me when i’m watching the popular show about the gay people and then the “bad guy” coded all-black wearing one (who secretly has a heart) asks the “good guy” protagonist coded soft one (that’s actually got a really complicated inner moral world) to run away with him (in a gay way) but then the “protagonist” coded one doesn’t go partially because of outside forces interfering but REALLY because he’s not actually at the part in his character arc where he’s ready for it and he has to come to terms with his own desires first
