One of the greatest moments in NBA history. Although “The Step Over” moment is classic, those 48 points Allen Iverson dropped on one of the greatest playoff teams, if not the greatest NBA playoff team is truly timeless. Also he got the W and handed the Lakers their only L of the playoffs. A.I. became a legend this night

For My Pops, From your Lil Boi Battling Lupus
I’m a lot of things: Hard-headed, intensely determined, logical and deeply reflective, to name just a few. And while these character traits often are considered to be qualities, they can be perceived just as easily as flaws. The one thing all of these traits have in common? I learned them from my Dad.
Of all the people in my life, I know my Pops worries about me the most. He’s an over-thinker, an over-analyzer and a “fixer.” What I mean by that is, if you want a problem solved, he’s the man to see. In his mind, there isn’t a problem too big, or too complicated. There’s always a solution. I’m absolutely certain about all of this, because I’m exactly the same. A direct copy and paste.
I couldn’t be diagnosed with something easy. It just wouldn’t match how I live my life. No, I had to be diagnosed with a chronic illness with no known cause, no known cure and whose very nature was to be complicated and complex beyond measure. This may sound laughable, but I’m sorry I got diagnosed with something so difficult. I’m sorry, Dad, you can’t just fix this for me. I know that more than anything you want to, and you hate the fact that you can’t. All you gotta do is PRAY. Because that’s you’re weapon of choice all the time.
I hate that you worry about me so intensely, Even though you’re thousands of kilometers away, I still know that you do. You constantly call to check up on me, asking about the little things time and time again, making sure every tiny thing’s going just fine, and that I’m OK. You’re probably the only person who worries about me more than I do. Though you say it’s just your job as one of my parents, and you probably won’t listen to this plea, please try not to carry this burden of mine with you so constantly. I don’t want you to. You only need to look back at yourself to know that I’m fierce enough to withstand this storm, and strong enough to fight, no matter what comes my way. I am this person because of you, and because of mum. Although there always will be times I struggle, the two of you have ingrained within me a resilience that will never falter.
I know there’ll will never be a time when the two of you don’t look at me as one of your babies. But be unashamedly proud and, above all else, confident that you raised me to be who I am. I’m never backing down.
What’s in a name? Well in this family, everything! Anytime someone asks if I’m one of the Fontanilla Brothers or part of our family, I stand a little taller, and find myself a little more confident. And that’s because family means everything. I couldn’t be more proud than that, with four small letters, I lay claim to being part of this family.
FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING
It’s a long, winding road for me, but I know I’m being backed every step of the way. Whenever I look for strength I think of a certain quote that reminds me of exactly where I come from, and that regardless of where I’m headed, I’m ready for anything.
Too sweet
Your son,

MUSIC IS LIFE
When it comes to music on me, MUSIC is my life any genre change my mood and get my vibe on.
There’s no doubt that listening to your favorite music can instantly put you in a good mood. But scientists are now discovering that music can do more for you than just lift your spirits.
It improves my workout too. Experts say listening to music during exercise can give you a better workout in several ways. Scientists claim it can increase your endurance, boost your mood and can distract you from any discomfort experienced during your workout. Other studies show that listening to music releases endorphins our natural ’feel good’ hormones that lift our mood and give us motivation to carry on longer with exercise.
Which type of music is best? The best type of music for exercise is thought to be high energy, high tempo music such as hip hop or dance music. but sometimes its on my vibe with metal, punk rock, pop punk, post hardcore music it depends on my mood in my workout.
They say “MEMORY LOSS” it can help.
For many people suffering from memory loss the spoken language has become meaningless. Music can help patients remember tunes or songs and get in touch with their history. This is because the part of the brain which processes music is located next to memory.
Which type of music is best for memory loss? They say it depends. Research shows that people with memory loss respond best to music of their choice.
I thinks music itself is healing. We can all think of at least one song that, when we hear it, triggers an emotional response. It might be a song that accompanied the first dance at your wedding, for example, or a song that reminds you of a difficult break-up or the loss of a loved one. An effective stress reliever. When feeling Stressed, you may find listening to your favorite music makes you feel better and there are numerous studies that support this effect. Reducing pain and anxiety. Bob Marley once sang: “One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain.” According to some studies, this statement may ring true. Music and Memory. Certain songs have the ability to remind us of certain periods or events in our lives - some that make us smile, and some we would rather forget.
Music therapy should be utilized more in health care. Music therapy could offer an alternative treatment option for some conditions such as tension headaches.
Any genre will do it depends on you.. or in your Lifestyle.
List of genres:
Rock
Jazz
Classical
Blues
R&B
Country
Reggae
Hip Hop
Electronic
Latino
By the time of tempo in your ears it depends what you listen. it will be your vibe and good rhythm. Just listen and express yourself on what you’re listening on too. I love dabbling in different genres and I like being good in music genres cause it explores me to different kind of people.
