What are some ways a wedding can go wrong? From small things (like a delay) to big things (a kidnapping of the bride?)
Kidnapping of the bride is actually still a wedding tradition in our region and probably somewhere else as well. Mostly the groomsmen would kidnap the bride and go drinking with her till the groom finds them.
Ways a wedding could go wrong
the rings get lost
the venue gets double booked
the venue has water damage and can't be used
the weather ruins every picture and maybe even delays or cancels the wedding
half of the wedding party gets sick and can't come
the wedding dress is not ready in time or gets destroyed
some guests are too drunk too early
there are wedding crashers that create chaos
the food is not ready when the guests become hungry (and hangry)
there is beef in the family, either between both families or just between family members
there is a cheating scandal involving the bride or groom
the bride gets traditionally 'knidnapped' but the groom just can't find her again
someone objects to the wedding
someone turns up in a white gown that is not the bride
someone turns up in a red gown with the intention of letting everyone know they slept with the groom before the bride
the photographer and videographer get in a fight over the perfect shooting location
the flowers don't arrive or are not what the couple wanted
someone demands all the attention when the focus should be on the couple
the bride or the groom arrive very late
the bride or the groom don't show up at all
someone shows up that was specifically not invited
the officiant doesn't show up
the bride or the groom get cold feet
the bride or the groom forget their vows
someone steals the wedding gifts
it's a double wedding and the other couple doesn't go through with it
one of the guests (one of the parents maybe) tries everything to disturb the wedding and get it canceled
the DJ is the absolut worst
no one wants to dance or the dancing gets completely out of control
the toasts are not funny, but down right embarrassing
the wedding party is too rowdy and gets the police called on them
I still have a lot more ideas on the many ways a wedding could go wrong, but it's already so much. So I hope you enjoy this!

Dragons inherently manifest when there is a certain amount of something that people see as precious. You wake up one day to find a very confused dragon in your 40K figurine room.

M+S Pitch Week: Information
Moon + Seraph Pitch Week is an event run by @moondust-bard and @saintedseraph for writers looking to build community. It's a week-long event from March 26th to March 31st of 2023, where writers will pitch their in-progress stories on themed days and find other stories to support.
Whereas Twitter's pitch events are geared towards writers seeking publishing connections, this event is solely for unpublished writers who want to make friends and find other in-progress WIPs to support.
Leading up to the Pitch Week, we'll be hosting lots of tag games and ask games for anyone to participate in, so stick around to take part in those!
We hope to see you there!

There are no heroes.
"The problem with 'good' and 'bad' is it blinds you to the aspects of being human. People are may, many things, but never wholly good or entirely bad."
