WEEKLY KCAL PLAN
Monday: mid res (500+dinner)
Tuesday: mid res (500+dinner)
Wednesday: high res (200+dinner)
Thursday: low res (800+dinner)
Friday: alternate low res and fast then b/p
Sat:fast until dinner
Sun: fast until dinner, 300 after dinner
I keep minimal portions for dinner as i cant measure exact calories
