age regression is when a person (called a little) “regresses”, or reverts, to the mindset of a younger age, this mindset is referred to as littlespace. the age of a little can range anywhere from 0 to 12, and most regressors can change age depending on how they’re feeling. some littles have whats called a care giver, or CG, a CG is someone who takes a parental role in a littles life, helping them with simple things such as ordering food or even tying their shoes. it is very important to note that age regression is always 100% sfw, it does in no way sexualize children, that is DDLG/MDLG/DDLB/MDLB. age regression is a perfectly healthy coping mechanism for majority of the community, most littles have dealt with some form of serious trauma and become little to help cope. not all littles are regressed 24/7, and there are a lot of littles that only regress when something triggering has happened to them. some littles have things called “little gear” or “comfort items”, these can include pacis, stuffies, blankets, just any items a child would have. these items can help the little get into littlespace. if you have any more questions, please feel free to message me and ask!
