I made green tea, but I forgot there was an old bag of chai in the kettle, so I mixed chai water with decaf green tea, then I mixed in like a half table spoon or something of that honey from the dollar store that they aren't legally allowed to call honey because there's too much corn syrup in it and some almond milk and a single drop of coffee creamer because we ran out and???? It tastes like??? Nothing????

The current state of the spn fandom is like. If there was a poll that said "Who has longer hair: Sam or Dean?" and people decided that long hair in this context was a more positive attribute Dean would still win the poll somehow

I love/hate how Dean's character post-hell does make sense tho.

Like, all his fear of abandonment, not being loved, turning to manipulation to keep the ones he loves (mostly Sam) from leaving him, his whole attack dog persona so he's not the one being hurt first, his codependency towards Sam increasing tenfold, so much that I feel s4-s5 Dean was so afraid of his own dependency on Sam that his first reaction was to lay blame on Sam, and give himself an excuse to disappear from their dynamic.

But then Sam dies and he realizes he never wanted that "family" without Sam, it was all a mistake and he lost the person he loved most just because he was afraid. And then he gets him back, but that person is so damaged from the sacrifice made for Dean and a result of Dean's self destructive and untrusting behavior, so Dean hates himself for it, but he can't take the blame. He doesn't want to be on the receiving end of judgment, real judgment, only the kind Sam could dole out to him or a torturer from hell could do to him physically. And the cycle repeats and he just gets worse, more possessive, more afraid, more devoted in his messed up way.

He's got the memories of old Dean, maybe wishes to get back to their dynamic, but hell Dean consistently disrupts the trust between the two. Doesn't even allow Sam the chance to love him, doesn't accept Sam's love, just accepts that Sam should be there as he always has. So Dean's arguments don't make sense, they're mostly emotional even though he tries to grasp onto the "no chick flick" persona, but he sure as hell doesn't have it. He doesn't know how to talk to Sam about Sam's own traumas and he can't talk about his own. So his only answer is "Please Just stay here no matter what"

Dean jokes with a woman at a bar that she has amazing tastes for being into him and not into nerds like his brother. She laughs and says "It's not even about that. I just don't find him attractive." and Dean immediately stops laughing.

He is confused, shocked and appalled. He was joking. He cannot phantom that someone can't find Sam attractive. She probably just didn't get a good look at him! There's no way she isn't into tall, wide shoulders, narrow waist, big hands and plainly adorable Sam. He actually goes to fetch Sam to show him to her.

The woman is still not interested in Sam and the conversation is getting heated because is she implying that Dean's brother is unattractive??? Who does she think she is?! The conversation only gets weirder and weirder as Dean keeps praising and raving about his brother's ASSests.

They both get kicked out of the bar for causing trouble and Sam is in utter disbelief at what happened. While they are walking back to the car Sam tears Dean a new one because what the fuck was that??? "Dean, you almost undressed me in the middle of a bar because the woman you wanted to sleep with said I wasn't attractive and then got mad at her when she didn't change her mind! What the fuck is wrong with you???" "Oh, I'm sorry for not wanting to sleep with people with no taste." "What????"
