but always relied on God.
Come, listen and focus on what Al-Ghazawi has been experiencing since October 7. No one has remained in his home since that day. We have all become displaced from place to place, under the belts of fire, under the remains of innocent women and children, under the rubble of houses that have become graves for their people. During this period, only one ambulance was able to go out. Anyone who left as a martyr was directly targeted, even if he was under international protection
They did not spare an ambulance or a journalist to broadcast the truth and the crimes committed by this accursed occupation. They were doing so to conceal the hideous truth that they were committing against our children, our women, and our elderly. I remember during that period, I did not sleep for just a single day due to the intensity of the bombing, the fire belts, and the hideous massacres. I was saying every second, “Here it comes.” It was our turn. We were all bearing witness to ourselves. Perhaps it was our last breath. No one would accept us to sleep alone. We were gathered in the same room. You can imagine why, so that none of us would feel sorry for anyone.
It was committing massacres in a very crazy way. The sound of the drones and the warplanes did not leave the Strip for a single day. Imagine, 24 hours a day, you hear that sound. Dear listener, our people were deceived into leaving to the south, considering it a safe area. More than 2 million people were displaced to this area. They tasted the scourges of torment in this small, inexhaustible outpost. It can handle this number due to its small area and the army entering every area and destroying it. After they used to rest in their homes, they began to move in tents from one area to another every now and then due to the ground entry of the occupation. Have you tried living in a tent and enduring its extreme heat, dear? You can imagine since that day there is no internet. In the Gaza Strip, there is no reassurance transmission, and there is no drinking water, and since that day, this city has not been illuminated
We now walk very long distances to obtain water. Our most basic rights are not potable water, but rather well water. We use it for drinking and other means. We no longer have a washing machine to wash clothes. All of this happens in the hands of the women of Gaza. We cannot fill a single barrel to use it to rinse the utensils. We fill the utensils and wash them. You can imagine. How difficult this is. There is not a single gas point in the Strip to use for cooking. We buy wood at very high prices for cooking. There is no electricity to charge the phone or battery to use for lighting. You have to walk some distance to find someone who uses solar energy to help you charge to meet your needs at nominal prices. Can you imagine? This suffering is not the hunger that afflicted us for months in northern Gaza because no aid truck has entered since the beginning of this aggression.
Everything has become insanely expensive due to high prices. The Strip has become on the brink of famine. Imagine your child waking up to get a living and you cannot meet his request in northern Gaza due to the lack of a living. My people in the north were going under death, under tanks, and over the bodies of martyrs who rose to get food. Every night, a new massacre was committed against these civilians who went to silence their starving children. Otherwise, they were deprived of their education, as their schools became shelters for the displaced, and there were no banks from which to spend your salary. If you wanted to receive your salary, you would receive half of it because of the high commission, so the sector became on the verge of poverty. Due to the lack of banks, everything in Gaza was destroyed. There was no house, street, mosque, hospital, school or university left to complete my dream and future that I started with. Everything was completely destroyed and nothing remained in Gaza except the complete destruction of the infrastructure. This is the goal of this damned war 😭
To this day, we cannot buy anything. We were deprived of all kinds of vegetables and fruits for 8 months in the northern Gaza Strip. Even if they are available in small quantities, their price is so crazy that you cannot buy them. You can imagine all these crimes happening in a small city in exchange for an organization that relies on God. Save what is left of us in This great city conveyed our voice to the world 💔😭
The situation is very bad in the north. Famine is hitting us again. We cannot really get food now. There is no gas or wood for cooking. The situation is very bad. We do not have our most basic rights. For 8 months, we have not eaten meat, vegetables, fruit, or anything that is found in malls, such as chocolate and chips. 💔 And we were satisfied. We ate the grasses of the earth and animal fodder here in the north for 5 months, and here the famine returns again.

PARADI5E is a fictional girl-group signed to Doucet Records. They released their first single MANTRUM on August 25, 2023.
The group was created through Finding Paradise, a show seeking to find the next big girl group. Over the course of fifteen weeks girls were eliminated until only five remained. The members are : Chloé "Coco" Burton, Axelle Ryder, Lennon Sun, Josie Rolland, and Paloma Vidal. Their fame came quickly. Soon personal lives became non-existent and Instagram followers quadrupled.
Follow the girls of PARADI5E as they take over the world.
Tumblr media
Chloé "Coco" Harlow Burton was born on October 31, 2000 in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is the middle child of her family and the only girl. Coco does not currently have a relationship with her family.
Music was a "later in life" passion for Coco. Originally, she wanted to be fashion designer. For years she was set on attending FIT and dress Hollywood snobs in the most magnificent clothing. This dream came to a halt when Coco met Axelle. It was freshman year when Coco and Axelle became best friends. There was no separating the girls, they did everything together. Axelle introduced her to the art of sneaking into karaoke bars and singing; Coco has not looked back since. She became obsessed with learning to play the guitar and write her own songs. Axelle taught Coco how to read sheet music and how to use Garage Band. Coco took a leap of faith and applied to Berklee College of Music. She got in. Axelle was not as lucky.
When Coco left for college, she and Axelle lost touch. Coco tried her hardest to hold onto her friend, but was unable to maintain their relationship while in Boston. When she came back for Christmas break her sophomore year of college, Coco ran into Axelle at a party. They talked until three in the morning. Coco kissed Axelle then did not speak to her until the televised auditions of Finding Paradise.
WHAT PLACE / AMOUNT OF VOTES : Coco finished first with 6.3 million votes. She was consistently a fan-favorite.
INSTAGRAM FOLLOWER COUNT : 11.2 million
Tumblr media
Shufen "Lennon" Sun was born on March 17, 1998 in Bakersfield, California. She is the only child of a single mother.
Most of Lennon's life was dedicated to working in show business. Her mother, a talent agent, made sure that her daughter would never live a normal life. Lennon started out as a child actress, doing the occasional commercial and guest spot on Disney channel. When she entered her teen years, Lennon became a model. She was signed to Versace for a number of years before moving to Gucci. She gained a large internet following before she even reached her twenties.
Before landing PARADI5E, Lennon was involved with some callbacks for some network comedy but had to back out due to time conflicts.
WHAT PLACE / AMOUNT OF VOTES : Lennon finished second with 6 million votes. She was consistently a fan-favorite. Her fanbase assumed she would end up first so they did not turn out for Lennon.
INSTAGRAM FOLLOWER COUNT : 17 million
Tumblr media
Axelle Juanita Ryder was born on September 9, 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona. She is the youngest of four girls.
Axelle was born into a family of musicians. Her father was a classically trained pianist, her mother was a music teacher, and her sisters would go on to become producers, sound techs, and back-up singers. It was only natural for Axelle to have a knack for all things music.
A few months before freshman year, the Ryder family moved to Minneapolis in order to be closer to extended family. On the first day of school Axelle met Coco. Coco was the coolest person she had ever met. She made Axelle want to be more carefree and unapologetic. In return, she taught Coco everything she knew about music. They applied to Berklee together, but only Coco got in. Axelle ended up going to the University of Minnesota to study English. Her bitterness towards Coco sucked the joy from their friendship. Axelle held onto this resentment for years. Then when they met again at a Christmas party, she thought they could rekindle their friendship. That was before Coco kissed her and disappeared once again.
WHAT PLACE / AMOUNT OF VOTES : Axelle finished third with 5.5 million votes. She was always on the cusp of eliminations until the ninth episode.
INSTAGRAM FOLLOWER COUNT : 8 million
Tumblr media
Josephine "Josie" Heather Rolland was born on July 12, 1997 an hour west of St. Petersburg, Florida. She is the oldest of two. Josie and her sister were raised by their maternal grandparents.
Josie grew up in a trailer park. She learned how to play the harmonica and the bongos from one of her neighbors a few trailers down. Josie was okay at playing instruments, but God did she have a beautiful voice. Come middle school she would always be cast as the lead in whatever production the school was doing. Josie sang in chorus and sang at a shitty little bar down the road.
She dropped out of high school to focus on her music. For years Josie would busk and sing at weddings to make ends meet. In 2021 she was able to open for the punk band Holy Destiny. For a brief period of time she was a back-up singer for them as well. She dated the lead singer and lived a comfortable life before he cheated on Josie with a groupie. After this heartache she decided to try out for Finding Paradise.
WHAT PLACE / AMOUNT OF VOTES : Josie finished fourth with 4.9 million votes.
INSTAGRAM FOLLOWER COUNT : 6.5 million
Tumblr media
Violeta "Paloma" Vidal was born on December 28, 2001 in Houston, Texas. She has an older brother.
Paloma is very quiet regarding her personal life. Many have their own fantastical speculations about why Paloma would rather not talk about her life before PARADI5E. In truth, she is an un-successful nepotism baby and is trying her damndest to keep that fact from getting out.
Fans of PARADI5E don't really care about Paloma. She doesn't exactly add much to the group. Many are confused about how she was able to get in the group over other girls
WHAT PLACE / AMOUNT OF VOTES : Paloma finished fourth with 4 million votes. She was 1,000 votes ahead of the girl behind her.
INSTAGRAM FOLLOWER COUNT : 3 million

some photos i took from emerson college’s encampment for palestine. most of these were taken only a few hours before the boston PD attacked hundreds of protestors and brutally arrested 118 students, most of whom were poc, jewish, and/or queer.
anyone who spent any amount of time in the encampment will tell you just how much it brought us all together—there was always food, music, arts and crafts, and hundreds of messages of support written in chalk.
after the BPD was done brutalising us for peacefully protesting, they power washed down the walls of the encampment—all of these messages are gone. theyre trying to erase what happened, but they’ll never truly be able to. everyone saw, and everyone will remember.
