To avoid headaches, try looking up! Notice the top of the trees, stare at the clouds and admire how beautiful the mountains connect with each other. Meditate, it's not as hard as you think. Sit quietly or listen to the sound of soothing instruments playing in the background. If you're fortunate to live near a stream even better. Get outdoors! Start by emptying your mind of all its worries. Visualize a lake on a sunny day. A meadow with wild flowers. Imagine you are the only person for miles. You are happy. You are free of all debt. Life is good. All your dreams are within reach.
