I don’t think Taehyung and Jungkook being closer is a problem cause they were the closest before, maybe they’re getting the closest again. It makes sense. Like friendships can change and get closer just as much as they can drift apart.

Jks been closer to jimin from 2018-2020 and maybe now he’s worked on their relationship he’s closest to Taehyung again. It shouldn’t be a problem.

Jimin & JK can drift apart just as much as Jk & Tae did and have issues. You have dips and changes in relationships. Like so what if he wants to ride with Tae? He spent all 2020 riding with jimin. Like so what if they post each other on their social media? Cause it’s there’s and there closer now. They can post who they want. They didn’t post a lot of selcas with each other before.

Jungkook had dinner with Tae in LA and had a deep conversation. Like Jikook do, but it was something they wanted to do. Jungkook said himself that he goes to jimins room just because he’s the closest and bored, it doesn’t have to mean anything.

Taehyung & Jungkook may be the closest pair now and that’s okay. We should accept it and just like when Jikook were closer in 2017-2020. Friendships can change.

Sigh. How do I always end up getting roped into these conversations? This one though, this one I can almost appreciate. This one, anon, gives me the vibes that we could probably have an interesting conversation if we ever went back and forth or you came off anon and we could talk in DMs. Even if we walk away agreeing to disagree, this feels like someone who might be able to hold a conversation about things at least. So I'm hoping that means you are also someone who is willing to be open minded enough to consider my thoughts about it all too. I really hope that you are, because I'm probably about to write an essay here. So I think we agree partially, but also disagree here too. Here me out. I fully, fundamentally, 100% agree with you on your statement here "friendships can change and get closer just as much as they can drift apart." This is absolutely true. Nothing is ever really static, or else that relationship and person(s) exist in stasis. Which is fundamentally impossible considering that we, as people, are constantly changing and adapting and overcoming/getting set back. Personalities morph, interests and hobbies change, we learn and we grow. And because we, as individuals, are constantly evolving as people... our relationships (platonic or otherwise) are also constantly evolving and changing with us. The BEST relationships are the ones that grow and evolve with you and continually accept all parts of you as you grow and change. Right? We should all be on the same page here for this part. And this evolution as a person and in your relationships isn't any different for celebrities or famous people.

Something else I agree with you on is "I don't think Taehyung and Jungkook being closer is a problem." Im prepared to fight anyone who says otherwise. We are their fans, we are not their friends. Dictating who these men are friends with and how they conduct those friendships is so far past crossing a boundary. I will defend their friendship as fiercely as I do jikooks if anyone comes to my blog being shady about it. And I have. Feel free to take a stroll through the important posts section of my masterlist to find those if you want to. I also agree with you that "they're closer now." Because they are! You can see a clear process from them, working on their relationship. Twice in 2020, they brought up their distance in their friendship. And you could clearly see the effort put forth after their ITS talk especially to meet each other halfway and rebuild their playful and fun friendship back and that they have been making more time for each other and their friendship. I think this is amazing and I love seeing it!

Here is where I'm going to start disagreeing with you though. Please stick with me! I'm going to try and take this point by point and cover everything you mentioned here too. Your main point is that taekook were THE closest before. Then Jikook were THE closest and then now taekook are once again the closest duo? I disagree. Let me explain why please.

Let's go back to the early years here too. You mention that this is the time period where Taekook were the closest duo. I don't agree with that. I don't disagree either. They were definitely VERY close! But I don't think they were the only duo that was that close. I'd make an argument that jikook and vmin were also just as close as taekook were. (Not even going to mention Yoonjin, yoonmin, jihope, vhope or namgi or any others who were also all very close). Those early years it was definitely the maknae line as a trio. They spilt into twos every now and then, but there really wasn't much of a stand out that I could see in a duo, except honestly maybe vmin, who had a leg up due to being same age friends. Even the other members marking them as the closest or the best duo of the group. I have a post up as well over how taekook WERE insanely close during those early years and how that could have led to why they became a popular kpop ship that has just continued to gain popularity too. You can read that here. Please notice though how i say "One of the closest duos" rather than saying "the closest." It makes a difference. I also have multiple posts up, (Im a jikook blog, of course I'll have more posts about them), about exactly how close jikook were as a duo in these same early years. You can read those posts in detail here. And it's literally only the years 2012 - 2014 in those posts there (for now).

Those jikook posts cover a lot to show how close they really were in those early years, but some of the main points would be how Jimin was one of the 3 members who went to his middle school graduation. How JK went to JIMIN and no one else after he got back from his trip to America to get advice over if he still wanted to debut or not. How they sought each other out multiple times during American Hustle Life in times of stress. Over and over it was shown how close the two of them were already back then, JK already even seeking Jimin out for emotional and vulnerable moments, trusting him with those feelings rather than some his other hyungs at times. If taekook were THE CLOSEST, why wouldn't he have gone to Tae? They were definitely ONE OF the closest, but JK was equally as close to Jin and Jimin too. Including mentioning how often he relayed on Jin who helped him feel comfortable in Seoul, took him under his wing and helped him with his homesickness, etc. Tae was and is equally as close to Jimin and Hobi back then too.

Now the second point I disagree with can just be considered semantics, but you say jikook could be considered THE closest from 2018 to 2020. I would say they started spending more time together than with anyone else in 2016, or at the very least, since 2017. But regardless, what I TRULY disagree with is your end cap to that. While I agree Taekook are getting closer, I disagree that they are any closer than jikook are or that jikook have been drifting apart in 2021. Taekook getting closer has nothing to do with jikook and one does not mean the other has to not be close anymore. Jimin being there with Tae and JK, and jikook being close and just getting closer, had absolutely nothing to do with taekook being close and/or drifting apart. Those are 2 seperate relationships. We have seen many many small moments through 2021 to indicate that Jikook's emotional bond and intimacy is still there and is still thriving. Many moments that show that their dynamic together, of being super close, has not changed. I can sit here and list example after example, or I can link again in hope you actually read all of this, my posts over how Jikook were not distant in 2021. So when you are asking so what about the car rides or the IG posts from taekook... I also, have the exact same questions. So what? What does that have to do with jikook? How does that make them distant? Because I'm not seeing it even a little bit. How is the taekook IG post different than the vmin, vhope or jinkook one? And you all act like this is new stuff they are doing. Taekook have posted the occasional selcas together through all the years. They've car shared together multiple times through the years, even the years you claim that jikook were the closest in. So how does this change it NOW? What's different with these particular posts/car rides?

Because I also saw a vlive with jikook where they were super comfortable, happy and close. No awkwardness, no shifts in behaviors or dynamics. I saw JK wait 20 minutes at the airport so he could walk out to their cars with Jimin after getting home from LA rather than just continue going with Jin. I saw them arrive to the airport together and post their own selcas together after that too. I saw JK push his face as close as possible to Jimins while he was singing in LA. So my question to you is, where is the distance in jikook? Why do YOU feel that because taekook is bonding and getting closer, that somehow means jikook MUST be drifting apart? Do you feel the same way about vmin? Had they drifted and/or gotten closer at any point in time? Or are they allowed in your mind to have similar levels of closeness as other people?

Now back to your last points that I'm going to disagree with too, sorry. You said "Jungkook had dinner with Tae in LA and had a deep conversation. Now let me say right off the bat this you trying to manipulate and downplay bonds... you probably slipped up and let your bias show through. Your implication here was that JK doesn't actually want to hang out with Jimin, rather he wanted to have dinner with Tae. I hope you realize how messed up that is. But moving on. Let's actually talk about these 2 moments. One by one and fully address it, shall we?

This is sweet. This is friendly. This is I haven't had time to sit down with and catch up with my friend in a long time. I have no idea what they have been doing outside of what we do for work together or how they've been feeling about things, life, the state of the world. This is the catch up and drink and hang out type of dinner they referenced trying to have and someone never following through many times over and over during the ITS1 talk. This is so nice to see them bonding and actually following through on those plans and spending that time together. Putting forth that effort into maintaining their friendship. Because friendships require effort and work to maintain too if you want to keep them, not just romantic relationships. JK said he has been happy lately. This was coming across as something clearly just friendly and fun. They had a good time but they didn't really seem to stick around much more than just a causal hang out. I also would like to point out how different it was, how causal the whole air around that dinner was. How they talked about adult things (life, work, how they are doing) but there was no mention of it being a DEEP talk like you are saying it was. That is your assumption, not a fact. But we also have moments where Jimin is sharing something sweet and deep with the group, such as how much he loves them and wants to be together as group forever, and how he feels about their future. To which JK chimes in from the back about how Jimin told him all this yesterday too. Seems like they are having deep conversations about their feelings, hopes, dreams, etc on the regular before sharing those thoughts with the rest of their members even (Festa 2020 or Festa 2021 with jikook knowing about each other's object and wishes). Or you know how they talk about how they've spoken about Destiny ("I told you") or going to the moon together before as well ("I promised) both past tense, referencing conversations they've had on their own on personal time.

You said this as if it was a bad thing, or like JK didn't have any other options. Like walking 4 more steps down the hall to get to Tae or Jin or Hobi would have killed him. Lmao JK gets bored and lonely in his own room. Jimins room is closest and Jimin is someone who's presence he finds comfort and peace in, which as been shown clearly many times over many years. Debut through present. This whole TMI collection made it more clear than anything else, that regardless of what you are seeing on camera or on stage. Off camera and during private personal times? Jikook are together. JK goes to Jimins room consistently because he is bored and wants to (aka, seems like Tae does to). He doesn't go to anyone else. He just wants to be around someone, and that someone is always Jimin. Proven time and time again on camera as well. They eat together after concerts. They hang out late at night. Mid day, early morning, just chilling on phones. They workout together and go for walks together everyday. Doesn't really sound like people who drifted apart to me?

Which brings me to your conclusion that taekook are the closest pair again. I disagree, they are closer then they were. But both seem to still be closer to Jimin and Hobi then they are to each other. Which is not the same thing as saying rhey are not close, clearly they are. But also they clearly still seek out Jimin and Hobi as referenced by these LA vlives more than they do each other. As well as you saying "Friendships change" as your closing statement. I agree. But please tell me where Jikooks friendship has changed? Because from what I can see, they are just as close as they ever have been.

Hellooo, i have a question. Do you have any theory about why JM is blushing so much around JK lately?

Could it be because even though they always had moments in behind the scenes content, they're having more "sus" (i'm sorry, i don't know how to put it) moments, what i mean is that lately they had a lot of moments that make everyone question their relationship, even people who don't consider themselves jkks, you know.

I hope this made sense and i hope this isn't offensive, i feel like i can't explain myself because english is my second lenguage. I'm sorry if you already talked about this too!

Your English is wonderful anon, please don't worry about it. I debated on if I wanted to answer this, not because there is anything wrong with it. But simply because I don't want to be that person who is like "yes, I have theories and I don't want to talk about them yet because it's just theory and we should just enjoy the content" Lmao but it's because i really don't want to talk about them and we should just enjoy the content! At the very least not until maybe the year is over and we get more content. Or maybe not even until memories for 2021 drops. We just don't know enough for me to feel totally comfortable just dropping speculations (because that's all it is) when we have gotten like less than 10 things basically so far total from this blushing era. 😅

Here is what we know, the first time we noticed the uptick in overly happy and blushy Jimin was on JKs Birthday, which was when they filmed the Megtan butter dance. ITS was filmed before that and I haven't noticed any of this from what we have seen so far there. And while we are getting overly happy and blushy Jimin the past few months, we have been seeing at the same time a JK who looks like he just got everything he wanted. Peacocking around like he just won at life. The confidence just bleeds off him. It's the same attitude that he gives off when he continuously wins at games or does something really cool at times too. Such as when all the hyungs bowed to him on run when he beat them all at bowling. He arranged himself with a cocky smirk and basically went "alright proceed" before bursting out in giggles as they did it. It's just a general air of happiness that surrounds him too, mostly this attitude shows up around Jimin.

I know a lot of people think it might be because of your reason. That they released things like the hickey/bite mark stuff and now everyone is paying more attention to them, or it's like oh shit, they all definitely know that this is my boyfriend now which is why he is getting all shy and/or blushy lately. I don't think so personally. I think they knew what they were doing when releasing that footage and I don't think they are shy about it. I mean, they've done lots of other questionable things in front of army before too. And after the DVD dropped, hickey was trending worldwide and kiss mark was trending on Korea. And in the middle of all of that, both JK and JM came online to post random selcas. Essentially saying yes, we did that, we told you about it and we are proud of it. That doesn't strike me as the same behavior to then turn to mush everytime said same boyfriend is so much as around you. They owned it before, very shameless. So I really do think this might be another dynamic shift in their relationship in my personal opinion. I just can't confidently give an opinion on what that shift may or may not be yet. Or if it even is anything at all, really.

Here is what else we know. This isn't the first time we have seen these types of dynamics before from them and I do think it often goes hand in hand with dynamic shifts in their relationship too. Or when JK gets bold as hell with his flirting, but that's a seperate thing. Lol we have seen this type of I've won at life attitude JK and overly happy and blushing JM when they got back from Toyko. For a while after they got back from that Toyko trip, this was exactly the type of behavior we were seeing from them then too

Or flash forward to 2019 when Jimin was given a Minnie hat and fans started shouting for JK to look at Jimin wearing it. He immediately got all flustered and blushing, it was a clear flashback to Toyko memories moment for him lol

This type of easy to fluster attitude very much continued into 2018, but it was not constant like it was when they first got home from Toyko. But every so often we saw it again, like during promotions in 2018 here, JK is talking and looking at Jimin, that's all, and there he goes, looking a little shy and happy again

Or the iconic end of 2018 with MMA and the beautiful moments we got there. Jimin made this EXACT face after whatever it was that JK said to him. Jimin pointing between them with some type of question I would guess, and JK with such a smug look on his face as he said it whatever he said to Jimin that made him immediately blush and look happy. I know what it has been rumored that he possibly said, but it's just lip reading, so I take it with a grain of salt. But whatever it was that he said, it gave us a peak again at these exact dynamics between them and Jimin immediately looking down blushing like he was in all these recent moments and photos above. Plus JK looking at him like he was soooo happy and just heart eyes like crazy too.

So all this to basically say, this is why I think we might be in the middle of some other dynamic shift, or perhaps just a truly happy moment in time for them, between them, personally. What it is, I don't know. Couldn't tell you. Could it be for any other types of reasons too? Sure, I don't actually know them, all these theories people are throwing around are just that, theories. We don't actually know anything about the reasoning behind their actions. We can guess, but we don't really have much to guess about right now either. Literally only like 2 months of content where we have mostly been seeing things filmed in the summer time before whatever is going on with them. It will be interesting to see how award shows go and what we see there too. So in the end, who knows. But they seem really truly very happy and that's all I want for them honestly. I'm happy that they are happy 💜💜💜 I don't need to always know why.

Funny Jin looks at Jimin and asks Jimin if Bam will run with him. Hmnnn shouldn’t he ask JK since Bam is his dog? Then Jimin tells Jin to go ahead. Much to think about here. Why would Jins first instinct would be to ask Jimin? Another angle, but just a photo, that is direct eye contact with Jimin for that question:

Right before Jin asks this question we see Jimin taking care of Bam too. Everyone else is eating Ramen or talking about the Ramen. But Jimin has disappeared with Bam. Then we see him standing off the side watching the yard where Bam is. Then he disappeared again in that same direction. Then when Bam is back and settled, Jimin finally sits back down at the table and joins everyone again. Also note how unconcerned JK is about his dog in this moment. He keeps an eye on his baby constantly too, through every moment they are together or when Bam is playing with the other members, he seemed to just watch them fondly together. But Jimin and JK both seem comfortable with Jimin taking care of Bam on his own like that too. Just an observation of the trust they hold together if nothing else.

And right after Jins question to JIMIN about if Bam will play a certain way... Hobi makes a comment to Jimin about Bam being such a jokester as they watch him run with Jin. Again, the comment being made to Jimin, who is watching Jin and Bam with quite the fond heart eyes as they play. And Jimin agrees, that yes he is while smiling proudly. He LOVES that dog. Jimin loves all dogs, yes. But he LOVES that dog. Probably because it's Jungkookies dog and he loves them both.

Jimin definitely seems to have an air of familiarity with Bam from the little we have seen of them together that is different than everyone else's interactions with him. They are comfortable together and it's very sweet, if nothing else can be said about it. It's very sweet. And I love seeing it

I‘m not quite sure if it was on your blog or somewhere else but I have seen people saying that jimin refers to himself as army or that jikook use army as a code word for jimin? Do you know anything about it and whether this is True? I can’t remember any time I heard them say it but this could just be because I’m new in the fandom. Hello anon! Thank you for the kind words. Jikook absolutely seem to use ARMY as a code word for each other and a sneaky way of saying sweet things to each other and getting away with it because it's "for the fans" some examples...

1. Jimin's 2016 vlive. Jungkook shamelessly crashes it. Jimin asks him why he is there and JK says it's to see ARMY. Jimin replies by pointing out its just a live stream and you can't actually SEE army. JK then goes "I can see them." And stares into Jimins soul. I don't think he was there to see us. Pretty sure he was just there to see and flirt with Jimin (aka ARMY). This was the first time they started doing this (I think).

2. During the backstage interviews that Jikook were conducting with all the members in 2016. JK says he is so happy these days. Jimin asks if it is because of him? JK shyly goes no, because of ARMY. Sure, we definitely make JK happy. But I'm pretty sure he was also referring to JM there and just not wanting admit it on camera and JM was trying to fluster him, as per usual.

3. 2018 comeback Vlive. When JK is asked to talk about Magic Shop he explains it was a fansong. A song for ARMY. That it was a special song and really easy for him to write because he just thought about his Love for ARMY. And he says Love for ARMY while turning to stare directly at Jimin. And Jimin looks so damn endeared that entire time. The ENTIRE time. Honestly jikook were a little tipsy and a lot cute that ENTIRE dang vlive. Just the entire thing, they were very flirty. High on Love of ARMY and Magic Shop maybe? Lol

4. I talked about this in another ask, you can find it on my masterlist. After their first ever AMAs Performance in 2017, they had a vlive in the hotel where JK was very tipsy and wants to let us know that he was NOT nervous to perform and the reason was.... and he placed his hand on Jimin and stared deeply at him. Jimin then cuts him off with an "Okay!" And a laugh. JK gets embarrassed and tries to fix it going "because of ARMY"

5. During RUN BTS episode 72, they are playing the mafia game. At some point they all go down the line and "explain" who their character is. Jimin says "I'm ARMY." And everyone else gets a little confused, Namjoon asks "like a solider?" But Jungkook sits up straighter and gets that cocky grin on his face like he does when he wins something and goes "Oh, you like me that much?" Something to share with the class, jikook? Namjoon moves them along pretty quickly lol

6. In the behind full interview from tiktok on GDA. Magic Shop gets brought up again, JK says that he keeps thinking about ARMY and JM says "ARMY is my name" JK looks a little flustered and then laughs. JM laughs and all the rest of the members look a little over them but laugh. Lol

7. Replying to each other's selcas using ARMY on Weibo in 2019. Jimin posted saying "I miss you ARMY" and the next day JK replied saying "I miss ARMY too" I'm pretty sure he was replying to Jimin and not talking to us, but whatever lol

8. Jimin screaming "I love you ARMY. I love you guys" at Rosebowl. JK repeated his "I love you guys", and then dropped the guys. So he was just screaming "I love you" after Jimin said it. Yeah, he was talking to Jimin. The whispers and ear sucking after that confirmed it for me. Lol

11. The Vlive where Jungkook makes a poem for ARMY but is staring Jimin down the entire time he talks about "ARMY" and leaves me feeling like he isn't actually talking to us

Honestly I KNOW there is more out there. More examples of when they have done this. Lol we all need to accept that sometimes they use us as an excuse to flirt. Jungkook using ARMY for Jimin sits at the same table as Jimin referring to Jungkook as his manager lmao. It's just what they do to try and be sneaky about the flirting I guess!

Personally, I feel like all the 미안해s make it more romantic? At least to me, the tweet reads as exactly the kind of cutesy, grovelling message someone would write to get back in their partner’s good graces, already anticipating their reaction when they wake up and see dorky pictures of them posted on the internet.

The tone throughout is simultaneously playful and sincere. After the first “happy birthday,” it’s written entirely in informal language. My favorite bit is when he says “You know how I feel, don’t you?” (side note.... its literal translation being: you know my heart, don’t you?) It reaffirms what we already knew, that Jimin and Jungkook’s relationship, whatever it may be, is close enough that it transcends the need for language. Even without words, they already know each other’s intentions (each other’s hearts, so to say).

That’s why I was puzzled at why so many Jikook fans were pressed/panicked this year when Jungkook didn’t post a tweet for Jimin’s birthday, as if that suddenly meant that they no longer meant anything to each other. Jungkook and Jimin don’t need grand, public declarations or dramatic shows of affection to convey their love for each other (although they’re generous enough to occasionally feed us with them). Their bond is secure and familiar enough to not need that.

JK & JM in the airports (NY & Seoul)

I have received many asks on this, so instead of answering them I am posting this one response.

NY -

There was footage posted by TKK of some of the boys at the airport in NY. It was manipulated or edited or whatever, but it showed as if JK was with Tae, the two alone.

The situation: the boys waiting to go through the security check on their way out to departures.

What was left out: JM. JM was standing just a couple of meters in front of JK. Walking forward with his manager (I suppose) moving through the security check, while JK, Tae and their managers (again, I suppose) + someone that looked like a guard, or maybe another staff member, were moved through another line. They are moved through security while JM is further in front.

Another small point - JK with bag, JM without bag. So, what’s new?

On the base of that footage I received asks crying that JK is with Tae and where’s JM, poor JM who is being cheated on by JK, the ex- boyfriend.

JM was there!!!! They are walking through airport security. Have any of you ever been through airport security in the US? Seriously. They are there going through security one by one. JM first, going through one line, then JK & Tae both being led through different lines.

Conclusion: They were one after the other. All’s well. Oh, and stop believing TKK’s content already!!!

The asks: they didn’t ride together leaving the airport. They are split up, hate each other and will never be the same (this is over dramatized, just in case you don’t get it).

Let’s talk about the airport before we talk about the cars. The airport footage is clear and obvious, and I find it really funny how no one sent me asks about that, but they go straight for the car sharing, where the footage is super problematic.

So, airport footage: each member is going down the escalator one behind the other, staff between them, but all on separate steps of the escalator, all but a couple of members, guess who? Standing side by side, talking to each other.

Then they are walking towards the exit. Again, side by side, talking to each other.

Then they kind of split up, JK walks forward and JM walks behind.

They are being led out of the airport, JK walking next to Tae and JM walking in the back.

What I saw (thank you @serendipitybegins) was JK going out first, led to the first car, the white car, which also is the first car to leave. JM led to last car, same as NJ.

Conclusion: JK & JM were all buddy buddy, standing by each other’s side, talking together. Parted ways before being led outside and both left in different cars, JK’s car leaving first.

My 10 cents - totally my own personal opinion here:

They were together the whole time and parted ways just before exiting towards the cars. Leaving the airport it’s kind of clear they are all heading to their homes. The two visibly riding together in one car can be problematic and detrimental to their privacy, if living together and not wanting it to be public knowledge. So, JK ran ahead, lead to a different car and they are taken home in two different cars.

Final conclusions:

Guys, if you are true JK&JM supporters stop this insecurity shit show. Stop basing your conclusions on content being spread by TKK’s. Go look for actual footage, go check if the information you are fed is the real deal, and most of all, stop making haste conclusions based on a couple of second footage. Do I once again have to remind y’all this isn’t just Jikook? This is BTS, with 7 members, all friends, all interact between themselves. Even if Jikook are a couple that doesn’t mean they have to be glued together all the bloody time. They do interact with their other friends, you know, a couple in a group of friends. And if they are living together, even more so. They will allow for time with the group to spend with the others (and yet over a long period of time we still find them gravitate towards each other).

So, if you are supporters, just take a breath and watch their behaviour, dynamics, interactions over time. Stop making these hasty conclusion.

And if you aren’t Jikook supporters, what the hell are you doing on my blog in the first place???? Just leave me the hell alone.

Hello sweetie! Congrats, I'm using your ask to answer your question, along with everyone else's question about why I'm 99% sure that Jimin and Jungkook live together. I'll leave the 1% open for reasonable doubt, but if I'm honest, I really don't have any. I'll also address the more specifics in some of the other anons questions. Soooo if you sent in an anon ask about the whole living situation, this post is for you!

To start, the MOTS ONE DVD moment that continues to be referenced and that I'm pretty sure sparked this wave of asks is this one:

And this was the follow up moment when Joon joined the conversation:

So to talk about this moment in particular. Yoongi was teasing Jimin about watching No More Dream. JK then piped up to interupt the teasing saying "I watched this video too a while ago." He continues by saying "I was at home with hyung." The subtitles say him, but he actually said hyung. "We were talking about the old days, then hyung turned the video on all of a sudden, so that's how." The continuation is Joon jumping in and asking what's up and what they were talking about, only for JK to say nothing and RM to say that was a lie (JK saying nothing because he was obviously sharing a story.)

Now some people seemed confused because he just said "hyung" which he has 6 hyungs. Lol but I mean context would lead us to the obvious and only conclusion that the hyung in question this time would be Jimin, since Jimin was being teased about watching their old videos, JK was explaining how *they* ended up watching those old videos. So basically this was JK just casually talking about him and Jimin at home. Singular. Together. Not Jimin's home, not my home. Just... home. So we will use this as my first example for reasons I'm confident KM live together.

And for my next example, I'll just use the other big ONE DVD moment, the hickeygate moment: Now let's just think logically. No other member or staff knew this story yet and it had just happened the night before this was filmed. So they weren't at the dorms, they weren't on set or at the company. They were alone. They were tipsy and JK had picked Jimin up and was spinning him around refusing to put him down. You really think they could/would be doing that anywhere in public without it being filmed and recorded and everywhere on the internet within 5 minutes? Nah, they were at HOME.

You would like MORE examples? Sure, I have so many! All the times they are together late at night when no other member is around, off camera. Or the life goes on MV where JK wanted to be as realistic as possible and put him and JM sharing a room and teased JM about his morning breath. Or all the times they have joked about waiting for each other and how one can't leave until the other days so they can finally go home.

JK wishing he could stay longer visiting Hobi's MV set but says he needs to leave. JK said I as in just him. But Jimin went "we have things to do" JKs personal statement involves both of them, they both need to leave together for these things they need to do.

When Jimin said the most enjoyable thing he does is wake up and see Jungkookie. Yeah, that implies that JK is the first thing he sees in the morning, you know like they share a bedroom together in their own home and can greet each other good morning as soon as they open their eyes after waking up for the day.

When JM was project Manger for BE and told everyone to email him their proposals and everything they were working on since he was going to be the liason between the team and the company. That way he can type up all their notes neatly and send it over. And JK just said "I'll just need to tell them to you, right?" Implying why would he need to email his thoughts to Jimin when he can just tell him what they are if you know, they are sharing a living space or something.

Jimin being intimately aware of what JK snores like and how annoying it would be to share a room with him when Hobi says he will be JKs roommate during ITS, needing to remind the others, remember Jungkook snores and it's loud. Like he gets the reminder of his snoring often. Or the way he knew how long Jungkooks showers were these days when none of the other members knew and were surprised by that info.

When JK was telling us what he was doing over their short break back in February and that he spent it working out. Only for Jimin to correct him and tease him about it, saying no you did not. Lol while none of the other members knew thus either. It's almost like KM share a living space so they know when the other goes to work out or when they skip.

How during Festa 2021 JK was telling us how he sings Karoke all over his house. And Jimin then chimed in with a "Yes, he does it constantly and he did this even before the pandemic" which correlates back to the times where he talked about how he listens to JK sing for 8 hours every day in their car, at home, while eating, all the time during rehearsals in 2019.

Or how they consistently wait for each other when leaving places so that they leave together, which is a choice they make themselves. And it's not just JK waiting, Jimin sits and waits for him often too

Not to mention JKs joke about Jimins shower habits, the way that Jimin knew exactly what JKs morning alarm sounded like even though he told us about how he changes it very very frequently because it keeps him on his toes. The way that they were full of exasperated fondness arguing over how to arrange the room during the Ikea run episode like they were rehashing old arguments and have done this before. Like potentially setting up their own place together. Or when Jimin asked JK if he was getting ingredients for home during RUN. Or how when we DO see them getting in and out of cars, 90% of the time they share a car. And more and more and more....

Which transitions me nicely into answering other questions about how can they live together. Such as the car riding. I had a couple asking about maybe they just lived together temporarily because we haven't seen them car sharing lately. To which I ask, please name me all the times we have seen BTS get in or out of cars in 2021? Because I can think of 3, maybe 4, times. Plus the 2 selca/video moments Jimin posted of him in the car with RM and once with Jin. And then we have the most recent Kookie selca from the car (but we cant tell if he was in that car alone or not). So let's count those all together and say we have seen car rides from BTS a total of 6 times. 6 times in 9.5 months. Do you REALLY think BTS have only ridden in cars 6 times this year? Pandemic changes how often people see them doing things because of lockdown, it also changed how private they are about things. And even with that, we saw a manager taking both of their belongings to the same car after You Quiz filming. In June we saw during Lee Hyun's behind the scenes videos that KM left the company together before everyone else did. We have them leaving together to go home together from the 777 challenge run episode where JK waited hours to leave only with Jimin, that was also Feb 2021. In March they were filmed from afar arriving to the news station together from the same car and leaving together as well. So if we add the 4 times that we do have confirmation that KM left or arrived together from filming inside the building, not just the cars, that puts us at 10 recorded car rides, and they have shared at least 40% of them. Plus 2 of the 4 car rides we have seen where we didn't see them ride together, we didn't actually see what cars they got into. So maybe they did, maybe they didn't. And again, I promise you, they have been in the car more than 10 times this year lol we just haven't seen it. And at least 30% of all our car ride footage comes from behind the scenes content that simply hasn't been released yet this year. So i wouldn't say they aren't sharing. 40% is a fairly large number for such a small sample size.

Next let's talk about their real estate purchases I guess since I had plenty of people ask about that as well. First, buying a house does not mean you are living in it. Especially when you are as rich as they are, it's a good investment financially. Good reminder that multiple members own multiple buildings, including having purchased homes for their families as well. Jimin in 2018 purchased an apartment complex as an investment thay was getting rebuilt. And now he has purchased a luxury apartment in the same complex as Namjoon, paid in cash. JK purchased his apartment, upgraded it, and he later bought a house in Itaewon. Now in 2019 and 2020, Jimin couldn't live in his purchased apartments because it wasn't livable. And it seemed like they both probably lived in JKs apartment, it was in the same complex as Hobi's apartment and those 3 often talked about only seeing each other during down times and would often car share together to official schedules, probably because they were coming from the same place. Recent news has said that JK gifted his apartment to his brother. Months ago, it was rumored that JK sold his apartment, I figure there was confusion in the turn over and that he actually gave that apartment up to his brother a long time ago and K media assumed that since it was not being lived in a ownership paperwork was appearing to be transfered around, that the apartment got sold. His house in Itaewon has been reportedly been being rented out for the past year or so and I haven't heard any news of that changing. So JK all of a sudden has no place to live and Jimin now does? Yeah, pretty sure they just moved. And if in behind content of 2021 as it comes out as we see NamKookMin car rides like we used to see 3J ones. Well, that will say all that it needs to for me personally. But regardless, they don't live in the dorms anymore, it's very clear. And if JK gave his apartment away and is renting out his home, where else would he be living? That combined with all the above verbal hints, I think it's fairly obvious where he is living.

And lastly why people say Karmy talk about how they know Jikook live together. Yes, I have seen the proof. No I didn't save it nor will I share it. The Twitter thread of them talking about it got deleted for a reason, nor was it ever supposed to make it over to the I army side of Twitter in the first place I think. Basically it boils down to the districts they have been spotted in doing everyday life stuff, meaning the same district. The district that Jimin's apsrtment is also in. Not to mention that their voting district is the same as well as most recently the footage of them at the health clinic that got shared, you take those tests at the health clinic based on the district you live in, and they were there together. And JMs apartment, JKs apartment and JKs house are all 3 in 3 seperate districts. So it's easy to draw the obvious conclusion. They shared some photo proof, but it got deleted because their addresses and voting information is private information. Them living their private lives is private information. Notice how k army fans tend to only post photos of BTS when they are out doing public things, such as eating out, ice skating, museums. And they only post those things days after that event occurred. You don't think they don't see these guys do random normal person things on occasion too? For the most part K army is very protective of the boys and keep things like their location when spotted very locked down and to themselves. Like one K army heard them filming the Jimmy Fallen butter performance, filmed all the lights going and you could hear them singing, and then sat on that footage for almost 3 months before posting it. Not to mention, it is often joked about how Jikook is Korea's "open secret." But again, it's good to be wary of things when no proof is able to be given, so even if you take all the k army rumors with a grain of salt, i think everyone else in this post makes it fairly obvious that they live together, just them, and have for a long time now. Not in the dorms or with other members, but just them in their own place.

But this is just my personal opinion based off all this information. Here is a bunch, you can easily go find more examples of times they have hinted at living together too. And I would encourage you to form your own opinions of course. But you all wanted to know why jikookers and myself are convinced they live together, well this is basically why! I did my best to capture the kind of subtle phrasing he uses, which leaves so much room to read between the lines while also being a simple answer that makes complete sense in the context of this guessing game. Who's Jungkook? Well he's Jimin's dongsaeng. That's a factual label capable of summing up their relationship to society (if you want to read more about the term, here is a previous post that goes a bit more in-depth). In BTS, Jimin has no other dongsaeng; therefore that's how Jungkook would be identified in the group.

But the way Jimin phrases this—taking the perspective of an outsider in a tone that seems to say "this is what you think, right?"—suggests a keen awareness to how Jungkook, particularly his relationship to Jungkook, is perceived by others. It also suggests the limits of this perception.

I knew as soon as I saw the screenshot for BBC & saw Tae sitting next JK we were gonna get Tae all over JK. This is what baffles me. We're suppose to think RM and this group polices Jikook and separates them or ask them to tone it down and even sit them apart, yet TK (who have the biggest rumors surrounding them are allowed to sit every interview all couply/flirty? I'm not buying it. I did at first, now I don't. TK look like a couple every single interview lately and Jikook look like strangers.

Ask 2: What exactly is Tae's goal here? Is he trying to prove haters and JM antis right? We're talking formal interviews here. Not some goofing off vlive. The Butterful Get a way and now BBC. So he can't sit next to JK and keep his hands to himself? Its not a once or twice thing. Its like he's made it his mission to cling to JK. Like even getting in JK's face singing during the Butter video where they were wearing costumes. Its gone beyond their normal skinship. Its seems like Tae's doing it on purpose

First let me say how I really loved this interview. They seemed at ease and really looked like they enjoyed themselves, something I haven't seen too much in their interviews lately.

Tae touched JK. He did that during this BBC Radio 1 interview. He did it during Run episodes. He does it all of the time. So bloody hell what? I thought we decided that skinship isn't a measure of a romantic relationship.

Can’t help but notice that this new interview where km have this adorable hair-pulling interaction is the same day as the performance the TL was melting down over because JM “pushed JKs hand off him.” As you said…just wait. The km always makes it’s appearance at some point in a day.

What's cute about this is that Jimin noticed JK trying to speak but couldn't get his timing right to interject into the conversation. Lol so he giggled a bit and reached to tug his hair and rub his neck as a small bit of comfort.

What's super cute is he does this for JK ALL THE TIME! Constantly. He is so in tune with Jungkook, he always notices. He sometimes points it out and they all giggle, sometimes he makes room for him to talk, sometimes he doesn't say anything, but he always comforts. It reminded me a lot of the moment during You Quiz, JK tried a couple times to speak. When he finally did, Jimin teased him about it a bit, they all laughed and JK said he has a hard time timing conversations. Jimin immediately goes "its okay, it's okay" smiling and reaching to squeeze his hand.

And I mean, we have him doing the same thing during the PD Na run episodes too when JK was nervous about stuttering and messing up again or losing because he got the timing wrong and messing up. Jimin rubbed his chest and assured him that it's okay even if he gets it wrong, they don't mind.

I keep telling yall that Jungkook's love language is physical touch and he draws a lot of comfort from it! This is my proof. Thanks. Lol it also just always reaffirms how just tuned into JK that Jimin is all the time. He always senses it, he always recognizes his anxiety or when he is trying to speak. He loves that man so much.

I also went back because I saw people mention that in other blogs to see that PTD moment and I swear to God, it looked to me at first like he just brushed his hand. Almost in an instinctual way to go up and hold his hand. Lol but I can see why it also looked like he was saying "yo, off me please." He didn't look upset though sooo idk what made people trip. He looked more pissed off during the black swan back hug. Lol he didn't seem to mind one way or another here. Personally I still think it might have just been a cute hand brush. If it was a get off me signal, who knows, maybe it was because his neck and shoulder were hurting more that day (hello, he still has chronic pain, it's a thing that never goes away ever) and JKs weight on him was bothering that pain. JK had his weight leaning more on Jimin than Tae there, so that's possible. Or it was a "I'm getting ready to spin away and dance, move please". Either way, no bad vibes there.

Also another round of thanks for no one sending me insecure asks over silly things like that. I feel like people are finally starting to GET IT when I say "wait and see." Like you said in this ask. Lol same day, filmed all in one go. They are obviously fine. Content gets filtered out. Hard to complete a puzzle when you are missing half the pieces.

Just Say You're Jealous of Jimin and Go.

I wasn't planning on saying anything about the drama on Twitter this morning after the group photo was posted after the press conference. But its honestly ridiculous, so consider this me venting it out here for a moment. BTS dropped an amazing song, had a wonderful press conference, and dropped a group photo where jikook were... jikooking. It was amazing and I'll probably never be over it! And IMMEDIATELY hate started going around under Big Hits account and on the timeline for Jimin and Jikook. Its not even about ships anymore, its about basic respect for a group you say you "stan" and love.

Not only were weird edits made of Tae or other women idols in place of Jimin, but the amount of defensive "they are brothers" tweets and hate directed towards Jimin was insane. Its just a god damn photo. It's adorable, appreciate it or don't, but keep your toxicity to yourself.

All the comments about Jungkook being forced to pose like this or forced to interact with Jimin are straight bullshit. And I can't believe that is even a thing anyone has to say at this point. I'm fully aware basically all the hate came from TKKs. Which baffles me because there were a ton of adorable Taekook moments recently. Obsess over those? Is it because this singular moment was more intimate and telling than any other moment TK had that showcased their friendship? Take your jealousy and shove it.

Look! Taekook are cute as hell together! Can you just enjoy them without spewing toxic bullshit just because you see Jimin as some kind of threat to your ship? And no. Jungkook is not being forced into anything. Anyone who says that he is, doesn't actually know their idol AT ALL. Jungkook, Tae and Jin are the kings of "I do whatever I want... I don't listen to the company." Those 3 give off the biggest "wtf are they gonna do, fire me?" vibes. Yet people are still out here thinking they are forced into interactions they don't want or forced to stay away from each other?

Jungkook forced to interact intimately with someone he doesn't want to be with? This is the same man who was told he shouldn't get tattoos because its not okay for an idol, who now has a full sleeve and spent the live today showing them off in short sleeves. This is the same man who dyed his hair himself in the bathroom after the company told him not to. This is the same man who pushes the members off him whenever he needs space. This is the same man who has declined "fanservice" when not in the mood. This is the same man who stared down a bunch of fans and said "I am not your Oppa" even though RM was telling him its fine and to let it go for the fans. He does not do anything he doesn't want to do. This is the man whose slogan is "rather be dead than cool." Who doesn't want to live unless he is living with passion. He is a rebel soul at heart. And he is a grown ass man who can take care of himself. If he is hugging someone, its because he wants to hug them. So step off his ass and let him live. Damn.

And Tae? You think he is going to stay away from someone he supposedly loves just because the company said to? Tae? The same man who got on livestream on his birthday to inform the fans that the company banned him from saying anything about his mixtape... and then proceeded to say "But I don't listen to the company" and giggle his butt off while sending snarky looks to the staff as he played 3 to 5 second clips of his mixtape songs on live stream. The same man who also dyed his hair himself after the company said no. The one who said No, I won't flash my abs anymore, im not comfortable with it and had RM talk to the company to get their choreography changed along with the other members. The one who has no problem telling fans they have no chance with him in WeVerse replies (not very good fanservice there for a typical idol). Tae, who wrote a Christmas love song and wanted to have it be a duet with Jimin and had the company tell him that 2 guys couldn't sing the song and he had to record it with a female Vocalist and release it that way. And Tae responded by refusing to release the song, he wanted it to be Jimin, if he couldn't have Jimin, he wouldn't do the song.

Do either of these men sound like pushovers and doormats like people are making them out to be? Jin has a reputation in the fandom as the rebel. JinHit is a running joke. Everyone is willing to recognize it. But for some reason, that same energy is ignored in Taekook. Their shippers are willingly blind to it. If their shippers had to admit that Taekook had free will, it would dismantle their entire tragic star crossed lovers canon divergent fanfiction as exactly what it is... fiction.

Jimin is NOT the problem here. If Kookie didn't want to be in an embrace with him, he wouldn't be. THEY BOTH chose to pose like this and they all chose to post it. And I, for one, absolutely love it. BTS are all grown men who can make their own choices and don't need their so called fans victimizing them for things that aren't even a problem. Also, Tae and JK are both so endeared by and love Jimin so much, they would be appalled by the things people say about him in relation to their "ship" so everyone should just leave them all alone!

Ship whoever you want, but put respect on all 7 members. If you can't, then keep your mouth closed. Good lord.

Anyway, Jikook are SO loud lately and nothing you say will change how close they are. Jikook boyfriends, Jikook in love. Stay Pressed and Stream Butter.

Jikook are fanservice

I’ve seen this quite a lot, KM stans are doubting KM and I see other shippers say that KM are encouraged by BH just because we’ve had quite a few flirty moments and we’ve also had a couple of moments in the new MV. People link the word fanservice with something negative.

People think fanservice means:

Forced

Unwanted skin ship

Scripted

Not genuine

False

But BTS fanservice are far from that. Fan service is used in concerts so that ARMY can have more fun seeing certain pairings have fun together. It’s very natural and harmeless. If people see a certain pairing engaging in skinship, they automatically link that to a forced interaction or BTS being False to us. KM stans themselves doubt KM and think that they may have been wrong this whole time and think ‘what if this is just Fanservice?’. KM are together a lot of the time on and off stage. They spend time together and enjoy each others company, they have such a beautiful bond and find each other their comfort zone but not many people want to remember the times they were not on their busy work schedule and still spend time together despite working together and being in each others faces almost every single day and still love being around each other. Yes KM moments in concerts ar fun/cute/flirty and I love them but I don’t Base my belief in KM on concert moments. I base my belief in their relationship on the way their chemistry is and the way they feel so relaxed and at ease in each others presence. People forget the small moments and this is why people doubt so easily. If people look past Big KM moments then they will actually know that their relationship is genuine. The moment you start to doubt KM and think it’s all ‘fan service’ ask yourself one question: What made you believe in them in the first place? Was it a butt slap at a concert? Or was it more deep and meaningful than that?.

Small but meaningful details make me think Jikook is real

Things that make me think Km together might be a 90% probability(10% reasonable doubt)

1. How the members defer to them concerning the other.

In this one moment, during bon voyage s1, Jhope complains that Jm is late but he looks at Jk for a reaction to which Jk replies “he drives me crazy” This happens a lot with Jm when he does something and the members look at Jk to see his reaction. I’ve noticed that it happens with Jk when he’s joking around and the members will sometimes alert Jm like when Jk was goofing off with V and Baekhyun(EXO) dancing to Rain’s Bad boy at an award show. Jin gets Jimin’s attention to show him how Jk being an extra dork.

2. When Jk scolds Jm

Not easy to find clips but knowing his character, I’m sometimes caught off guard when Jk tells/scolds Jm to do something and he does or doesn’t protest to the younger’s suggestion. This is a good time to remind you of their last vlive where Jk scolded Jimin off cam and we see a sorry Jm primly sitting in the bed waiting for forgiveness. Its not much but its easy to see how Jk changes into boyfriend persona when he needs to pull that kind of rank on Jimin. The most common example is his tone of voice and how he suddenly seems more assertive.

3. That wallet moment

It was bon voyage s3 when Jk went to pay for his and Jm’s tickets to enter a museum. He got money from Jm’s wallet. Even though it was to pay for both their tickets, the whole moment gave me married couple “I'm too lazy to find my own so I’ll use yours” vibes. This has that aura of we are one, its okay for me to use your money without asking. (I’ve never taken money even from my siblings let alone a boyfriend’s wallet. It just feels too invasive to me since its one’s private stuff) This is an act I can only associate with either long married couples or partners.

4. Jimin’s submission

One thing people forget about our Mochi is his stubbornness. Jimin is very strong minded and he comes off as he knows what he wants and he’s not afraid to do things his way. And by his submission to Jk, I don’t mean sexually or any of that kinky stuff. Perfectionists are usually controlling like they need to be in charge of a situation in order for things to come out how they want. I’m similar in this way and it can be hard to let someone else take the reigns. But Jimin does give some of this control to Jungkook. You can see it in the small things like the way he tells Jm to eat all his food, Jm sometimes defers to him for stuff like that whole protecting him thing. And its not the fact that he gives Jk control but more in the demeanour which he does it. We’ve seen him sort of go soft in certain situations when he leans in to say something, or when Jk tells him to do something and Jm seems…humble/calm? It makes me think that as someone who likes to be in control, he gives Jk some over him so he can also be taken care of.

5. Silent acknowledgement by those around them

If you notice during burn the stage when Jk was injured and he needed to be treated with implications that he may need to undress. The members decide to leave and give him privacy. Jimin stays. No one says anything—not the band, not even the doctors or staff. Again when Jk had his heel stitches removed, only Jm, some camera crew and the doctor were there. Jm’s dad giving his boy’s birthday bouquet to Jk for the surprise. Idk about you but to me this screams partner/spouse privilege.

6. The relationships with each other’s family

Its too…familiar. The way the talk about each other’s family is most curious. I don’t think I know of many if any situations where Bts members openly joke about each others’ parents the way Jungkook does about Jm’s dad(knowing S.K and their hierarchy thing). One might even think they were friends. He teases Jm about his dad endlessly, cutely and Jm doesn’t seem shocked or to mind it one bit. Its normal at this point. Not forgetting that one holiday when Jimin’s dad picked them up and took them both. According to the person who followed them, he took them both home. One home. Maybe they separated after but still— home eh? Again it was Jk’s dad and Jm’s brother who saw them off to Tokyo(hello first g.c.f)

7. They exude this kind of comfort with each other

I always compare it to when you’ve been away for a while and you come back home. Its familiar and comfortable and bitch… they glow around each other. For Jk, he looks totally smitten and content even if it’s just starting at Jimin And if you can’t tell for sure how much Jk loves him, Jm will tell you himself. Ever since around 2016 when I believe they started dating(if they are: damn this 10% reasonable doubt). He glows, he soars and peacocks. Jimin transforms into all sorts of loved Mochi around Jk. People say Jm is hard to read but not to me. If you doubt their love, remember how easily Jm deflated when embarrassed in the past or when rejected by Jk. The difference these days is staggering. His entire body language screams “I am loved”

There are small but meaningful things they do that in comparison with others, make them so much more different. We mostly focus on the physical interactions that we forget the implications of the other things. We want touches and gazes and shared smiles. That’s all good but they do this with other members too. That’s why you can literally ship all of them with each other. It’s in the narrative of the one showing you where to look and what you’re seeing. But compare the other stuff, the non physical stuff and Jikook is on another level.
