DAY 8
In lesson 8 i learn about the Components of emotions which are the Physical component the point of this component is that when you experience an intense emotion like nervousness or fear you will experience changes in you body like you heart beats rapidly or trembling. The cognitive component which depends in the thoughts, belief, and expectations. The behavioral components which includes how you expressed your emotions or how you communicate with each other for example when you are angry and you communicate with each other you will express your angriness to the one you are talking to.
I also learned that having a high EQ than having high IQ because the EQ will include how you are going to socialize with other people around you. You know you can handle a conversation with other people than having high IQ which includes the Intellectual of a certain person which doesn't includes how you can handle a proper conversation with other people. Having a high IQ is not enough like for example when you have high IQ and you are facilitating some certain staffs and you need to talk to them and because you are low in EQ you will get some hard times to talk to them normally so it is very important to have the EQ as a human with emotions.

DAY 7
In this lesson I’ve read and learned a lot on what are the things that can effect the psychological health and how we can avoid having negative thoughts that can effect our psychological health. Before i start reading I’ve read about the Hedonic and Eudaimonic well being which makes me think what am i in those well beings. First thing i did is i think of those situations that im happy and i figured out that i am both. I apply both types of well being to myself depending on the situations i encountered. i learn also about the facet of well being which are very useful if we apply it to our lives and it can make ourselves better that what we are right now.
There are things that affects the mental health of a person on of this is bullying which is the most common. Bullying can cause a lot of negative things in mental health just like depression that is most common effect of bullying mostly on those bullied physically. Death of someone close to you can also affect the mental health of a person especially if that person is a family that is very close to you. Losing someone close to you can cause sadness, depression and many more so it is very important to learn how to accept a painful happenings in our lives. acceptance should be one of things you need to apply to yourself not just acceptance to a painful happenings but also acceptance to yourself which means acceptance to your physical, limitations and other things that you have. Never compare yourself to other people always think that your are unique all of us are unique and we have our own weaknesses. It is very important to know  take care of your mental health because it will cause really big problems not just to yourself but also to your study and also for those people around you. Maintaining good mental health can also lead into good physical appearance. Thinking positive or have someone to lean on is the best things you can do when you are in your tough times and to lessen the affects to your mental.

DAY 6
In this lesson i learned that the brain is the most powerful part of our body that we all feel and all of the things that we are all thinking right now is coming from our brain. There are parts of brain that servers as the responsible for learning and memory. There are also parts that controls emotions and the things we feel in our daily lives like hunger. All of those things are in only one part of brain which is the limbic system which is the responsible for our emotions. I also learned that there are 3 parts our brain which are the limbic system which is the one i already discussed, the midbrain which is the responsible for eye movement and transmitting information to other part of brain which are the forebrain and hindbrain. The hindbrain is the third part of our brain which contains fundamentals for survival including respiratory rhythm, motor activity, sleep, and wakefulness.
i also learned what are the used of the 4 lobes of our brain which are the frontal lobe is important for cognitive function and control of voluntary movement or activity. The parietal lobe processes information about temperature, taste, touch and movement, while the occipital lobe is primarily responsible for vision. There are also left part of brain which is can be easily to learn and they are also verbal dominant compare to right part of brain which is visual dominant. left brain have a advantages in terms of performance because compare it to the right brain it apply logical way in solving problem compare to the right brain which using guts feeling to solve a problem.

DAY 4
In these lesson i learned how important having a mature mind set or a mature way of thinking because there so many problems that a teenagers facing right know. There are a lot of temptations we are encountering one of example of this is having an alcoholic friends there will be high chances that you will get influenced by them and mostly likely you will also become alcoholic. It is very common for teenagers mostly when they get too emotional because of pressure or problems they encounter. It is very important to that you know yourself very well and be proud of what you already have to avoid challenges in adolescent because insecurities can cause a lot of problems.
It is very important to know what is right and wrong so that you can avoid getting into the bad situations. Best example of this is teenage pregnancy it is one of the most common challenges in adolescent it cause very bad effect not just for you but for the both of you who are responsible in teenage pregnancy. People who encountering adolescent must have morality or knowledge what is the right and wrong you will easily avoid having this kind of challenges and one of the way to avoid encountering challenges is have a goal in life. A goal that you really want to achieve focus on it. Its important that you been raised in good way by your parents so that you avoid to rebellion and also to raised your children in the near future with good attitude.

DAY 5
In these day there are a lot of important things i learned on how i can manage the stress i encounter in my daily living. The first thing i learned is that how important thinking positively in any crucial situations this can help you to manage your stress that you feel in a specific situation. The best thing on thinking positive is that the more you think positive the more you enjoy your life unlike to those person who are already stress and doesn’t know how to think positive they will encounter more stress because of the way they think. It is very important that you make it a habit to think positive even if it is not a crucial situations in this way you will live your life happy and less stress. It is very important to have someone to lean on or person you trust so that the stress you feel can be lessen and there person that can be there for you in a situation that you think you can’t overcome.
It is very important to have a motivation or a goal to achieve in making things because by focusing in those things you can have strong will that can help you to do those things you need to do just like the school works. There are changes you may encounter but you all need to have is that mentality that you will never give up and there are always good things going to happen just think that life is a balance substance of happiness and sadness without sadness you will never be strong to overcome those stress you feel right now. Just think positively and provide time for yourself. Don’t focus on the negative side but focus on those positive sides of you. Resting is also very important it is not just your physical need to rest but also your mental to avoid the making yourself more stress. Make sure you have a good people around you because these people are the one who will be there in your stressful times make sure that they encourage you rather that discouraging you to do a certain task.

DAY 3
This they from reading the lessons i learned a lot on what are the changes we all passing through the years. There are changes in our body which is getting taller or even firm muscles are affects of this changes and it is also important to embrace to avoid insecurities to other people. We all must be contented on what god gave. We just need to embrace it and be ourselves because at the end of the time you are still you it will never change. We just need to change on how we behave or act into other people or our society. The thing is we all must move forward for the better changes for ourselves not just for ourselves but to other people who surrounds us.
There are also intellectual changes which we can improve as we grow up. One of the example of this is when we are still young we can’t solve problems we are facing and we need some guidance for our parents or guardian but as the time flow we are encountering changes there are harder challenges or problems we are going to encounter but we can easily find solution to fix that problems. When we encounter this changes we can also think more mature like we can think of our decision if its going to have positive or a negative effects for us. The more the body or physical matures the more the way we think matures so we really need to know what we really want for our future for us to suits on what we are going to choose. It is important to have a self confidence so that we all can engage into things that we haven’t try before. We must encourage ourselves to engage into the things that we think we can’t do. We must think that if they can do it you can also do what they can do you just need a improvements and goal to achieve.

Day 2
In this lesson I’ve learned how important to take care of not just mental health but also our physical health to maintain healthy body. By taking care of our body it is also a good basis that you also have a healthy mindset or you have a good mental health. It is also important train the kids in the educational things so that they will learn a lot of things early and they can have more knowledge when they grow older and also to easily find solutions in a problem that they are facing as they grow older. As they have cognitive process they will also have attitude base on how they learned using the cognitive process that they can have the rest of their life. There is also the emotions based on a situation can affect you feelings or the way you are thinking in that situation.
It is not just the about the way we are thinking but also the way we interact with other people. We need to train ourselves to have a good connection with the people surrounds us like friends or classmates so that you can have a good connection with people around you. Some of the benefits of having a good social interaction is you can have a lot of friends that can help or be with you in the hard situations. It is also important to choose who are the person around you because they can be a good influence at the same time bad influence if you don’t choose the good person around you. Do not forget also that you need to strengthen also your spiritual for you to able to maintain a good attitude towards the people around you. Lastly the psychological it is important to be develop because it affects every thing like how are you going to socialize, how are you going to think in a situation and many more.

day 1
The things i learned this day is that there are a lot of ways on how i can know my self not just depending on how the way the person surround see me. In this this day i also learn how important to know ourselves very well to avoid big problems in the near future that can affect the way we are living. In this day also i learned the positive effects if i know myself to be more better person as i am right know. It is also a good thing if the way the other person think about you is positive so that you can have a good impression to other person. I’ve learned also that the self awareness is very important for an individual to know more things about yourself that can help you in some specific situations.
Being honest with yourself is very important so that you can know what part of you are weak or you need to strengthen to be a better person. It is important not to be biased about your judgement. If we have care for other person we must never forget to care about ourselves so that we we can avoid some things that can affect our mental health because we value other person more than ourselves. We also ma must think positively to make ourselves calm in a hard situations. Mostly we must know what we really want to pursue to be happy in a life that we are going to choose.
