Recipe for worlds healthiest oatmeal:
½ cup steel cut oats
¼ cup mixed nuts
Sprinkle of dried blueberries, cranberries and goji berries
½ scoop whey protein isolate
1tsp chia seeds
1tbsp linseed
1tbsp cacao nibs

Life update
Figured that I haven’t been very active on here, so would give a little update on what I’ve been up to and what my plans are.
I just finished at 6 month internship working for a biopharmaceutical company as a research scientist, having spent the previous 6 months working in the Bahamas as a tropical marine ecologist (where I didn’t touch a weight, and ate like shit).
In mid October I will be moving to Canada (via California for a week) for a year (+), at first by myself. I’ll be starting in Alberta and then meeting up with some friends that will be coming out in the new year. I don’t have a firm plan for Canada at all, but am planning to do a season planting saplings next year.
Once I come back I’ll hopefully have a place at a university to start my masters - I’ve decided to go for it and apply for marine biology related courses. A few universities in England, USA, Canada and the Netherlands.
That's about it. Still vegetarian, still lifting weights, still kinda in shape.
