life update 2021: i think i am getting better at putting myself first. i no longer find myself fixating on why people act the way they do to me or to others. if it happens, it happens. i am working on validating myself and not seeking it from others. still, i get overwhelmed with emotions about certain situations but i am trying to accept what’s already done. i am on a journey to build my future, my life, and my peace.

i can feel myself changing for the better and i’m proud of myself for getting to this point!
