I went to a dimension in which I was a supporting character in a popular children's show once. I'm used to it.

From how I understand it planes of existence are stacked on top of each other creating a infinite stack! However it also goes sideways. The higher the plane of existence the more err control it has. This means the one above us created ours and we created the one below. The ones next to us are dimensions. They exist in our plane of existence unlike the ones above and below us. Entities can surpass these planes and become "gods" of sorts. HOWEVER the mere amount of narrative they would be exposed to would drive any sane being mad! Its very complicated and implicates we are fictional charectors and or stories created by the universe above us. So in short yes and no. Just dont think about it to hard and you'll be good.

You’ve seen lots of weird stuff, yeah? Ever heard of beings called Wolfwalkers? They’re people who are humans while they’re awake, but when they fall asleep, their souls leave their bodies to roam as wolves. I think they’re awesome and I kind of wish I could be one, but I have a deep adoration for wolves, werewolves, and anything adjacent.

I have heard of wolfwalkers. You can find a lot of werewolf-adjacent creatures when researching werewolves. I have never met a wolfwalker, but I'm sure it would be very interesting.
