You live and you learn
1,370 miles away. That's how many miles away I am from the only life, I've ever known. 300 days, that's how long I've been gone. I guess you could say I've been putting that the quote "The grass isn't always greener on the other side" to test. After almost 10 months of being here, I've realized that you do infact live and learn. I like to think that I live life with no regrets and in turn believing that everything happens for a reason helps me live that way. Those two sayings go hand in hand. After being gone for so long I will be returning home in a few short weeks. I do not regret that I picked up and left my hometown and the only place I've called home since I was born. I am rather thankful for the lessons I've learned, the things I have triumphed coming here. With this I will finally be able to go to my home state and become who I set out to be when I moved here. This is just the start of my journey and those of you that would like to follow my journey I thank you. Until next time!
