there is nothing wrong with you for liking cartoons, comic books, cosplays, dolls, nickelodeon, cartoon network, superheros, disney, fanfiction, video games, drawing, basically anything that is label to be “kids stuff.”  life is too damn short to be boring; who the hell wants to just be into things are acceptable by adult standards. 

enjoy the things that make you happy, and if it’s something that people view as immature and childish you should not be ashamed. you are fine the way you are.

Friend break-ups

You always see a relationship ending before it does but no one prepares you for the day where you and your best friend "break up".

It hurts more, it's harder to believe and at the end of the day you miss them like hell... Or so I thought.

It was a great friendship with hours of endless laughs, serious talks, and just having a good time. The thing is when someone is so close to you and you spend all your time with them you begin to lose sight of what's healthy and what's abusive. It comes to a point where they walk over you, talk badly about you, hell, even forget that you have feelings too. The "jokes" turn into sneaky ways of them telling you the truth without having to deal with the confrontation. It's the easy way out. It's pathetic really.

It's hard to take a step back and look at the big picture and realize that even though they say they loved you, their actions say otherwise.

Remember that it may be hard to find friends and to open your heart again but your tribe is out there waiting for you. Give yourself to the universe and flow with it, don't search, don't look, don't worry. Once you stop looking, it'll be right in front of you.

Never love anyone more than you love yourself and never let anyone treat you less than you deserve.

You're the goddamn universe and people around you should help you shine, not drown you out.
