1. Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. To make it harder you can try raising your feet off the ground.
2. Lean back so that your body is at a 45 degree angle to the floor. Make sure you keep your spine straight. Holding a weight, put your arms straight in front of your chest and slowly rotate as far as you can from left to right.
3. Try to do 12 full rotations in one set.
