Losing my mind

I just tore my room apart and I don’t really know why. I have so much excess anxious energy that I don’t know how to get rid of it in a safe way. I haven’t slept properly in days and I have a jittery feeling constantly. I can’t shift the hollow feeling in my stomach, it’s making me feel sick and driving me insane
