ANGEL’S share tavern was simply booming with business every single night, as bustling patrons made their way through the wooden doorway — hoping to be merrily intoxicated for once another night. the constant chattering partnered with drinks clattering against one another every so often, along with the warm lighting above gave a somewhat relaxed, yet entertaining atmosphere.
“another drink, bartender!”
“and so I said, you’re as brainless as a ruin guard!”
“this may be the first date, but allow me to say how you have enchanted me, my lady”
while bartenders felt overwhelmed by the amount of attention the establishment had been receiving recently, the steady flow of profit slightly reveled the owner of the business, Diluc of the Ragnvindr clan.
oh Diluc, the fiery yet puzzling bartender of the tavern. only attending to the bar as of recently, he drove off drunkards with a firm glare, prohibiting from furthering their insobriety of the evening — if he saw it to be fit. however, he still maintained a level of composure around those excited by being inebriated, attending to their needs while gaining his required financial interest.
nevertheless, this professional manner did not halter him in inquiring about foreign strangers — unless they themselves drove him off with a glare equal towards his. he found this reaction to be rare, but to entice him, as instead most foreign strangers being rather, open, to talk to the barkeep.
the tavern door opened slowly once more, the hinges crying out softly as a cloaked figure stepped into the space. adorning your side was an unfamiliar vision design, along with a sharpened dagger tucked away in your belt.
scanning your cramped surroundings, you finally settled upon an open seat directly parallel to the oak bar — the tables at the back having too many persons at the moment.
Diluc carefully examined you, trudging towards the bar stool, raising an eyebrow as you shrugged off your cloak onto the chair.
you, the person underneath was rather, attractive, even to Diluc. you looked to be hand-crafted of Celestia themselves, descended to the beings of Tevyat alike an angel, bestowing upon them a glance at your beauty, perhaps for a mere second to encounter what true eternal artistry was.
you promptly notice his curious expression, before swiftly examining him up and down. Trailing your gaze from his spirited crimson hair, all down to the intricate metal detailing upon his attire.
“take a picture, it’ll last longer,” you assert with a small grin, peering into his red eyes before looking back upon the menu in front of you. you pick at it carefully with her fingernail, before dragging the paper closer to check what “divine” alcoholic drinks the infamous business would have at this hour — as proclaimed by knight Alberich.
slightly flustered at your statement, Diluc shakes the emotion off relatively quickly, clearing his throat before responding with modest cockiness.
“don’t flatter yourself, I don’t work to look at good-looking ladies all day,” the bartender retorts, turning around and polishing off a clean wine glass in his hand with a used cloth in the other.
you gingerly chuckle at his comeback, dragging your finger along the paper menu — as if checking it for any faults it may have.
“so you think I’m good-looking, barkeep?” you fire back, glancing up from the menu bashfully, interested by his professional(ish) demeanor.
his crimson-red eyebrows furrow at your continuing question, not bothering to glimpse back but tempted by the thought. Diluc continues to wipe down the glass thoroughly, lost on what to say until he finds a decent antiphon.
“i do not plan to explain my thoughts on the matter. nor did I imply you were simply an attractive lady,” he emboldens back, a sudden confidence covering his voice as he hides a smirk from your inquisitive eyes.
at your absence of an answer, his voice slightly tinges with a hint of laughter, teasing evident in his voice — he was attempting to get under your skin. Diluc poses a question, turning around to lean unto the wooden bar, closer to you.
”what brings you to my bar anyway? People like you don’t usually come here at this hour,” he inquires, staring deeply into your eyes, hidden emotions swirling beneath its red exterior.
“oh, so what do people like me usually do?” you utter, returning his stare with an intense one of your own, as a small grin lies upon your smooth lips.
he grins at your response, not most patrons of the tavern replying with the same — credence in their voice. his mischievous smile doesn’t leave his face, setting the clean wine glass to the side while still keeping his eyes on you.
“well, that depends on the reason they come in, no?” Diluc challenges, resting his head atop his palm as he continues to admire your conduct, appearance, behavior — everything about you had allured him towards you.
“i suppose it does, does it not,” you flirtatiously conjecture as your gaze flits down from his face, down his brawny frame, and back towards his eyes. His smile grows at your endless gaze, cocking an eyebrow while your eyes wander curiously over his body — but he returns to a more professional and business-like tone, straightening his posture. Diluc grabs the used cloth he had so carelessly thrown to the side, in favor of teasing you further, and throws it across his shoulder.
”well then, what is your drink of choice?” your lips purse in return, glancing back at the menu before tilting your head at the man.
”I can’t seem to decide — could you help me, barkeep?” You question, a playful emphasis on what you’ve nicknamed him, as you are entranced by him, sharpening your attention back to him, watching him like a hawk rather than a mouse.
a smile curls his lips once again, amusement breaking against the business manner he had adopted mere seconds ago. Diluc heartily chuckles, the mischief coming back into play as he taunts you back.
”i have a special selection, some not many of my customers would be willing to try. Do you think you’re brave?” His words bordering on the territory of mockery, leaning against the bar counter and glancing back to see the expression — if you were truly able to turn down his offer.
you return his glance with one of her own, entertained by his approach to this situation — as a smirk grows atop your lips.
”give me your best, bartender,” you reply with, as Diluc’s lips curl into a wide smile, his gaze unblinking and unsteady, as his eyes hold a certain glint to them, at this promise.
“well then,” the bartender says, faintly grunting as he bends down to search below in the dark oak cabinet for a certain special wine. he finally pops up from behind the bar, cradling meticulously in his gloved hands a hand-crafted bottle of wine, with no label. “a special wine, i brewed it entirely myself.” he continues, as he pulls out not one, but two clean wine glasses out for the pair — clearly intent on advancing their conversation over the evening.
“you do have quite the experience, don’t ya?” You playfully tease, as you linger on how the muscles in his arms flex as he pours them both some vintage wine from his personal collection.
“i wouldn’t say I’m quite experienced, perhaps four or five years?” Diluc conveys, confusion evident in his voice as the time prior the Fatui has become quite hazy for him. he sets down the glass of wine back under the counter, before pushing the wine glass towards you. “well then,” he suggestively utters, steadily lifting up his glass to toast with you.
”cheers, barkeep!” You remarks, excitement evident within your statement, raising up your glass to meet his as you stare into his eyes while taking a sip of the liquid.
the wine is rather sweet and acidic at the same time, the two flavors balancing each other out considerably well — the vintage potency of it, while having been brewed moderately recently is quite strong, you putting down the glass for a second to savor what you have taken. diluc reclines back in his bar stool behind the counter after finishing more than half of his share — awaiting to see the your reaction to the bitter yet fruity taste.
after studying your features as you continues to languidly sip the wine, appearing to relish in the oncoming taste of it, Diluc’s grin gets large, speaking volumes in their extant silence.
Diluc queries you in front of him, enticingly uttering, ”how do you like it?” his head falls once again atop his palm, looking straight towards you as if you are the only person, only thing, in the world that held magnitude towards him. he attempts to anticipate your response, a devious smile falling upon his face as he enduringly awaits a comeback.
you gently set down the wine glass, the well-crafted taste still dawdling on your soft lips as you reciprocate a feedback, chastely saying, “tastes almighty to be hand-crafted by you.” while a jesting tone drips from your exaggerated words, slight admiration is hidden within your amusing nature while Diluc quirks an eyebrow up at your statement.
“oh, is it that well-done?” the bartender cockily fires back, teasing at how you look to cherish the taste of the accomplished vintage beverage. a twinge of a sneer encompasses his expression comparatively — simply adoring how your taunting could vex even the most tough of adventurers.
”are you doubting your own capabilities, barkeep? this personal collection may as well be worth the finest mora of Tevyat,” you tease back with a flirtatious grin crossing over your face — how you sell out the description of the wine may as well be that it’s worth the best material held in Celestia, even.
he heartily howls in laughter, attracting the attention of some nearby patrons before they go back towards their drunken antics.
”if i may ask, what name do I have the pleasure of addressing? i feel as if I have to know whose truly behind these endless compliments,” he questions, leaning forward slightly in the chair — intrigued to see how you would retort.
you bend your upper body over the wooden counter, in an effort to be closer towards him while a small grin graces your features. you gesture for him to come closer with a beckoning of your finger, and Diluc gladly complies — lending you his ear to speak into.
you utter softly, words taking on a slight teasing and provocative tone, “i don’t feel as if you’ve earned it yet, bartender..”
a crestfallen expression evident by your reply, he captures the budding emotion and transforms it to match the your own, flirtatious and teasing — while adding his own personal touches towards it.
he mocks coyly, grinning as he moves in unbearably close enough for you to apperceive the warmth his breath trails from your neck to just barely below her ear.
“i feel as if I have earned it, don’t you,” Diluc fires back with an intense yet magnetizing gaze into your eyes as he leans back, desiring to see your reaction. he cautiously brings a scarred hand up towards yours, moving to sensitively trace intricately figures atop it while allowing you to pull away if you so coveted.
you irresistibly grin at the hand exquisitely pursuing the creation of shapes atop yours, while Diluc cannot seem to tear his eyes away from you. your skin feels smooth as silk, while holding some scars from what he assumed to be quarrels outside of Adventurer commissions. you flirtatiously flit her eyes from the hand tracing hers, to his crimson eyes, affirming, “what made you come towards that?”
you coyly tilt her head, enough for him to notice how you are attempting to tease him, to provoke him enough to do something.
“well, i already see how far you’re willing to go” Diluc retorts, confidence paired with mischief evident as his gaze drawls across your body, before returning to your wine-stained lips.
your eyes narrow in response to his avowal, taking this as a challenge of sorts rather than an invitation. he grins at the narrowing of your eyes, a stark contrast between your two expressions.
opposed to his prior action of leaning away from you, he drifts toward you — moving his hand that was previously tracing the lines of yours to your neck. his tepid breath is adjacent to your neckline, nearest to the bottom of your ear as he breezily caresses the side of your jaw, stroking it affectionately as he utters, “i could tell you, but if you prefer..”
he seems almost hypnotized by you, your conduct, your appearance, everything about you has enraptured his entire being, captivating him the moment you arrived at the tavern. he then resumes his words, lips barely brushing your neck as he lovingly confides, “i could show you.”
at the slightest hitch of your breath, the smallest inconsistency, a large sneer appears on his face, for he had finally flustered you. you could feel the smugness radiating from him as he remained with his head almost tucked into your neck, before softly plucking the hand that had caressed your jaw — holding it as he removes his head from the confines of your neck to properly, and shamelessly, ogle at you.
the dirty tavern cloth still remains onto his shoulder, not dirtying his clothes in any way as you support his hand within your own, looking at the numerous scars, scratches, that littered his damaged hand before expressing rather teasingly, “and how could you show me, bartender?”
your words are like honey to him, encapsulating him as he remains lost staring into the abyss of your eyes. suddenly, his voice starts off rather clear, stating, “there’s a simple way — i could…” before he trails off without a second thought, his mind rampaging with alluring situations.
“if you’d so entertain me,” Diluc continues, while pointing at the third floor of the Angel’s Share. “we may go somewhere more private if you so want,” Diluc provocatively declares, keeping his seductive intentions coherent for you.
you do not seem to give in easily to his words, but are still rather, intrigued — at the prospect of being alone with the bartender.
“well, lead the way then, barkeep,” you seductively say, a confident smile manifesting unto your face as you down the remainder of the well-done wine in your glass, grabbing the cloak from the bar stool and following the red-haired man up the steep stairs — a night of ravenous fun awaiting the both of you…

In a world as dangerous as Hyrule, one must be careful, perhaps even loyal, to those they can trust. With the ever looming threat of danger in their near future, can the prince who hasn’t mastered his prophesized power, two knights merely attempting to survive, and a traveler trying to figure out what had really transpired the night her parents had died, could they be the very beings who help save Hyrule?

ironheart // chapter 1
Tumblr media
now in her school, mere minutes after the viral fight, makes her the center of attention, and (first/name) (last/name) despises every second of it. However, the publicity from the predicament earlier results in a surprise visit, from none other than the headmaster of a nationally-known hero high school, Mister Nezu of UA High School! What will fate have in store today for (first/name)?

Rushing into the pristine school gates, (Last/Name) found that mostly everybody was staring at her, even people she fails to talk to. Keeping her head down, attempting to get to at least inside. This was an unnecessarily easy task, as the farther into the school she walked, the crowds in front of her had dissipated, splitting down the middle to give her entry.
The mirror directly next to the lockers allowed (Last/Name) to look at her entire body, and as far as she could tell, there wasn’t anything wrong; so why were they staring?
They couldn’t have already heard, could they? The fight only happened a couple, well, several minutes ago, but how would news of a measly fight transport so quickly? *Technology for you,* she guessed.
She absolutely despises the stares from gossiping onlookers, whether from jealousy, admiration, or either, she disliked it with a strong passion. Why were the glares so intense but full of duplicated emotion at the same time? She felt overly gawked at, as if she was an exotic animal in an enclosure, presented for all to see.
The whispers and disappearance of most loud noises were attracting more stranger schoolmates to openly stare at her as she made her way to home room. However her sweet sanctuary, her quiet homeroom, where she could sit in the corner of the room, safe from the belittling stares and dirty looks from the rest of her classmates; for now.
Missus Watanashi, her home room teacher, was an easygoing individual, with kind, sparkling eyes and a warm smile, she was seen as a beacon of compassion for most students in 3-A. Poised in her chair, eyes fluttering up every minute or so to check on students, while she adamantly graded a multitude of essays, some completely marked in red, some slightly marked, and those ungraded lay in a small basket in the corner of her desk. Watanashi was outwardly kind towards (Last/Name), allowing her to do multiple tasks not usually done by other students, but still would rule with a firm hand in her classroom.
Albeit, today was not (First/Name)’s day, as she found herself unable to enjoy the usual amenities of her homeroom. “Good morning miss (Last/Name), I’m sorry to say but the headmaster would like to see you right now,” her home room teacher exclaims, before offering a kind smile and returning back to her endless pile of work.
“Thank you Watanashi-san for letting me know.” Nodding in reply, the home room teacher watched as her student exited the room, diligently following with her eyes, before the student had made the various twists and turns to the front office of the junior high school.
Headmaster Kobayakawa was an.. interesting individual… Completely interested in increasing his own wealth, and the reputation of the school he resided over, he wasn’t very well-recognized, or fit, for a leadership position. Meeting with him was a misfortunate event for all, except for those who he had willingly favored, due to a multitude of random interests and likes of those randomly picked.
Mindlessly counting the diamond pattern laid intricately on the floor’s tiling was a great way to waste time, the diamond shaped bronze tiles connecting on the bare edges to each other, barely the connection was cut by egg-white triangles lining along the hallway. The golden mini chandeliers that lay overhead paired with the well-maintained plants lined in the corners made the school look amazing, as it appears to be.
Checking in with the front office went normally, until she was called into the headmaster’s office. Entering a luxurious, yet ludicrous, office, she was met with not one, but two people. The first, was headmaster Kobayakawa, a greedy and prejudiced ‘leader’, and the second appeared to be a mutated mouse of some kind? One cannot ever truly tell with how quirks have evolved over multiple decades of time.
“Ah, there she is, (First/Name) (Last/Name), one of our most exceptional students at Shujin Junior High!” The red-faced principal gestured for her to take a seat, right next to the unknown visitor, before turning back to the previous conversation at hand.
“Miss (Last/Name), it’s quite a pleasure to meet you, I have heard a bit about you from your headmaster.” Flushing slightly at the stranger’s statement, she replied a quiet ‘thank you’, before questioning, politely, who the stranger was.
“Well, I am Professor Nezu, headmaster of the nationally known high school of U.A. in Japan! I would like to invite you to join the hero course, Miss (Last/Name). The teachers there and I believe you would make a great fit among the rest of the students.”
“With all due respect Mister Nezu, I’d have to reject your offer.” Dumbstruck by her response before furrowing his brows with anger, his face was alike to that of a prize-winning tomato; Principal Kobayakawa was distraught at the amount of publicity his school would receive, just from a singular student applying to UA, and getting in with the transcript provided by his school!
“Miss (L/N), you cannot be serious, this is the opportunity of a-,“ He was about to argue, debate endlessly about the girl’s decision, before being cut off by the the UA principal sitting across from him.
“It’s quite alright Mister Kobayakawa, although may I inquire why miss (L/N)?” Turning his attention to her while she glanced at the fuming junior high principal across from them and slightly shook her head no. Slightly disappointed in her undetailed answer, he sighed, and grabbed a singular card from his pockets vest, before handing it over to her. “Well, if you ever change your mind and decide to apply, I’ll be sure to aid you in the process.” Giving her a warm smile, contrasted to the disdain look laid on her current headmaster’s face, she was sent on her way.
“There’s better options here of course! Allow me to introduce you to several other students starting with..” The sounds of the headmaster attempting to lure in the hero headmaster with his antics and tricks drowned out the further she went down the hallway. Back to the home room, back to her sanctuary, back to her normal, regular, life.

m. togata // veracious truth
the one where Mirio is oblivious to the fact that Tamaki and you are siblings and not dating.
fluff // masterlist // warning : protective older brother [?]
m. togata x gn! social reader //  0.87k
Tumblr media
Tamaki and you were always together, despite the fact that you were, academically, single year below your blue-haired companion. That being said, you always hung out with the Big Three of UA, and were very familiar with them. You told them about all your troubles, whether it be from your internship, from your school life, or even from your home life.
However, there was one thing that confounded the students of UA that nobody would find the courage to talk about. How could a literal ball of sunshine be with somebody as shy as Tamaki? This question had left Mirio Togata especially astounded.
The golden-haired third year harbored a schoolboy crush on you, his feelings beginning on the day he first met you, but never departing. Neijre Hado always tried to convince him that Mirio had a chance with you, a ginormous chance with you, but she was never successful. Therefore, she devised a plan, a grand one that was going to change everything on this very day.
Late evening on a quiet Saturday night, the moon’s glow was leaking through the blinds at Mirio Togata's dorm. The forgotten sounds of the chattering in the weekly social night in the 3rd year common room didn’t mean anything this time.
Deciding to play truth or dare, the Big Three with the unexpected addition of you were slightly excited with the prospect of tonight, all for different reasons though.
You had just left to complete your most recent dare, take a couple laps around the dormitory, hopefully giving Neijre enough time to ‘pop the question’.
"I don't think (F/N) would mind if we moved on to you Tamaki, right Togata-kun?" Tamaki felt like his hands were clamming up and his vision was fogging up. He didn't do much without you there, you had always been his support system, somebody there to help calm his social anxiety down. Even though it was only Mirio and Hado, he couldn't help but have an uneasy feeling erupting and evolving from his nervous system.
"We should wait for (F/N) to get back.."
"I agree with him, Neijre. If Tamaki wants to wait for his turn until (F/N) is here, we should let him."
"Okay Mirio-kun, but I want to ask Tamaki something." Neijre directed her attention back to the anxious teenager in question, before taking a deep breath, preparing to ask the tedious question ahead. "Amajiki-kun, do you think Mirio-kun has a chance with (F/N) in the future?"
Mirio’s blinding smile faltered from his face, he wanted the Earth to swallow him whole, he did not want to be here right now.
"W-why would you ask that?" Amajiki let out a breath he had before taking another one in quickly, in order to say something without stuttering. "Mirio, do you have feelings for (F/N)?"
"Tamaki, I didn't mean for you to find out this way, I’m really sorry I-,” he halted his sentence when he heard footsteps go down the hallway, and his bright smile reappeared.
Mirio couldn't help but let his widely-recognized smile falter a bit as he saw you re-enter his dormitory and make a bee-line for Tamaki, sitting right next to him and resting your head on his shoulder.
"So, what'd I miss?" Tamaki had an apparent look of disgust on his face aimed at Mirio, how could anybody have a crush on his family member? Not just any family member, but his sibling? His younger sibling for that matter, the one he always wanted to protect.
"Not much, I'll fill you in on it (F/N)! So basically Mirio-"
"Wait!" Neijre couldn't even finish her sentence without being cut off by the male in question interrupting her. Mirio got up from his seat and stood in front of you, and suddenly bent down in an apologetic manner. "(L/N) (F/N), I know you're dating Tamaki, but I really like you, please I can’t keep this inside anymore." Mirio bowed, keeping his eyes to the floor and shut closed, while you looked in disbelief. It was silent, before you emitted with laughter from his statement.
"I'm really sorry for laughing, but Tamaki and I aren't dating, he's my older brother!"
Neijre broke the split-second of silence of Mirio’s mind in pure shock at how he didnt see it at first. “That explains a bunch, but don’t you two have different last names?”
“Our parents split up, I went with our mom, he went with our dad, and we reconnected during junior high. Moving onto one more topic, you had feelings for me?” You got up from your seat next to Tamaki, taking Mirio’s hand in yours and explaining that you had a slight crush on him too.
After hearing this news, Mirio’s bright smile reappeared, and gave you a big hug, not deciding to let you go until Tamaki cleared his throat, not very pleased with this extremely sentimental moment.
"I'm going to talk to Mirio for a minute, we’ll be right back.” With all the attention on him, Tamaki stood up before walking out of the room, Mirio unwillingly following after separating from you.
Neijre and you chuckled when yelling mixed with many voice cracks came from the door, and a (mad?) Tamaki and flustered Mirio came back into the room.

on her merry little way to school, (first/name) encounters a dangerous villain, blocking her usual quick route. deciding to find another way seems like the best option, until she notices a child struck with fear. damn, why is her moral compass so willed?
next chapter // masterlist // warning : fight scene, minor cursing
bnha! characters x afab! reader // 1.32k
Tumblr media
Hurriedly walking through the streets of Japan, desiring to get to her school across city, (F/N) had no time to mess around. If she got to school after the bell rang, who knows what would happen?
Even if she’s late, it wasn’t really her fault, considering all the unpredictable things that could happen, was it? Couldn’t be, but who could tell what her the dean of students would say.
Her school was strict, unnecessarily strict when it came to being late. It wasn’t like students could control time or what happens in the morning, so why in hell are students reprimanded for it?
Basically jogging to get to her school, she overheard other citizens mindlessly talking about a villain incident up ahead, hopefully she would be able to avoid that area. Hopefully.
Well, she couldn’t avoid the area. The closer and closer she got to the nauseating gasoline-scented area the closer she saw the debris filled area. It had looked like a war zone, which it really was.
A super-sized villain stood on the street, wildly waving his arms and roaring, maximizing the damage he could actually perform. The wreckage and rubble from the battle cracked the stiff concrete around the area, barely managing to not From the amount of damage done to the surrounding features, even an uneducated fool could tell this guy was dangerous to everyone.
Rushing citizens out of the way, rescue heroes and pro heroes dashed onto the scene, some helping citizens and some directly attacking the villain. They tried their best, but was it really enough?
Hidden in the chaos of the whole situation, a kid lay awestruck in his spot at the sight in front of him. I mean who wouldn’t be, this was a behind the scenes of his favorite hero(es). But this was not worth the consequence that awaited him.
His once excited expression turned into horror as small debris started falling towards him. Stricken by fear, the kid was unable to move as multiple hit the space around him, the aftermath hitting his shoes.
The rescue heroes weren’t able to spot him, but (L/N), who did, hurtling into the battle, grabbing onto the energy gloves hidden away in her pockets as she ran.
Should she really be doing this? What encouraged her to save this random child, this stranger she would probably have never seen again, most likely because he would be dead. Why was her moral compass that strong-willed to help her stare death straight in the face to save a child she didn’t even know?
“Come on kid, you gotta move!” First trying to push the kid out of the way didn’t prove to be successful. The kid wouldn’t budge at all, but there was another way (hopefully). She instead slipped on the slim black glove, raising one hand into the sky pointed at the falling rubble, and the other wrapped tightly around the kid. Dragging the kid down with her to get low, (L/N) exclaimed “hold on”, out of breath and waiting until the rubble fell to make her move.
In order for the gloves to work, there would have to be enough energy left order to be able to blast the large scraps away. But this would be the first official test using the gloves, that wasn’t just on random objects. A large force would have to hit in order for her to quickly store energy and then use it the second after, or was there another way? What if she could wait for the rubble to hit and then react? But how much force would that actually provide?
There wasn’t enough time to think, before she let the rubble scrape her middle finger, and reacted.
. . . .
BAM! Blasting away the rubble into smaller pieces, the large debris became smaller pebbles and fell around the pair.
Slowly raising herself out of the discarded rubble with the kid still hanging onto her lower body, she dusted off the scraps of concrete and metal on both of them, before checking in with the kid.
“You alright, kid?” The kid she had rescued cling onto her clothing, most likely leaving dirty grim marks on her school sweater. Untucking his head from her waist, he gave her a big and bright smile, and a thumbs-up! The kid was all good.
A rescue hero popped out of nowhere, speeding over to the scene where (L/N) and the child were both attempting to move to the side, escorting them to the boundary. Was it really necessary? No, but was the job even necessary? Telling the pair to stay there until the fight was over for attention, whether medical reason or not, the two stayed within the perimeter.
The child was now attached to the side of (L/N)’s leg, avidly watching the scene ahead of him. Fascinated with the way Kamui Woods and Mount Lady took control of the situation, stars shone in the vivid bluish-green eyes belonging to the child. (F/N) couldn’t help but feel warm inside at the sight of a child watching something that they enjoyed. But for that to be a fight between heroes and villains took away some of that desirable satisfaction. Slipping off, the now overly powered-up gloves and tucking them away in her pocket, she waited until the battle ended to see what would happen.
Once successfully taking care of the accident, Kamui Woods, Mount Lady, Backdraft, even Death Arms came over to check in. Not exclusively on the kid, but had also praised (L/N) on her quick, but ultimately reckless thinking.
“That’s just the kind of person UA needs, I could put in a good word for you y’know!” Mount Lady playfully nudged the semi-confused (L/N), while Death Arms and Kamui Woods still lectured the girl.
“Thank you?”
A random sidekick of a hero in the area approached her, exclaiming “You’d make a great hero some day with that quirk!” Imagine.
Death Arms coaxed the kid out of clinging onto (L/N)’s legs with a warm smile and kind words, contradictory to his previous actions, bringing him into his arms so they could go off and find his family.
Shaking his head, Kamui gave up on scolding, instead grabbing a card out of his pocket and handing it over to the stunned girl. “When you become a hero, come to my agency, we’ll set you up well.”
Accepting the card and snapping out of her dazed state, (L/N) started walking into the direction of her school at the fear of being late, before colliding into something, no, someone.
Wasn’t really her fault though, the blinding lights from the overwhelming amount of photos taken completely blocked her eyesight. Yeah, that’s a great reason.
Accidentally knocking into some guy with green hair, that somehow resembled that of broccoli, muttering a quick apology wasn’t enough until a question was asked.
“Hey, ar-aren’t you the person who saved the kid on the other side? How’d you do that?” Glancing down at her cellphone, tucked safely in her pocket, she didn’t know what exactly she could do. With the pure excitement radiating off of this stranger, to the impending doom of being late to class, it was a conflicting clash.
“Adrenaline I guess? I don’t know, I have to get to school?” Hurrying off, the stranger’s words were caught in their throat, unable to ask anymore questions and just watched as (L/N) wandered off.
Taking one last glance, and a deep breath, she only had.. 5 minutes! That wasn’t enough time at all!
She did have an excuse after all, but was that really enough? Her school was strict as everyone knows, so what would they really say?
She decided not to figure out, and instead running towards the school in a hurry.
A sprinting (L/N) ran towards her school, not knowing that her entire life was about to change, because of a chance encounter with a random, irresponsible kid and dangerous falling debris.
