Demon Slayer: A World Full of Demons and Slayers

In a world full of demons, it could be hard being human. Fubuki knew this more than anyone. She's spent countless years of her life fighting these horrid creatures - all in hope of finding an end to this never-ending war.

She held so much hatred in her frigid heart and for a long time, that was the only thing keep her going. She would bring an end to demon kind, even if it cost her life.

Hello fellow demon slayers!

So, I've had this idea for a modern demon slayer au for sometime now. I've been writing fanfictions and other literal for years now - all for my own fun as I explore different characters and push my writing to its limits.

Coincidentally, I've been watching anime for nearly as long as I've been writing haha. I am a huge fan of character development and design and when I first read the demon slayer manga (I read it before the I watched the anime) I completely fell in love with just about every character. Especially Sanemi Shinazugawa. This whole, massive idea of an AU started as little snippets of writings as I put my own twist on Sanemi's character and before I knew it, I had a whole idea for a multi-chapter fanfiction.

One thing I've always loved to do is create my OCs for fanfictions and drop them in the world of whatever I am currently obsessed with. That's how Eris Fubuki came into creation. "Eris" was a based character that's I've been designing since I was in middle school (I'm in my early twenties now for a reference) and she ended up in the story for two main reasons: I had to give Sanemi a tsuguko (I mean, how could I not, can you imagine lol) and I really wanted to create my own take on Wind Breathing (probably my favorite breathing technique)

Soooo...why did I create a tumblr? Because I wanted to share this brain rot of an idea lmao. I'll mostly use the blog here to post my own head-cannons and sneak peeks of my story (the first chapter should be up on Ao3 soonish) and of course, I would love to interact with other demon slayer fans and bounce ideas around with them!

I'm a completely noob when it comes to tumblr - I haven't really been on since I was like 15 or some other random age - and I have no idea how tagging or posting really works. I would love to cross post my story here as well, but the first chapter has already clocked out at - breathe with me - 30ish pages...I like writing okay...so I don't know if there is a limit to how how long a post can be on here. (someone please let me know!)
