Thriller Trainee

Still reading! I just don't have to lot to say most of the times.. At this point, my posts will turn into mini synopsis of what I've read :'). I guess that is what I get for wanting to use these post also as notes for me to remember stuff.

I finished the "First High School" arc and I kinda finished the Halloween fair. I say kinda, because the arc is not finished technically, but the fair itself is done. I'm at the in between part before they enter the next instance ^^.

I liked the Halloween fair and I enjoyed the interactions between the clown and mad hatter :'D. Wondering how often we'll see them ^^. Something I also have a weakness for is when they use existing characters. Such as the Mad Hatter or the little red riding hood. I don't know.. But that's also one of the reason why I like "The Earth is Online" a lot. Who doesn't want to read about a murderous Snow White?

Oh, I have to mention something else as well. I'm going through my screenshot, to remind me what I wanted to talk about and there was this scene in the Halloween Fair. People are screaming and I believe the were in a attraction, but the Coffin Dance song was playing.. :'D.. Every suspension just disappeared. Reminds me of that scene in Dandadan.. A really cool chasing scene and it was playing William Tell Overture :'D.

Do what you want with this information ;D. There is also Xu Sen and Xu Su, who are not related. I believe the Xu is spelled different. But I don't remember them.. They were Zhong Jiu's previous teammates in a different instance I guess. I had more screenshots saved, but I believe those are from the previous arc.. I'm not going to talk about it XD. I need to sort out the screenshots (also from previous danmei I read). My folder is getting full and I don't use them... Maybe for future posts for some.. That's why I have to sort it out I guess XD. Oh well. One day.

Lately I've been getting exited about Digimon again. It's something that keeps coming back haha. I've been collecting the cards as well.. Which is always giving me mixed feelings. I don't know why I keep buying them once in a while, I don't do anything with them and I don't really care about the card game itself :')... But on the other hand.. Pretty pictures and I guess I have a weakness for Gatcha/Mystery bags. I just need to look into what I can do with the duplicates..

Same with Pokémon cards.. I did try making buttons out of it, didn't go that well.. I don't like the idea of using resin, with all the fumes and stuff, and glue is being an ass :').. Oh well, I'll find something one day ^^.

Something else tho, I started watching "Strangers from Hell", for Lee Dong Wook and Lee Dong Wook only. But I do want to figure out when something can be called Horror and when not.. I am fine with horror in danmei/novels, manga and anime 'n stuff, but with series as in with real life people? I don't do well with that, but I don't find this one really scary. Almost every character just makes me really uncomfortable.. The work place of the MC, I hate it so much, specially his 'friend'. His girlfriend doesn't seem to support him either.. Her workplace isn't any better tho, especially her boss.. But that doesn't mean she can tell her boyfriend to stop being sensitive :')..

Other than that, I am curious about what is happening and what is going to happen. Wondering if the MC will snap or not. Just between us, I won't mind it if he snaps at his 'friend'.. ^^

How is that a thing... Last year you said the waiting list was around a year.. Then, canceled my applicating due to a careless mistake, but said my spot would be back to the date of my first application and now this ;D

Pretty ironic this. According to the site, that requires me to call.. I am not enough adult for this :').. At least they won't cancel my application, and I'll still be on the waiting list. I'll probably continue waiting. One day I'll have that appointment.

Anyway, I wanted to mention how I want to try and draw more. I don't know where to start. I do have a current sketchbook, but I think I'll put that one aside for a bit.. It's giving me pressure..

But, I do have a old (almost 6 years old according to the date) sketchbook. It was supposed to be a sketchbook where I would practice drawing from real people. I drew one spread and never drew in it again. But I think I want to use that one. It's a bit smaller than my 'current' sketchbook and it has slight yellow tinted pages. But I hope I can use this one and not really feel scared of making ugly things.

I decorated the front cover with some more stickers and I'm liking how it looks like. It's filled with things I like ^^. I don't know what the pages are made for.. but I'll probably end up throwing everything in it ;d. Marker, watercolor, pencil, paint markers. I'll make it work ^^ Hopefully. Maybe I'll fill some pages with stickers as well..

Going the whole day about thinking that I wanted to ramble about stuff.. Only to come home and all the motivation is just gone. As if it never existed.

Another thing that I've realized is that I'm not getting happy or existed about the thought of being creative. Which makes me quiet sad, but I don't feel like drawing, or crocheting.. I still have some crochet & knit projects laying around.. I still need to finish them. Last Saturday, I made a little something (I'm just following existing patterns for most) and I don't like it.. It probably looks fine. Hopefully the feeling will return at some point..

But, something I still like is reading and watching things ^^. Well, each danmei I read is already getting their own post, but I still want to talk a tiny bit about the stuff I've watched.

Under Girl Murder Farce (anime). I watched this one last week. I quiet enjoyed it. Loved the MC Tsugaru. Especially when he was doing Rakogu during his travels.

Lazarus (anime). Finished this one yesterday. It was ok? I kinda enjoyed it. The fight in the last episode was enjoyable to see. I enjoyed the parkour stuff of Axel the most.

S Line (K-drama). The idea was interesting. A line that connect the people who had intercourse. But it doesn't tell you when it happened or how often. Anyway. The last episode was something.. Not quiet sure what to think about it :'D.. I liked the rest tho.

For now, that's about it ^^.

I'm not often right... But unfortunately, i was right about index 99. It also seems like I did got a little bit attached to him :')..

I was wrong (I think) about something else tho... I think Dark Warlock is number 8? Not the other one... Who's name is Tsuchimikado by the way ;D. I don't know what his rank is.. I think maybe... 4th or 5th? I could be completely off about that one..

We're also not going to mention how I saved some more Unlimited Flow danmei to read for the future.. The future of me continuing Erha is in danger.

I was probably wrong about Zhuge An being a previous teammate.. He might've still been one.. I do know that he's No.3 ?

Let's see, what more did I learn...

The instance is in a high school setting. They have to take exams and meet the quota. Otherwise their whole class gets eliminated. But they can also find a way to escape the instance. I keep forgetting that.

"Have you considered the question I asked last time?" "What question?" "You've actually forgotten. This makes me sad."

I'm sorry Mr. Nan, but it seems I've forgotten as well.. I guess it was something about working together? I don't know..

Anyway, we have Van Zhuo, who is No.2 and apparently also the fiancee of the mc (Zong Jiu)? He's half vampire?

We also have the Dark Warlock. Forgot his number, but it appeared that he's being controlled bij the Devil. There is also No.8 (?) forgot his name, but I'm also not sure about his number.. But he seems cool, but he's awful at studying. I'll pray for his live.

There is also "index 99", he seems like a cool guy. I won't get attached to him tho. I don't have much hope for someone who's just an index number (:

I really do like a enjoyable Unlimited Flow stories ^^.

Thriller Trainee

Oh help, I remember barely anything about this one. I decided to try and continue reading it and started where I left off and.. Well first of all, the majority of that chapter was explaining about how evil the ML is, but I also don't remember what happend so far in this instance :'). I believe the ML put himself as a NPC teacher and there was a short mention about exams they're supposed to do? But now they're in a hostel/dorm kinda thing.. I don't know :'D

His memory of what happened to Zhuge An was still fresh.

I'm sorry... What happened to who? I think in the future, I should make notes about the characters. Especially those that appear quiet often.. I'm assuming Zhuge An was maybe a teammate from a previous instance?

For a second I thought I remembered about what happened, but I got confused with a different danmei. Well, hopefully I'll start remembering more about it as I continue reading.

When Reader and Author Transmigrate Inside the Book at the Same Time

I think that I have been doing pretty well in being active here. Wondering how long it will last. On my 'main' one, I have been doing awful tho. Anyway.

The title of this danmei is just the whole synopsis.. I could elaborate it a little bit more. The reader and the writer don't know about that they're both transmigrated. But, I am at chapter 32 and the author is having a inkling about our mc. Our mc is a bit dense.. "Oh, he used a name that only exist in the real world. Must be coincidence". Heh..

Not sure what to think about this story tho. It's ok, but not my favorite. The mc has facial paralysis, but his way of speaking is so expressive. Nothing wrong with it! Just makes it a bit hard for me to imagine it xd.

I'll continue reading and see where things will go.

Edit: Seems like the translations are transferring to a different place. Guess I'll wait ^^

Sometimes I think it would be handy to be able to connect my brain to a social media. Maybe that way I could be more active on it. I keep forgetting I should seem more active on it. Which I'm not obligated to, so I don't know why I keep thinking it.

That's another thing tbh, my brain having so many inter monologues :'). Repeated sentences, repeated music lyrics. It's pretty tiresome when you wake up and the first thing you hear in your head is: "LET'S BEEEYYBLAAAAAAADE"....

Not sure if I mentioned it in a post, or only in the comments to someone (Hi, if you're reading this), but I was on a waiting list since last year. They said it could take up to a year. Well, ok. I was going to figure out how to contact them in a few weeks, but my stepdad beat me to it and contact them. Thank you <3. But they said it was canceled :')? Hello? I didn't consent to that..They're going to figure things out. Hopefully.

Wondering why nailpolish need a base coat and a top coat.. I like painting my nails. I don't like having to put 3 or 4 layers in total on my nails. I also don't like they taint my nails.. I do like putting those shimmers topcoat kinda things, onto my naked nails. Now they're naked with a little bit of extra <3.

Oh, by the way, I did not ignore all the 'new' danmeis that I could start reading. I started a new one, instead of continuing Erha. "When Reader and Author Transmigrate Inside the Book at the Same Time". The titles are getting longer and longer. I am at chapter 9, but I am not so sure how much I am enjoying this :').. But that's something for a different post in the future

A Million People Hate Him for Wanting to Leave

I think this danmei is going to be up there in my favorites. It is definitely a slow burn and the characters don't get together until the end, (spoiler). I'm at chapter 70 and they just got together under the pretense of "Let's try it out". But the whole danmei is just so lovely to read. There is a lot of moments between the two characters, since they are neighbors and you can almost say they just live together xd.

Orange the cat is also a lovely character. I would love to have a cat with the personality of Orange. One day maybe <3.

Fortunately, I already had the bless of having a cat with a lovely personality (to be fair, all cats have lovely personalities <3), but she, especially on cold days, would just sleep the whole day in my lap. Blissful days. Unfortunately I had to put her to sleep a couple of weeks ago.

Song Yunhui also seem to like dinosaurs a lot. Makes me even like dinosaurs more as well. I started to like them thanks to a precious danmei I've read. I'm definitely not knowledgeable about them tho. But I do kind of want to make more dinosaurs things.. Maybe I'll look up on some patterns at some point ^^.

I'm not done reading with it, but it's also not finished translating either.

Slight edit: The translation is complete, I think they are paid for early acces, but a new chapter is unlocked each 3 to 4 days? ^^ Please don't quote me on this, I do missunderstand things quiet easily.

So, it will be a bit before I'm done with it ^^. But when I catch up with everything, I'll probably start reading something else in the meantime. I did mention continuing Erha, which I hopefully will. But I also remember I have to catch up with "Painting of Terror" as well.

There is also "Welcome to the Nightmare Live" I have to catch up on at some point... I lowkey forgot where the story left off, but I'm at chapter 193, and currently there are 426 translated once... ... I'm a bit behind to say the least...

I could also continue "Thriller Trainee"... Since that one is finished and I'm at 80 out of 260. I remember I left off when they just started the new arc/instance in a school setting.

There are a few more I could continue... Let's try and ignore all the news ones I could start as well. He...

What Can I Do, I’m Not Human

I thought it would take me a bit longer, but here I am. I finished the story this morning. I have so many words I want to say, but I lost the way to communicate properly. I will do my best. Promised myself to not spoiler too much, but I am great in breaking promises to myself. So... You've been warned <3.

6th arc happened. It was easy to follow for my tiny peanut brain, until the last few chapters xd. It was still manageable. But you start of knowing only the sorcerers, which is only this school. Then the beast village, which also seemed small. Suddenly! It opens up to the elves and the whole outside world and suddenly the outside outside world happens and shit happens faaast. The end of that world and how it got solved was doing a speenrun or something.

Then Ah Ci's world. Aahh. We also got to know the reason why Zhe-ge (I'm kindly borrowing their nicknames for each other) got into his situation. Ok, I will mention the biggest spoils I guess, so... this time, a extra warning for you <3. But, Ah Ci, his world and story was made to trap Zhe-ge. Which is so sad to hear. The amount of guilt Ah Ci must have felt. Well, things got easily solved while they both coaxed each other. But yeah.. Ehm. So, Zhe-ge his job is to get into these generated worlds from stories and make sure that the mc of those story follow the plot. But, in Ah Ci's story, the write made his plot miserable and Zhe-ge just said 'no' to that. I love them both.

The 3 extras were lovely as well. The first one being a story about the two systems and the last 2 were about them re-doing Ah Ci's live. Which I found so adorable and touching. At first, I was afraid it would be a 'what if' situation.

"The two of them chose to come to this world for vacation on their own, saying they wanted to make up for Ah Ci's childhood regrets"

My worries have been solved.

Chu Shici liked playing with him Every time he hugged Shen Lianzhe, the gege's originally fair face would instantly turn red. He thinks the gege is a chameleon.

I think, I will try and not looking for something new to read and instead finally continuing with erha.

Edit: ABORT THAT. I forgot I started "A Million People Hate Him for Wanting to Leave" but put that on pause for this one, due to some error on the site. I will be continuing this one first ^^

Just a small little bit of rambling. I mean, if I don't get t distracted a lot. I'm writing this one in advance and putting it in the schedule thingy, just to let the protentional visitor know that my backlog is empty ^^. No more old posts, only fresh ones from here on out. Well, the "What Can I Do, I’m Not Human" ones were always fresh.

It'll probably get a little bit more quiet here from now on. I do want to try and write more often about the novels I read. But sometimes I just get into the state of: "I've written so often about this, am I not annoying? I didn't wrote this much about a previous novel". Even though there was a big chance I liked the previous one more.

Voicing these thought also make me think "Am I not annoying. People will think I'm attention seeking". Or something along the lines of that. I don't need assurances. I just... Eh, I can't find the words.

Trying to make this place my little safe place? I think I should allow myself to shout my thoughts into the void sometimes.

Transmigrated as the Cannon Fodder Abandoned by the Movie Star

Haven’t added the tags yet, it’ll probably take me a month (or longer) to actually do it. I did finish this danmei tho. I liked it, I need a Xie Luyu in my life.

I got quiet attached to the MC. He needs to be protected.

The first two extra’s were questionable tho.. Not quiet sure how to explain them either, since it was quiet late so my brain tends to turn off.. Either the danmei turned supernatural with multiple timelines, in which the MC never had a good ending. Like f/ck you for ripping my heart out for that. But either it was that, or ML had a long ass nightmare. Who knows.. I don’t, the only thing I know is that I recognized myself in the MC sometimes, which isn’t really a good sign I guess. The other thing I know is that I’m going to read something else.

Note: This is a re-post. I'm giving each post their own, instead of being a reacting to a previous one. But this was about the first time I finished the novel ^^. But since I've read this novel again and wrote about that as well, I thought I mention this, just in case. Also, in the meantime, I did add tags to everything ^^.

Second-Hand Love Letter

I finished the novel! It was lovely. I finished it around 2am, so the end of the novel might be a bit fuzzy in my mind. I thought this was a story about 2 persons, where one is in love and the other one slowly falls in love. I was wrong, they were both in love. Neither knew that the other like them at first and they both thought that they were not good enough for the other.

Not sure what I’m going to read next… I have to catch up on some novels as well and there are some that I still need to finish (probably going to procrastinate on finishing those). There are two danmei’s that I kinda wanna read. But they both have the tag depression as well, so I’m not sure if I should. I probably will tho. But the new DLC for Pokémon just came out and Disney Valley has a new update so…. I’m probably going to play those two first ^^

What Can I Do, I’m Not Human

Hmm, I probably won't be able to explain the 5th arc well.. It started with a blind artist and a talking speaker. It continues with the blinded artist being locked up and wanting to escape. Sounded like something I could finally understand. But than they started messing with clones and time. They lost me a little bit. It does discourage me sometime when I'm not able to understand it well. Which is definitely my own fault. Reading at night results most of the time me getting confused at some point hehe.

Not sure if I am sending mixed messages, but I am still enjoying the story ^^. I liked that arc as well. I'm just a tad bit sad that the ML in that world never got to see MC with his own eyes. He did manage to dream about him tho. That's probably thanks to all the previous world. But he never got to confirm it.

Reading the last arc. So far, I can still understand it. But I am waiting for the moment where I get lost hehe. After that, it's still some more chapters and some extras. I'll probably be back after I finished it completely? We'll see ^^

I caught up with the translated chapters! Until it is updated…. Let me check real quick, because the translators are fast.

I am one chapter away from catching up on the translation! :’D. So, since de last time there was another instance the MC went trough. He was in a building with some other people and the ML popped up for a short time towards the end… Now we are in the fourth instance, which is an amusement park (in the first post I mentioned a fair… but I ment amusement park). The ML popped up for a short while again.

I have to be honest, I like this novel and how the MC does things. Scarred dog liar is doing his best. But I have to say that I kinda would’ve liked if I could read more of their interaction. Maybe it will happend later on. But it doesn’t stop me from reading it!

Think I want to read “I Became a God in a Horror Game” next… Which is not fully translated yet (which I kinda need to stop doing) and it is also mentioned that (especially in the beginning) there is little interaction between the MC and ML, so I’ll have to deal with that problem again :’)… Well, as long the novel is good, I don’t really mind ^^

Welcome to the Nightmare Live

On my way to finish the 2nd instance. I believe I have 5 chapters left? And the ML is about to be summoned. As you may can guess, the ML doesn’t appear often (yet?).

Also, the hospital is a normal hospital (I mean, as normal as in can gets in a horror novel). In the past the hospital was more woman focused. Pregnant woman to be a little bit more exact, but it became more general later on.

The MC continues deceiving the other anchors, NPC’s and monsters, so he’s doing his best.
