How to apply for the TMD workforce

Here at Toledo Molding & Die, we are also looking for talented, enthusiastic people to add to our workforce. The recent uptick in manufacturing has led to a thriving operation that is currently looking to expand its personnel. If you are looking for a dynamic opportunity, we have several positions available.

How to Apply

Visit our website to see a list of our current openings. There, you will be able to search jobs based on a particular keyword, or view all open positions. We have opportunities in a variety of locations, and you will be able to view all of them by clicking on the “view all jobs” button.

Expand a listing to learn more about it, including responsibilities and the exact qualifications we are looking for. Once you have found a position you are interested in, you are then ready to take the next step.

Applying for a Job

Click on “apply now” underneath any job listing, and you will be taken to an online application form. There, you can provide us with more information about what you are looking for such as full or part-time employment, desired shift, etc.

After collecting some basic information such as your name and address, we will then inquire about your education and employment history. Near the end of the application, we will ask you for the name and contact information for three references. Once you have completed the form, you will read the applicant statement, sign, and then submit.

Uploading a Resume

When submitting your application, you will also be asked if you would like to submit a resume. Although not required, including a resume will help us get to know you a little bit better. It will also allow you to provide us with information you may not have been able to include on your electronic application.

If you choose to provide a resume, click yes near the bottom of the application. Doing so will bring up a box titled “select file” so that you can upload the resume directly from your computer.

Alternately, you may also upload a resume by clicking on the “upload resume” button directly underneath the job posting. This will bring you to another page where you will list your name and contact information before uploading your resume.

What Happens Next?

Our management team will review your application and/or resume to see if your skills and qualifications match what we are looking for. If we feel you are a good fit, we will then contact you to arrange an interview.
