Solid day yesterday at the White Lake International Triathlon. I PR'd this race by 10 minutes. I was rocking the first 10 miles of the bike at a 20 mph pace and then it started to pour down rain. For the next 18 miles. That was tough. But, that's triathlon. It killed my pace, but I'm pleased I was able to push ahead despite the conditions.
