79005 High-Limit Thermistor Sensor is a safety device designed to communicate with the system to shut down the heater if the water temperature exiting your heater exceeds 118 degrees F.

79006 Control Thermistor is a safety device that measures the water temperature of your spa and communicates that temperature reading to the Motherboard.

Screws into the No Fault Heater Housing (hand tight only) and then plugs directly onto the motherboard inside the lQ 2020 control box. Always replace thermistors in pairs (79005 & 79006).

[Tips]: Molex to AMP plug adapter cable not included with kit. Not compatible replacement for pre-2002 model years as they require the old-style larger AMP connectors.
