She’d spent her morning arranging flowers for the wedding. The daisies were beautiful in the afternoon sun, and Joey was damn proud of how everything had turned out. She smiled as she finally exited the recreation hall, trying to escape a bride-zilla with a vendetta against anyone who helped her with the wedding itself. She sighed, leaning against the wall in the alleyway and taking a deep breath. She let the world pass her by for a few moments, calming herself from the interaction with a high strung customer. She’d better be paid well for this. She doesn’t notice anyone walk near her until they’re right in front of her, “Hello? Can I help you?” She asks, as politely as she can force out.

LOL - How did I forget to do a proper intro for Joey, she’s my fave !!  Of course I have to get one done now, so here we go. Again, it’s me Ferb! I’m 20, tired, and I live in the CST! This gif is me hard at work, doing an intro instead of working at my real job.

SHE/THEY. ↷ do you hear feelings, by hayley kiyoko? that must be josephine "joey" fleury. they have been living in los angeles as a florist for twelve years. during that time they have earned the reputation of the rose-colored glass. it makes sense you know, they can be gullible and absent-minded. but let’s not forget they’re pretty spontaneous and sweet.

Joey is basically a big ol’ dork who’s always unlucky it seems, She lives her whole life either in her tiny flower shop, Back to the Fuchsia !!

She’s originally from a small village in Quebec, and speaks three languages from living there - English, a Canadian dialect of French and Italian. She grew up in a big family, and never felt like she was the one that they focused on. Her elder sisters were always smarter, prettier and in every way  B E T T E R  than her. 

So she quickly moved on when she was given the chance, and attended an exchange program in California when she began junior high. She stuck around from then on, managing to charm her host family into practically adopting her, earning her an American citizenship and becoming her “real” family. They cared more than her parents back in Quebec ever did. 

From there she fell in love with flowers at her first job, where she worked for a florist. The ideas came to her when she graduated, and she worked her way to making enough capital to open her own small business. 

She’s kind of a workaholic, and if she’s not working she can be found playing hockey with her rec league team, she’s a goaltender. 

Anyways please love her she needs affection to survive.

—– Mina shifted the various shopping bags on her arm, she had been holding them so long that they were starting to leave marks. Where the hell is he? There was no booth to track down, nor was there an attendant in site – specifically the attendant she gave her keys too. She should have known a boutique that had valet service, even in LA, was going to suck. In a fit of desperation (and annoyance) she did the unthinkable, “Um, excuse me!” She called out to the pedestrians passing by/leaving the store she just left, “Do you know where I can find the Valet booth?”

—– Joey was a bit frazzled from working on a wedding order, but she could take a moment of her time to help out a stranger, especially one that seemed to be struggling. She opened the door to her shop, the little bell ringing, and walked outside, “Do you need any help with that?” She asked, a smiled on her face, “You look like you’re struggling.” When the woman expressed her problem, she turned to find the kiosk empty. “I think he’s on his lunch break, he’s usually headed back to the kiosk about now.” She looks around, hoping she’ll spot him.
