Flow on

It feels good to find your flow - especially when it feels like you have been in a tailspin, for who knows how long.  The best way I can describe flow, is that it feels like a great song. When you find flow, its almost as if your vision is super crisp and you have an intense feeling of movement. We all feel flow, everyday - atleast for a little bit. The flow that's important to find, is the flow that lasts for days - its the feeling you get when you're chasing a surf wave, in the ocean or behind a boat. The timing is perfect, the tempo continues to build - the surf gets bigger and your mind locks on the flow when you find the pocket. Its inevitable that the flow won't last forever, but when you flow - its easy to ride it out.
