Since Zach is doing other things with his life and is not a villain anymore, someone else would have to get the role. Someone else with the means to turn the brothers into animals... both bodies... and minds.

well, since we got the father, let's talk about the mother!

Elise Varmitech, a sweet retired teacher that does have no idea what her son is up too.

She just knows he works with robots, but not about his villain past or the "favours" he does for the Kratts' not-so-merciful missions.

She raised her son as a single mother, most times struggling to make ends meet. When he got rich, he gave her a house in a peaceful, beautiful area and even gives her a montly "allowance", that she often donates most for charity. They are still in contact.

For your Anti-Hero AU, I have 2 questions.

1. Could i ask who the new villains are?

2. What's going on with Paisley? Cuz we know abt Gourmand, Donita, and Zach- but what abt Paisley? Like is she dead? Is she alive? Is she not even a villain yet? [srry im just curious]

Well, I think there's many, many villains around, but most of them wouldn't last long since the bros are not very interested in keeping them alive.

I've been using a few villains created by @concook20 for some stories (thank you by the way, friend!), buuuuut I have a few villains I created that I also plan to use!

Here's some of them:

(Still doesn't have a fixed name yet, I'm between Tammy Tamer and Paloma Pedigree).

She's a excentric millionaire that is known for capturing, "taming" and selling wild and rare animals.

As soon as she hears about the brothers, it became her number 1 objective to capture them and have them as trophies for herself (using less than ethical methods and maybe a tampered suit or two).

Mortimer Morault (name can change).

Despite his name being a refference to Dr. Moreau, this son of a gun is not even a doctor. He's a bored rich man that likes to make gruesome tests involving animal features, and the brothers are his perfect testing subjects.

His scars and acid green eyes are a result of testing his projects on himself when he doesn't have fitting subjects. He's a lunatic but we have to admit he's a brave one.

Carlos and Marcos Brawler (my friend helped me name them!)

Twin brothers that capture wild, dangerous animals to either made them fight in front of a audience, or to perform stunts with them. And yes, they also would want to have the brothers on their grip to use them as fighters.

And finally...

Arthur Varmitech (Zach Lore Jumpscare!!!)

A washed-up actor down on his luck, he left his family when his son was just a child to pursue his dreams... what didn't work out for him quite well. He suddenly finds the milk as soon as he finds out that his son is now a billionaire, and wants to get some of that money reconnect. Zach obviously tells him to go kick rocks. Not one to give up easily, he tries to get his hands on his son's fortune by any means necessary. And since now Zach is kinda a ally for the Kratts, he's their problem, too.

(I also have Zach's mom in the drafts, but I think she wouldn't fit here since she's not a villain, maybe next time-)

As for Paisley, she's alive and well, and was never really a villain. I'm still figuring out what to do with her, though.

This au was inspired by the Villain Au, actually (because I love the designs and concept so much, I live for nice characters becoming evil)! And I catch myself often wondering what would happen if these two aus met...

Either best friends or mortal enemies at first sight, that's for sure.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do with Paisley and Rex, though, on how the brothers would approach them, how they would convince them, and what they would do afterwards.

Well, I did not plan to write Swap Vengeance as a fanfic, to be honest (but I'm not sure if I might, one day), BUT I do plan to bring concepts and scenes to the blog!

Anti Hero au: Change?

Don't you hate when you have to save your former enemy and patch him up even if you don't handle blood well because you are starting to care about him despite yourself? Happens all the time.

A little lore about Anti Hero Chris: the traumatic event of not being able to save the animals made him terrifyed of failing again, especially when it comes to protect his brother, his team, and/or any animal. If he has a mission, he won't stop until he completes it. What causes him to be quite reckless... and this can turn out to be a problem not only for him, but for people around him... even his former enemies.

I have so many ideas for this concept alone I'm gnawing at the bars of my enclosure-

Is this a ship? Honestly... I don't know. I like their dynamic a lot, but not sure if it would work. Maybe the future will tell.
