Ava promised Rune that she'd make a Funland just for him when they were kids, and she did. Rune got to experience an amusement park for the first time in his life.

Every parents only wish is to see their child grow up, Rune got to see Jade become an adult. He got to watch as she grew up, and became the little lady she is now.

All he ever wanted was to fly, and now he is.

Now Rune and Kalia get to watch over Vast and Atlas together. Rune gets to watch all of his friends live and experience life to the fullest.

He gets to watch his sibling fall in love and bicker like an old married couple with their rival, he gets to watch his sister build more amazing builds,

He gets to watch the love's of his life grow old together, who knows- maybe they'll even have another kid someday too..

To Rune: it was worth it.

But to everyone else? It probably never would be.

I think a really interesting angle of the Telchin which I THINK ABOUT ALL THE TIME, that we really only lingered on a little during Fable is like… how much they are a self-fulfilling prophecy of Lenarius’ own making.

Len didn’t have to kill the Telchin. They hadn’t done anything wrong, and they weren’t even involved with the war at that stage. But there was a chance they could have joined Fable’s side. There was a chance they could have joined the Overworld. There was equally a chance they might have followed Len to ally with the Nether, since it was established they did have trade. But it wasn’t a chance he was willing to take.

There was a chance the Telchin could have been a threat, and Len decided to eliminate that chance, only for it to blow up in his face.

The Telchin only turned evil because they weren’t given the chance to do anything else. And it’s not that the telchin’s actions were justified by Len’s betrayal in any way. Their actions were evil, undoubtably. They chose to do what they did. They allowed themselves to fall that far. But they only began to fall when Lenarius pushed them. The projects happened because Lenarius forced their hand. And directly because of Len’s decision, Leviathan was created. Casus was captured. The oceans ended up filled with drowned and guardians, attacking surface dwellers as well as telchin. The people he was nominally attempting to protect, the innocent parties in Fables war, were the victims of his decision.

The Telchin aren’t a fallen Adam and Eve situation. They didn’t betray Lenarius first.

God turned on them.

And I think that’s tragic and fascinating.

Ngl, I could see Fenris, Ocie, Centross and Caspian getting high together- I think Ulysses and Aax tried getting high, but didn't really like it/ just wasn't interested

I think Rae would be curious abt weed and ask to join in, only to have said panic attack. But I could also see Rae just dissociating while laying on Caspian's lap
