To MCR fans

To any of the people who are celebrating his death remember this. He was bloated with green tinted skin, half of his body would be a purpleish red from the blood no longer circulating. After three weeks of decomposition, a body begins to lose teeth and fingernails. A FAMILY MEMBER (I’m gonna guess his mom) has to officially identify his body. Let that sink in. He was somebodies son. He was a FRIEND and former member of MCR. THNIK about how these people are feeling right now. How do you think his dogs feel? Especially being around Thanksgiving and Christmas time. He would’ve been 45 years old on December 31st. He was a fucking human being. If you can’t be a decent person because you hated Bob at the very least THINK about how his family and friends are GOING to react to people celebrating his death? Most people have social media, those who loved him are GOING to see your comments. WHEN Gerard, Mikey, Frank and Ray read your comments how the fuck are they going to feel? Even after reading this, if you are still celebrating his death, you don’t deserve My Chemical Romance. My Chemical Romance’s message was to save peoples lives. You are celebrating someone dying, a horrible, lonely death. Celebrating someone’s death in such a hateful way is the opposite of what My Chemical Romance has been teaching. Fuck you.

I totally agree with this. Yes, I am well aware that he wasn’t a good person and I do not support all of his shitty actions, but what I do know is that he didn’t deserve death. And if you honestly don’t give a crap, just simply carry on and don’t say anything at all.

And about people celebrating his death, it’s so absolutely fucking disgusting. One of my old lame “friend”s (he’s a piece of shit) just texted me some shit like “Mikey is probably like ‘haha bitch imagine being dead’ lmao” and I immediately cringed and blocked. I’m not even sure how he still had my number as we hadn’t really spoken in years and only have the occasional small awkward convos at school, but whatever. Not my problem anymore.

My deep condolences to Bob’s family and friends.

Y’know, I think the saddest part about hearing of Bobs passing was the fact that the last time he was seen alive was 3 weeks ago and that his body was so badly decomposed, like really no one came to check up on him?? I don’t know much about his family but seriously no one thought it was odd for him to drop off the face of the earth for almost a month???

Obviously I am aware of his actions in the past and his current political views and in no way condone any of them, however he was still a human, a very influential human no less, with a phenomenal talent for drumming, and to hear that it took that long for people to find him is truly devastating.

I’ve only seen two videos of people celebrating his death but the fact that people are celebrating in the first place is disgusting, hate him all you want but celebrating is sick.

I haven’t posted about MCR in a hot minute but I do wanna say something about Bob. No, he wasn’t a good person. No, you don’t have to suddenly like him because he’s gone. But you can still acknowledge that he was in an awful situation and that it is a horrible way to be found and that whatever happened to him must’ve been a scary way to go. My heart goes out to his friends and family because this is a horrible, traumatizing thing to learn happened a loved one - especially after you haven’t heard anything from them for nearly a month. You can have some compassion while not excusing Bob’s actions.
