So I decided to make something for the intro to baking class so that they can try something I made since I always eat their food. I hope they enjoy it. #pastriesbyjoz

Made prime rib for Thanksgiving. It was such a hit. Also made heart attack potatoes and roasted garlic and cheese sourdough rolls (not pictured). They were also a hit.

So the crew went to #cravings after class yesterday and we had #doschinos #madbun #shominoodsramenbar #promisepatisserie #cauldronicecream. Gotta say it was pretty good.

Went to Cravings in Chino and tried #madbun. Got the Piggy Smalls which consisted of Pork Belly, Kimchi Aioli, Daikon, corn cheese, green onion and furikake in a steamed bun. Also had the Cardi Beef which consisted of angus beef patty, monteray jack and cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and thousand island in a steamed bun. Also got fries and a drink. It was pretty good. Not too bad for $11.99.

So the wonderful students of the hospitality program donated all these candies for the Trunk or Treat happening on Sunday, October 28 at 5pm. If your free join us as we hand candy out to the community. We will be dressed in our chef whites so look for us.It will be in parking lot 4 off of Wilson and Haven.

So it was my daughter's birthday party last night and I made her dessert table. So I made pistachio, strawberry, nutella and ube macarons, blueberry cheesecakes, pecan tarts, mini ube and mango cupcakes and mini brazo de mercedes. Also had a deer red velvet chocolate cake and a strawberry and vanilla dragon cake. #pastriesbyjoz #thefamousasria

So after a sleepless Friday night, I finished 4 6" cakes, all different flavors and all different designs. 100 macarons, 25 brazo de mercedes, 50 mini ube cheesecakes (picture not shown). #fondantbymarc #pastriesbyjoz

So today in cake decorating class we did a father's day/mother's day cake. The golf cake is Jacky's cake, the Denver Broncos cake is my cake and the heart shaped cake is Jasmine's cake. This is barely our 2nd week.
