I think the concept of introversion may have harmed a lot of people, tbh
#yeah fr#once i got out of all the environments that sucked for me and started hanging around people who actually cared about me#i realized my social battery is actually huge#i hid behind the introvert defense for the longest time cause i was just scared of talking to people#and like rightfully so! they did not have my best interest at heart. but other people is like. idk one of my biggest joys in life#and it sucks to deprive yourself of that just because its who you Think you are
