No hope for negotiations....
Both, the Hon. Prime Minister of India and Pakistan, are adamant on occupying Kashmir and believe it to be their territory. The people of Kashmir want an independent state, not influenced by either Pakistan or India. They want to be left alone and not involved in this political conundrum. However, the voice of the people of Kashmir was suppressed by both countries and the military of both countries have conducted mass shootings in Kashmir resulting in the death of 250 people and injuring nearly 800 people. Indian military has invaded Pakistan occupied Kashmir and have captured the head of Hizbul Mujahideen and the head of the Muslim Conference. On the other hand, Pakistan Military assassinated the Vice-chief of RAW, causing political turmoil. Altogether, both the countries have turned a deaf ear to the explicit recommendations given by the Secretary General and the Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations. The United Nations Security Council has called for an emergency meeting. Currently, armies of both the countries have been mobilised and have locked horns with each other.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE FROM THE DEFENCE MINISTRY
The increased security for particular cabinet members is because we have intelligence that the defence minister and the head of IB is in danger, and the increased security in the border is for precaution. We believe that Pakistan wants us to retract or decrease the manpower present at the border so that they can smuggle WMDs into Kashmir. We will certainly not accept this and will leave our soldiers there. We are a peace loving nation and have no intention of war.

PRESS RELEASE
According to the recent decision taken by the Indian Cabinet, they want peace and do not want to cause any war. This is an untruthful statement as, the Indian Government is still not retracting troops near the borders. Pakistan doesn’t want war, but by judging the conditions near the borders, it seems that India is adamant on its decision of war. But just to inform India, we are ready for war.

India Calls War! Decision Taken
A subdivision under the ISI have utilised intelligence to detect any plans in regards to the movements or change of military strategy of the Indian Army. They have noticed that more soldiers have been deployed at the border. The number being around 78000 to 90000. They’ve also looked to mobilise the air force, rather unusually. Furthermore, there seem to be shoot at sight orders given to the Indian soldiers at any Pakistani soldier seen to or attempting to pass the LOC(Line of Control). When the Prime Minister of Pakistan was asked to comment on this report; He stated: “India has unusually increased it’s military presence and provided it’s soldiers with extremely hostile and controversial orders. The Indian government has not shown any intent to possibly negotiate. We have been persistent with our requests to negotiate. it seems to us that India has decided- War. We’ve reached out to the UN and they’ve promised to continue to monitor the situation at hand and take the appropriate measures.

No common ground reached....
The Indian cabinet has explicitly denied to negotiate with the Pakistan Government and the Kashmir Separatist Rebels. The Hon. Pakistan Prime Minister made a statement ‘We are willing to negotiate with India. It’s just that India has no patience for negotiation and are adamant on War. We are not to be blamed. India is not acting practically and we urge India to co-operate with us.’ Further, Indian soldiers have killed 2 Pakistani soldiers along the LOC and have showed that they are ready for War!

CONFLICT
In a press conference held yesterday evening, the Hon. Prime Minister of Pakistan made a bold statement in front of his people, ‘We will try our best to occupy Kashmir. Come what May! We are ready to face India and fight for Kashmir, the land that we rightfully own’. In order to reply to the Hon. Prime Minister, the Hon. Prime Minister of India took to twitter to express his views ‘Pakistan only talks, never acts. Our armed forces have already been given instructions to be prepared for a War and I have complete faith that Pakistan will shy away from War.’ After both the leaders’ statements, the situation has exacerbated and tension has reached its peak. There seem to be only 2 possible solutions - War or Negotiation. What will the sides choose?

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE PAKISTANI ADMINISTRATION
Pakistan would like to deny all connections to the recent attempt to kidnap the defence minister. Our State would also like to deny connections to the Hizbul Mujahideen group that was responsible for the mission to kidnap the Defense minister. We believe that this act committed by the Hizbul Mujahideen group was intended to further provoke military tension between pakistan and India to provoke a war. We would also like to appeal to the international community regarding India's violation of Pakistan's sovereignty and Pakistan will approach the relevant UN bodies.

IMMEDIATE COMMAND
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has advised the Commander of the Pakistan Army to use all means necessary to eliminate any kind of military presence that India has in close quarters to the Pakistani occupied Kashmir and look to possibly extend its region further. To the east, Azad Kashmir(The Pakistan occupied Kashmir region) is separated from the Indian administered Kashmir by the Line of Control, the de facto border between India and Pakistan. However, is warned that the excessive use of violence may draw attention from the UN and other international actors like the United States. Hence, discretion is highly advised.
