Their forms can be hidden to appear human, but their eldritch horror forms are spooky!

They ARE monsters after all!

Virgil’s shadows coalesce into creepy spider legs and he has many eyes grow in during his teenage years. His back looks like creatures are trying to burst out of him. It’s a predatory illusion (or is it?👀). He can make webbing of course, and his “mandibles” are just for show and can retract. His fangs have the venom.

During his teenage years, Remus’s body splits and all the nasty tongues hang out and slobber everywhere like the gross watery predator he is. He can totally feast from that mouth and it’s despicably gross. He can grow as many tentacles on his back as he wants, and in any size. He’s usually dripping from somewhere, it’s very unsightly.

Both of their true eldritch forms are MASSIVE when properly showing them and are several stories tall.

Deceit is SO proud of his monstrosities!

ok but its hard not to imagine virgil and remus having been friends at one point. like, yeah virgil is thomas' anxiety so it would make sense for him to not like most of the stuff remus suggests. but like??? So many of my intrusive thoughts are CAUSED by my fear and anxiety.

how funny would it be if, for some reason, Roman and Remus only had each other for a little after the split - they didn’t know how they fit in with the other Sides so they just avoided them for a while - and when they finally fell into their respective groups (light vs dark) they had kind of adopted each other’s mannerisms and sayings and whatnot??
