“DAY 4 SUCCEEDING DAYS- ( MY LAST DAY)”
240 HOURS IS COMPLETED!
Supposed to be I’m just half day today but it’s okey. I started my task by helping Ma’am Shon organizing the travel abroad or so called endorsement, school travel order, division travel order, regional travel order and CAV April to June 2017. Sir Richard’s table was too messy. So we are the one do it for him. Then, I filed it to be easily find there’s some people going her to ask and see there papers. I started morning I end up at 1 PM. I assisted also CAV applicants. I also helped ma’am Shon to prepared the transmittal for mailing. As the DHL came here, I’m the one give to him the papers going to brought by. I go also in the office of Directorate to receive the CAV papers. The rest afternoon, sir Rene evaluated me.

“DAY 3 SUCCEEDING DAYS- (1 day more)”
Thank God I’m not late today. As I came here before 8:00 o’clock AM, only sir Rene is here. Then, few minutes sir Richard came. Ma’am Shon is late today. What I do today is to make a letter for ERF of the promotion of the teachers in different regions. Making mistake is okey and it is part of life. At least next time It’s a reminder to me to beware and checked well before printing. After making a letter I’m the one who go to the office of Directorate to receive by the secretary. I also assisted CAV applicants, checked requirement, and paste pictures and documentary stamp. The rest of the day, making the ERF letters, again.

I did not attend flag ceremony. I’m late today because there’s an accident in the part of Bonot. The busy day start now....

Start 9:00 AM to 5:26 I authenticated and checked so many files from Applicants. As summary what I do today, I release and receive letters , assist CAV applicants, record CAV ready to be signed by sir Rene, go to budget to give the letter for Ma’am Teresa and the rest authentication.

“SUPPOSED TO BE MY LAST DAY”
I’m half day today because me and my group mates finished the revision of our manuscript. Sad to say, there’s no one professors in the school because they are all in Bacacay.
I check-in before 1:00 o’clock P.M. Sir Rene taught me how to make a letter for ERF. Then, I authenticated files from hiring applicants. Now, the Dep Ed Ro V is hiring different positions. I assisted also CAV applicants.

I’m not late today. Thank you Lord. I came here and the office is still close. Few minutes Ma’am Shon is here.
I started my task by releasing and receiving papers because sir Richard is not here. I give it to Ma’am Shon to initial it. Then, just wait CAV applicants.
-Ice cream for lunch. Thank you sir Rene. Ay! wala si Ryzsha.
In the afternoon, I assisted also one CAV applicant and the applicants for the vacancy came here to receive and certified there xerox copy. Then I go to RELC because sir Rene will initial it.
Ma’am Shon checked out early. So, I’m the boss. Jowk! nothing else to do start 4:00 o’clock PM. See you again tomorrow for my DAY 30 “Supposed to be my Last day ”

“MULTI-TASKING”
I came again and again late. Nothing is different. As I came here I do what the task given to me. Ma’am Shon make the certificate of Eligibility and I’m the one pasted the pictures and documentary stamp. Only Ma’am Shon is here. Sir Rene is in the RELC because he has a seminar and sir Richard is not around. I don’t know why and they don’t know, too. When their going to receive letters I also receive but Ma’am Shon is the one will initial.
Sir Rene came. He asked me to please put a stamped on the ERF. While I’m doing that I pause a while to assist CAV applicants, paste pictures and documentary stamp, and I double check the school records requirements submitted by the CAV applicants.

In the afternoon, I continue stamping the ERF. Then, again assisting CAV Applicants. I record also the CAV with sir Rene initial that will going to signed by the Assistant Regional Director and Regional Director. After that, assist again ERF applicants because she wants to see her past files of her ERF.

“THE SAME DAY NOTHING DIFFERENT”
I wake up early. The traffic is still there. 🚗 🚕 🚙 🚌 🚎 🚓 🚑 🚒 🚐 🚚 🚛 🚜 Yes, nothing is different. I’m late. At 8:42 I came here. And only sir Rene and sir Richard is here. Ryzsha did not get here. And Ma’am Shon go to BRTTH. She is also late.
So, I’m the only OJT here in Records Section. Sir Rene asked me to please arranged the document what he was doing. I helped him.
I assisted also CAV applicants in whole day. In assisting, I learn on how to interact in applicants and different people getting here.

In the afternoon, I helped also Ma’am Shon to encode the RMEA (Record Monitoring Evaluation of Activities) It is about my Boses duties, output and how many percent they meet there responsibilities. I go also in Admin to help Ma’am Weng to save her document. Sir Jack laugh at Ma’am Weng. I go also in the Dorm of Dep Ed RO V to say Ma’m Ceny to answer the phone because Ma’am Suarres is calling and texting to her. I thought it was too early but it’s about 30 minutes before 5 o’clock PM.

“I FAILED BUT ALL THINGS WORK FOR GOOD”

I’m late today. Yes, I failed what I’ve challenge myself to be not late today. At 7:15 o’clock AM, I leave home. Then, what I’ve experience last night there’s a huge traffic at the part of Banyag. 🚚 🚗 🚲 🚌From Banyag to Malabog is the length of the traffic. I’m trapped almost 1 hour there. It’s 8:15 I get down at the town of Daraga. The letter A jeep left me. I keep on running to sign the jeepney driver to stop but he didn’t saw me. Yes, I’m very very late. I wait again a letter A jeep. Five minutes, here’s the jeep. When the jeep is in the part of Legazpi City, there’s a big truck 🚚 keeps on U turn. My patience is testing again. Imagine I’m very late. At 8:42, I came here. I believe Lord “All things work for good”. Even though there’s a bad things happened to me today, does’nt matter the whole day is like that.
As I came here, I help Ryzsha to stamp the ERF.
-Ready to send in the DHL. Ready for RED RIBBON
I go to the office of Directorate to give back one CAV requirements because the name printed on it is wrong and the ARD signed it. Ma’am Shon edit and reprint again. Ryzsha and I assisted two CAV applicants in the morning.
I go again in the PSU because my cousin asked a favor to get her Pay slip here. Ma’am Cris is not here. She go out for lunch. Ryzsha and I waited until 12:55.
I said goodbye for a while to Ma’am Shon because I’m going to passed and confirm about our final defense on Monday. Ryzsha, Johanne and Lea go with me to enrolled. I go back at 2:00 o’clock PM. And I came here at 2:30 o’clock PM. There’s a 3 CAV applicants. I helped Ma’am Shon and I’m the one assisted them. Thank you Lord, ARD already signed the one unsigned CAV. The transmittal is already done. Therefore, it is ready to send in DHL. Ma’am Shon go in the DHL to mailed it because the DHL did not get here.

“Feeling Reality Work”
Thank you Lord you gave us wonderful sunny day. I came late. It’s 8:16 I came here. According to there rules, above 8:15 is the late comers. So, if you came on or before 8:15 o’clock A.M. you’re not late. I came here 8:15 but when I punch in the biometrics, Oh my God, 😮 😮 😮 It’s 8:16. Even though it was happened today at least there’s an improvement. Tomorrow is another day to improve myself in terms punctual character.
In the morning, I assisted two CAV applicants. One came here and the other one get here means of LBC. Ma’am Shon make the Certification of Eligibility. I pasted the pictures and documentary stamp. And I checked well to be signed y sir Rene. Thank you Lord, sir Rene automatically signed it without saying to change.
I record it and I go to the office of Directorate.
We called Mcdo Gaisano to delivered our lunch for today. We eat our lunch inside the office. “Kumain lang dito feeling reality na ng pagtatrabaho? We have back ache. Sakiiiiiit! talaga ng likod sa pagtype sa keyboard 😟 😟 😟 at pagharap ang laptop puro radiation. Mabuti nandito si anti-radiation glass 👓 “

Only sir Richard is here. Sir Rene is still in the RELC for five days seminar. Ma’am Shon go in the BIR. So, Ryzsha and I are responsible for the things need to do here in the office. We photocopies documents coming from the Admin. It’s almost 15 minutes before 5:00 o’clock PM, sir Richard asked me to please type these “REQUEST FOR THE CANGE OF WORK SCHEDULE” of him. Thank you Lord, I finished it within 10 minutes. While I’m doing that, I keep on asking sir Richard about there work here.
Before we go, sir Rene give it to us. “Thank you sir Rene”
“I keep on worrying about my work after graduating. But I believe God already prepared it for me. What I need to do is to work and make an action. ”

“RAINNY TO SUNNY WASH DAY WEDNESDAY”
It’s a raining Wednesday. The temperature was too cold and we are in a cold place. Imagine, times two is the temperature. GRRRRRrrr!
The whole day training are just assisting CAV applicants, checked requirements, paste the pictures and documentary stamp, record CAV Applicant’s name and CAV No. and go to the office of Directorate for receive, and lastly received and released letters.

“OVERFLOWING BLESSINGS”
“Thank you Lord for this wonderful day and the positivity you gave to me.”
We started the OJT by waiting CAV applicants. We don’t have any CAV applicants in the morning. I helped Ma’am Shon cutting the claim stub and address of DFA.
We go also in the RELC to helped a woman to sir Rene, our boss. Then, sir Rene gave these pineapple juices and chiffon cakes. “Thank you Sir Rene.” Ma’am Shon also brought us a food. “Thank you Ma’am Shon.”
In the afternoon, I continue to helped Ma’am Shon and I arranged it in the box. Thank you Lord, there’s a CAV applicants apply for CAV and I perform well. I checked the school records and I found out that there’s a wrong in his name in the form 137. I paste the pictures and documentary stamp and, I checked it well.
There’s also a man wearing red t-shirt. I thought that he will apply for CAV and yun pala taga DHL siya. Ryzsha rapidly make the transmittal while I’m writing the billing copy of DHL and preparing the folder. We made it faster.
