via NYPost: Immigration and Customs Enforcement is preparing to launch a “big f–king operation” across sanctuary cities — including Chicago and New York — immediately after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, multiple sources told The Post.
Starting Jan. 21, multi-day “ground operations” will be launched across cities that have served as safe havens for migrants because the local authorities do not cooperate with the federal government when it comes to immigration issues, sources said.

Absolutely chilling that a significant amount of the victims of this wildfire were elderly black folks in multigenerational houses who either could not evacuate or chose to stay and help someone else who could not evacuate. On top of how many firefighters are incarcerated. We are going to bring this city government to their knees for what they’ve allowed to happen here… and all because rich people wanted to build vacation houses in a fire trap. This is environmental terrorism this is fucking class war

Riding Coat from the court of Saxony, ca. 1601
This riding coat, made of black cloth and decorated with silk, is one of 24 coats ordered for the servants of the Saxon court in 1601. Additional mittens could be pulled over the sleeves during cold weather.
Like most riding coats of that time, this example is double-breasted and closed with hooks and eyes. The back is cut wide to allow the wearer to sit comfortably on the back of a horse without fabric getting in the way.
Today, this garment is exhibited at the Rüstkammer in Dresden, Germany.
