Kirby vs. Cappy

I made a Kirby comic involving the Cappies

So happy to finally get this done. This was something that came to my mind due to Kirby and the Forgotten Land because of how Kirby and the Waddle Dees are basically buddies. It got me thinking what if Kirby did the same with the Cappies similar to his anime counterpart. Of course there'd probably be a reason for the two would make amends, so I decided to experiment on comic-making for potential future projects. The monochrome colors were inspired by manga. As I mentioned in my previous post featuring the cover, there's quite a bit of references to Kirby: Right Back At Ya as well as other sources of media. This was a fun little experiment and a good sendoff from Medibang as I move on to Clip Studio Paint.

BONUS PAGE since it didn't feel right leaving out the only main character from Right Back At Ya that isn't present in the comic lol

Kirby X Cappy!

Cover for a Kirby fancomic I'm working on involving Kirby and the Cappies. Tired of getting caught in Kirby's shenanigans, the Cappies decide to stand up and try to search for the pink puff to arrest him. The comic is based on the game continuity but features a few references to the anime continuity, including Tiff pictured above. Alongside Kirby and Tiff is Acchi from Squeak Squad as an antagonist. Just finishing up some stuff so the comic will be posted real soon.

Haven't posted much art lately but I am cooking a little something that I've been trying to complete for months now that my motivation is back.

A WIP preview of a small Kirby comic I'm working on involving Cappies. The comic will be monochrome but I'm thinking of coloring this panel in full color in the future cuz I love it so much.
