the worst part of having had a traumatic childhood is that you dont even really know what will trigger you- I just gig home and found some of my stuff had moved (bc im in the process of moving rooms and someone was trying to be helpful), and spent 10 minutes taking things out of where they had been put and then a further 30 sobbing bc apparently that’s something that I cant handle. who wouldve fucking thought.
