learning to be alone is such a crucial thing to learn at all times during your life, but especially during your youth. and something to understand is that sometimes, protecting your peace comes at the cost of being alone but being alone is peaceful! and not as bad as you might think that it is.
being alone offers an opportunity for self discovery and growth and rest and relaxation and reflection and the list goes ON. being able to enjoy your own company is a SUPER power bcuz it genuinely nourishes you so much.
ENJOYING UR OWN COMPANY ;
you dont have to be codependent on someone else to make yourself happy or to make yourself feel good. what fulfills you and nourishes you isnt the relationships that u have with others. although that is an amazing and fulfilling thing, the most fulfilling thing is learning yourself. being alone REPLENISHES you, its like, hydration for the soul.
dont wait on someone else to do something that you wanna do!! if u dont have anyone to go with, just go on your own. you dont have to wait on others to be happy…💬🎀
PRACTICE BEING ALONE ;
go on solo dates, practice planning to do something fun and just doing it by yourself. once you start doing things alone and you see how nice it feels, you'll want to do it more bcuz its so easy to enjoy your own company, you just have to get over your fear of judgement or of being alone and learn to enjoy and embrace it.

♡ read a book
♡ have a journalling session
♡ schedule appointments for urself
♡ go on a long drive

treat yourself how you'd treat someone that you valued a lot. be compassionate and understanding and respectful. dont talk badly about yourself and dont be mean to/punish yourself bcuz u wouldn't do that to someone that u loved and cherished…💬🎀
dont abandon yourself in times where life can become stressful. focus on being present and dont forget your worth. your self worth and value doesn’t come from how useful you are to others, your valuable simply because you are you. a human being who is deserving of love. your worth doesnt come from how productive you are or what you’ve achieved, instead your worth is already done and your valuable because of your existence.
COPING WITHOUT FRIENDS ;
everything is temporary and meaningful relationships will always find their way to you. just understand that some ppl are here temporarily and some ppl are here for a lifetime but only you are here for all of it which is why its important to be alone and be comfy with that.
not everyone is gonna like you or wanna be your friend and thats okay. it has nothing to do with you and is almost always simply because of different personalities and its not personal
brush off rejections bcuz rejection is just redirection. when you dont take everything personally you'll notice how much happier you'll be overall.
know that the meaningful relationships and connections that u crave will come!! no one is here to be alone forever so you'll meet the people who pour into you and you'll meet ppl that u can pour into and you'll be okay!!
overall, enjoying your own company does wonders for your mental and physical health and its a useful skill to learn in general because it brings so much peace from being able to sit with your thoughts…💬🎀

You need to understand that most of the time a summer glow up last up until the first week of school then it's gone, but you want it to last, right? Here's how:
୨୧Find a low effort beauty routine୨୧
During summer you have all the time to maintain a beauty regiment, but you also need to make it practical, for example you might keep your hair natural during summer, you need to simplify them -> extensions, braids, sew in, silk presses or clip in...
୨୧Change hair color୨୧
During summer you need to grab attention change hair color to blonde, red, or more funky colors like blue, pink etc...
୨୧Diet୨୧
I know, it's hard, with all the ice cream around, but you can also try by drinking healthy smoothies(especially the green ones), opt also for a salad as a snack.
୨୧Skincare୨୧
You have to wear sunscreen and if you want to get a tan you NEED to put that after sun lotion and be consistent with your skincare
୨୧Grow your lashes + eyebrows୨୧
Always, this is a must, you finally have enough time, then start now, be consistent and in 3 months you're going to have the best result, I advise you to use castor oil in the night and in the day a lash growth serum.
୨୧Learn to do your make up୨୧
Optional but very useful, in those days that you're at home you can learn how to do your make up so you're going to comeback to school and slay even in your worst days, plus it's a cute hobby.
౨ৎHOW TO GET POPULAR DURING SUMMER౨ৎ
If you don't have friends at school it would be nice to have them outside, plus having friends out makes you so much cooler! Are you ready to expand your social life?

A classic, you can meet so many people here, works best if you are between 11-16 yo, If you're 16+ you can try joing a camp and be an animator
୨୧Beach୨୧
Have you even heard of "the beach friend"? Where I'm from they are very common and popular, it usually starts early in childhood, but you can also make them at your age! You just need to approach the people that look like share the same interests as you, better if they are alone too!

You can go on a forum site and actually ask in the chat if someone wants to make friends and exchange ig, snaps,discord etc...you might make long distance but strong friendships
୨୧Work୨୧
Now coworkers are not actually your friends, but you might get close to some, better if it's not a competitive environment, try to network between your coworkers, maybe some of them actually know people of your interest, if you can start working with friends!
୨୧Neighborhood events୨୧
Churches usually during summer do some activities for the youths you can try and enjoy them! Or go to a popular place or even host in your neighborhood!

You're not going to find love by staying at home! You need to get out and wander around the city! Go to all the places where people of your age go! Bring your friends along(if you can or be brave and go alone!)

• Be optimistic, positive, and grateful. Gratitude and positivity are such good traits to have, having them, and expressing them will make you happier and more confident.
•Stop comparing yourself to others! Instead of being envious of another person’s success, learn from them and their success. Comparison is the thief of joy. Focus on your strengths, learn to compete with yourself rather than other others, celebrate others’ victories, and practice gratitude.
• Good posture. It is scientifically proven that having good posture will make a person feel more powerful, calm, and confident.
•Eye contact. I don’t think I need to explain this one too much. Eye contact is extremely powerful. Practicing eye contact in conversations will help you feel more confident, simple as that.
•Speak slowly and thoughtfully. This is actually something I am currently working on. Be mindful of what you are saying, and speak calmly. Don’t worry about needing to rush and spit out your words.
•Embrace and accept yourself. Many people think confidence is about changing everything about yourself until you finally like yourself. NO. Confidence is about loving and trusting yourself, realizing that you are enough.
Practice self love!!! Drink some water!!! Compliment yourself!!!

self and its desires.
did you ever think about why you desire? what it means for you to want something? what wanting xyz says about you? why you want it? let’s talk about it!
pssht! long post ahead.
the reason behind desire.
you have so many, in fact, an infinite amount of realities to choose from to create your own path in life. you are given everything and all at once. but DESIRE is the force that creates YOU. without desire, you would have no sense of self. you can be anything, but what would you be? who would you want to be?
you never want something just because you don’t have it. not because person xyz has it. you want it because that’s who you ARE. because you ARE it. because wanting it says something about your BEING. because wanting it means BECOMING the one who has or is it.
why do you think do you want it? think again, when we manifest a desire, we never manifest the desire alone. we never desire the thing itself. we desire to BECOME the version of ourselves who HAS what we want to have and IS who we want to be. you do it out of love for one of the infinite versions of yourself.
when you choose your desires, you choose a part, a piece of reflection of what YOU stand for. when you choose to go after a desire, that desire isn’t just something many other people would want. there are millions and billions of things on this earth that people desire. but your desires are PERSONAL. they are PRIVATE. they can only ever say and state something about YOU.
you are what you love, you are who you are with. you meet yourself through the people and things in life. the things you consume, consume you… thats why your partner says a lot about who you are, not only because they are you pushed out but because you CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSE them. because you DESIRE them.
your desires, the things you desperately wish and want to experience, they all reflect back to you who you are. who you are meant to be. the person you are supposed to embody. the identity you are supposed to take. the same way you are things you don’t want, you are the things you DO want.
you desire it because it’s at the CORE of who you are. it’s because it won’t leave you alone. it may travel from the front to the back of your mind but it will forever linger there. it won’t quit on you, it won’t give up on you. your desires will constantly remind you of who you are.
the origin of desire.
how do you know who you are? who tells you who you should be? who defines your being? your desires do. go within and think about it. if you had no desires, no urge and no need to have something or be someone, who would you be? what would you want? what would you have? what would you think? what would you wish to think? if consciousness is the origin of life, then desire is the force of creation.
there is no logical explanation for desire. everybody has different desires. some may want this, you may want that… but what’s the reason? what’s the underlying logic? the answer is that there is none. you will never find a response for why you desire because desire is unresolvable. you cannot understand why you want it because it’s who you are. it’s who you want to be. it’s what you want to have.
why you desire is none of your business. none of it matters. the only thing that matters is that you are being you. it’s the most simple thing you can be. it’s the most natural and normal thing for you to be.
the purpose of this post is to make you see and understand that your desires aren’t just little fantasies. they are real, very real. they exist, they are present, they come from within. you don’t desire out of egoism or egocentrism. you desire out of BEING. because your desires mirror yourSELF.
who you are.
everything is consciousness. your desire stems from the same consciousness, the same piece of mind that created YOU, your current version of self. your desire is made from the same awareness you are made. you desire it because it exists. because infinite realities and therefore infinite states exist. you want it because you can have it. nothing you desire is unattainable, unachievable or unaccomplishable.
stop believing your desires to be something outside of you, to exist outside of your awareness, to not be a part of your being. your desires can only exist because you as EVERYTHING in your reality is a production, a mere reflection of the awareness you chose within. your world is conditioned consciousness in physical form. your outer reality is your awareness embodied.
please, never forget that you are NOT your physical body. you are NOT just your senses. you are MORE than what you can perceive with your eyes, your nose, your ears, your tongue, your body… you are EVERYTHING that exists. you can be found EVERYWHERE. the contents of the world can be traced back to YOUR existence and presence. it’s not your limited, physical body desiring but your limitless, mental body. your inner self.
your desires are yours.
i know our society is a bit uncool when it comes to following our heart‘s callings but your heart's cravings aren’t supposed to stay within. they aren’t meant to remain imaginary. there is a path between who you are now and who you wish to be and that path is YOU. in fact, you are ALL versions of yourself. you own ALL ways of being yourself. you are EVERYTHING you could ever be.
this is also why i don’t believe in "being delusional" when referring to your desires. no, you are NOT delusional. what an absurd way to belittle not only your desires, but yourself? your very core of being? it’s not delusional for you to aim for the things you want but delusional for others to openly express their mind's limitations and inability to be who THEY want to be. you are not delusional, others just love to project their misery and despair. you may feel so delusional or pretentious for manifesting your desires, but you’re not. in the exact moment you choose to say "this is mine! this is me! this is who i am" you become the most daring version of yourself.
in addition to that, you don’t need to do ANYTHING for your desires. you don’t beed to be worthy of them, be deserving of them, put in tons of effort, put in lots of work, be pretty enough, be smart enough, be good enough,… all you need to do is LET yourself desire it and LET yourself be it. this is crucial because i see so many people (including myself) talk about how to manifest but never about how to be ABLE to manifest. how to ALLOW yourself to manifest.
i'm gonna say it again, your dreams are YOURS. your wishes are YOURS. your desires are YOURS. they shouldn’t make you feel bad, upset or sad about yourself, they shouldn’t torture your mind, they shouldn’t make you feel afraid, they shouldn’t make you feel undeserving of having them, they shouldn’t make you feel ashamed of wanting them, they shouldn’t make you feel ANY negative way about who you are now, about who you were and and you are going to be. therefore, don’t dream small. the world isn’t as big as you think it is. not as scary as you assume it to be. the world is only as big as your mind.
others and your desires.
why do you think does it harm you so badly to see other people live your dreams? to feel hurt by the perception of others' success? it's because your inner self aches. because it is in pain. because you know deep down that’s who YOU are meant to be. that’s what YOU are meant and supposed to have.
you will feel nothing but bitter if you ignore your inner voice. you will start to feed yourself with frustration and disappointment because you are consciously dismissing and disregarding who YOU are. you will become desperate and discouraged because you will think "i ought to be this! that should be me! that has to be me!!!". that's why whenever you choose to give up on your desires, you give up on yourself.
don’t listen to others, listen to yourself. listen to your inner voice that tells you what it wants. let yourself guide you. stand up for yourself, defend yourself, protect yourself and what your heart desires. if the room you are in makes you feel uncomfortable, then you create SPACE for yourself. you remove all things and all people who are in your way, who are against your being and who make you feel smaller than you are. don’t make yourself digestible for others. instead, let them CHOKE on you… if that means you can be who you are and desire which you wish to desire.
keep desiring, don't stop or settle.
this is so important, so i urge you to genuinely listen to me. please, KEEP showing up like that. in other words, KEEP WANTING the things you want. for the love of god, BE who you are. let the world know what you like, what you want to have. do not condition your desires, edward art says. do not live in desire, neville goddard says.
don’t suppress, belittle or reduce yourself for the sake of others. don’t give up on who you are because others have. because others desire x, y and z but you desire xyz. if person a wants desire a, that’s who they are. but if you want desire abc that’s who YOU are. don’t deny it, don’t reject it. don’t stop pursing things because of others lack of belief and faith in themselves. others can think they will never get what they want because they have accepted themselves to be THIS version of themselves, even they don’t like being it.
and let me tell you this, when you do NOT let go of your desires, when you decide to KEEP going after them, that entire process alone tells a story about you as well. you chasing your desires is the most eager, courageous, fearless, bravest and strongest thing you can do for yourself. it only proves that you do it out of love, respect and admiration for yourself.
whenever you say YES to your desires, you allow yourself to BE. you give yourself permission to be who you ARE. you let yourself exist and express itself the way it SHOULD do. most importantly, you become aware of your being. your presence. your existence. "yes, i want this desire. yes, this is for me. yes, i can and will have it."

Song Jia takes exquisite care of herself . Treat yourself like you want to be treated by others. Taking care of ourselves will make us look better and when we look good , we feel good too ! Self care is also a way of putting ourselves first and fulfilling our own needs. It's not selfish or wrong , it's necessary and will make you feel energetic. Jia takes good care of herself - her skin , hair , body etc .

First , Jia washes her face and then uses a mist instead of a toner. Then she uses ampoule . Jia said that if someone has dry skin like her , the k booster ampoule can help them alot . If this ampoule seems way too expensive , then she recommended NEOGEN. Then, Jia uses Hyaluron Performance Serum. According to Jia , being consistent & diligent will help one to improve their skin. 🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!

Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.

First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!

Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give!
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place!
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.

🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

Next step is to get ready! Start with your skincare, double cleanse your face (only if you wake up with super greasy skin!) Use a toner, moisturizer and sunscreen!
Then do your makeup, jennie usually does her brows, pink-ish eyeshadow, cat eyeliner, curl her lashes and wear mascara, contour her nose and wear a nude lipstick!
Get dressed, she often wears crop tops with slightly baggy pants and top them with accessories like bucket hats, beanies or sunglasses!
Finally pack your bag with everything you need, don't forget about your phone, earphones, scrunchies or hair clips and a pouch with makeup for retouches.

If you're too tired you can try and do yoga. Jennie and Jisoo do aerial yoga but if you don't want to enroll in a class, search for a follow along video on youtube.
Whether you choose one of these workouts or another more impactful one, it's important to stretch after a workout to cool down our muscles and prevent lesions!

🔭 First massage your scalp using a massager or your hands, jennie also puts aromatic oils in her hair before so she can relax easier, choose your favorite scent!
For shower feel free to choose whether to have a long bath with bathbombs and everything or a quick shower, but remember to wash your body and use a body scrub.
After shower, moisture your body with body lotion and change into pajamas.
After our shower dry your hair and head to the kitchen to prepare your dinner, one of Jennie’s hobbies is cooking and baking so have fun preparing your meal!

🩹 After eating dinner, wash both your teeth and face, double cleanse with a cleansing oil (dry skin only!) and a foam cleanser, then use a toner, Jennie uses a sheet mask after! Make sure to use the mask serum on your neck, arms or legs, after using cream to set the moisture.
You can also use a lip scrub if you struggle with dry lips or use a wet toothbrush, just make sure to apply lip balm or a lip mask after to wake up with perfect lips.
After all this pampering, get comfortable in your bed and watch a movie until you fall asleep

Jia is a really fashionable girl, make sure to have fun with the textures, shapes and color combinations to make the best outfit and boost it using accessories like hats or sunglasses, don't forget to get a matching bag and shoes too!
Time for makeup! Jia's daily makeup consist of BB cream, mascara, eyebrow pencil and lipstick, but if she's shooting something she will add contour, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner and highlighter to the routine!

🎀 When Jia goes to her Chinese classes she pays attention and does activities in her book, she also practices writing random things like her name! She memorizes vocabulary and practice a little with her friends in the same class.

🦢 Jia recommends to work out at least for 20 minutes per day! She usually does simple waist or legs exercises while standing up looking at her phone or watching TV.
Also she goes to Pilates classes so you can try to do a 20 minute Pilates workout video like this one.

🩰 To boost your self-esteem Jia says that we have to at least take 2 days of the week (Saturday and Sunday) on really taking care and spend time with ourselves.
First detangle your hair using a hairbrush, then hop on the shower and use shampoo, conditioner and a hair mask to treat your hair. Then wash your body using a shower gel and a body scrub. Jia uses a soothing gel, thermal water and a body lotion to moisturize her body after shower, she massages the products on her skin to relax her muscles. After 30 minutes, she dries her hair with cold air. After, you can trim your split ends or take care of your nails if necessary.
As a part of self-care, do chores like doing laundry or washing the dishes so you can start relaxing on a tidy place (you can also light an scented candle). Also, Jia takes her vitamins for her hair and overall health.
Now it's time to enjoy our hobbies! Having hobbies help us with both our physical and mental health, plus having our alone time makes us more comfortable with ourselves and help with self -discovery, Jia haves a good set of hobbies that she spends most of her time doing like oil painting, doing DIYs, watching dramas like insider, taking care of her dogs, cooking and baking, playing video games and golf!

🌷 Finally, Jia spends her night taking care of her skin! First she washes her hands, the uses a cleansing oil or milk, then she uses makeup remover on her eyes if the cleanser didn't take off her eyeliner for example, then she uses a foam cleanser and toner to finish cleanse her skin. After she uses a hydrating mist and ampule, a dermatologic treatment, sheet mask, lip balm and moisturizer (remember to apply it on the neck too!) after she uses a gua sha to massage her face.
as a part of skincare, make sure to sleep at least 8 hours everyday and drink enough water to wake up with perfect skin!
