Today's #VerseOfTheDay from my @youversion Bible app was John 3:16 which is probably one of the most well known verses of the whole Bible. But how often do you really stop and take it in, dwell on it, think about it...I know I don't do it nearly often enough. What an incredible sacrifice to make! God sent Jesus, His ONE AND ONLY SON, a piece of Himself, to earth to not only be a witness and leader to His people, but to be a sacrifice, the ULTIMATE sacrifice, to save them, to save us, from sin! And Jesus knew this, but still allowed it to happen. How amazing is that?! I hope you take some time today to reflect on this and marvel at the indescribably awesome God we have.
