Today I visited the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. The Louis Vuitton Foundation had lent its artistic possessions to the Russian art museum, and I decided that I just cannot miss this important event! What’s going on in my life?

Well, July has started a lot more positively than June. I have regained some will to live. I am feeling better. Yes, keeping myself alive requires some huge efforts, I won’t lie. I’ve tried sports, music, YouTube, books and meeting with friends. Maybe, it is a normal life for every person and I was just avoiding all these things for the whole time, but they have helped me a lot. I had to talk to someone about my feelings to feel relieved. It is kinda worrying but never mind.

Hopefully, this peace in my soul will be kept for a long time.

Tomorrow I am going to the exhibition of modern art. I love modern art a lot, so wait for a post from me. I am not sure if it is going to be a regular post or a long-read about art but I’ll post something, I promise. Anyway, let’s finish on this positive note here.

Ha-ha, I guess I found myself a new distraction. I will go to bars and speak to the staff in English. Just for fun. Thus, I’ll check how my city is ready to receive English tourists.

Rivalry and sudden changes

Well, I have dyed my hair blonde. I had wanted to do it for so long and at last did it. I am so ecstatic about my new hair colour! Also, I have had my nails done and I am overwhelmed with this as well. I have been planning these changes since April 2019 but I still consider these decisions as spontaneous. Back in the September 2018, I denied dyeing my hair blonde. I wanted to make my hair even darker. Yet here I am. Blonde. With ultra rose & blue nail ombré. Why? I asked myself why I had done that. And no other answer showed up but this: I am trying to copy my rival. I don’t know how this could ever come to this... Rivalry...? Yep. But who is my rival? Elle Evans is. What is the point of our rivalry? It is a private MATTer but she doesn’t even know who I am. I try to reassure myself I am beautiful. However, it is tough when you are comparing yourself with the model! Nevertheless, I managed to convince myself I am the best and worthy. Ok, blonde hair is a peculiar attempt to look like Elle. What is about the nails? Some sort of tribute to the “ST” album. It means a lot to me. Anyways, my conclusions aren’t usually positive and this time is not an exception. So, am I trying to copy E.E. to please HIM or is it my own sheer will?

If you have itchy throat due to allergy (as I do), I will advise you to drink something warm/hot like tea. It may sound strange but it really works for me.

Olympiad!

Today I had been participating in lingvo-cultural contest about the USA and the UK! I am so proud to be the winner of this Olympiad! It is amazing and so unbelievable for me! Albeit I had been preparing for this amazing event it was a total shock for me! I am on the cloud nine! I am so happy!!! I love Britain and it means a lot to me that I had won this contest consisting of historical, cultural and linguistic questions about Britain (and the USA).

Oh, it was an awesome adventure! I am so grateful to everyone for making this holiday trip affordable and adorable😊

I have revisited so many amazing cities and countries! I am so thankful for this precious experience in my life!

I am looking forward to go somewhere again! These trips make my life better, they bring me will to live!
