The other "voice of the machine" is Eleanor Forte! Who I am now learning is currently unavailable for use.

I wrote the song in English, so it was important to use a vocaloid that could speak and be understood in English. I experimented with both Eleanor and Tsurumaki as candidates, and couldn't pick just one to be the final voice - so the end result is a blend of both of them!

Tsurumaki Maki is one of the "voices of the machine" in my AI critique: 'Automaton'

I knew I wanted to utilise a synthesised voice, and at time of writing, the technology for AI generated vocals was still in its infancy. So I utilised a man-made solution by programming a couple vocaloids, and I'm happy with the results!

After learning the dangers, horrors, and ethics of using AI generated voices, I'm glad I didn't go down that route
