What is Chef J having for lunch today??? Bacon cheddar sliders! Made the buns last night. They were light toasted with butter. The bacon was minced and mixed into the hamburger meat. Topped with grilled red onion, lettuce, tomato, and a slice of Portobello mushroom. Not too forget the spicy sriracha mayo to dress the buns. LUNCH IS SEVERED FOLKS!!
