You held up the shimmering midnight blue dress, letting it drape from your fingertips. You examined it in the mirror, tilting your head from side to side with a pensive expression. “Too much? Or just enough?” You asked, a playful gleam in your eyes as you looked over at Luna, who was sprawled across the bed surrounded by a chaotic sea of makeup products, jewelry, and about three outfits that had already been vetoed.
Luna squinted, tapping her chin with a sparkly lavender nail. “It’s just enough if we’re aiming for ‘sophisticated mystery’ but too much if we’re trying for ‘girl next door,’” she replied thoughtfully, then burst out laughing at her own over-analysis. “No, ____, it’s perfect. That shade was basically made for you.”
You rolled your eyes but smiled, feeling a bit of warmth rise to your cheeks at the compliment. “You really think so?” You pressed the dress to your frame, examining how the deep blue complimented your skin tone and brought out the brightness in your eyes. You weren’t usually one for glamorous parties— preferred cozy nights in with Luna, watching movies and critiquing each other’s style choices from the comfort of your couch. But tonight was different. It was the last big summer party before everyone scattered off to college, and you had finally been convinced to go all out.
“You look like a goddess,” Luna declared dramatically, throwing one of her own shirts over her shoulder like a diva. “Now sit down and let me do your makeup.”
You raised an eyebrow. “I thought you were still figuring out what you’re wearing?”
Luna shrugged. “I can multitask. Besides, you’re my canvas for tonight.” She patted the bed beside her. “Come on. We’re going bold.”
With a sigh that was more playful than genuine, you sat down, giving yourself over to Luna’s artistry. Luna was a whiz with makeup; she could transform even the most tired, “I’ve-been-studying-all-night” face into something fresh and fierce. You closed her eyes as Luna started dabbing foundation on her skin, her fingers light and precise.
“Did you see who texted in the group chat about the party?” Luna asked, a mischievous note in her voice. “Your favorite tall, dark, and brooding might just be there.” You opened one eye, feigning indifference. “Who, Adam?”
Luna rolled her eyes. “Yes, Adam! I’m telling you; he’s into you. That time you spilled coffee on him was fate, ____!”
You snorted, trying not to smudge the makeup Luna was carefully applying. “Right. Fate. Or just really bad luck. He didn’t exactly look thrilled when he was trying to wipe espresso off his shirt.”
“But he looked at you, didn’t he?” Luna smirked. “That’s basically the first step to falling in love.”
“I don’t think him shooting me a death glare counts as looking at me in that way, Lu,” you replied, though you couldn’t help the tiny smile tugging at your lips. Truthfully, Adam had been looking at you a lot in class recently, and maybe you weren’t as immune to his mysterious charm as you pretended to be.
Might be evil to say but you just really loved the attention he was giving you. You loved the feeling of knowing that someone might be interested in little ol’ you. Deep down the only one you have eyes on is a certain someone.
“Oh, come on. Live a little! Tonight’s your night,” Luna said, dusting a soft rose blush onto your cheeks. “You’re finally going to let people see the real ____—well, the glamorous version of the real ____. No hoodies, no messy buns. Just…goddess.”
You shook your head, laughing. “Okay, okay, I’ll try to live up to this new title you’ve given me. But you know I’m only doing this because you asked me to come.”
“And that’s why you’re my best friend,” Luna said with a grin, now moving on to eyeshadow. She took a deep breath and held up two palettes, one a shimmering bronze, the other a bold, smoky grey. “All right, do we want ‘smoky siren’ or ‘golden glow’? What vibe are we channeling?”
You thought about it for a moment. “Let’s do the smoky look. If I’m going to try this whole ‘mysterious’ thing, I might as well commit.”
Luna’s eyes sparkled with approval. “Love it. You’re going to be unstoppable tonight.”
As Luna layered the shades onto your eyelids, you guys fell into an easy silence, the only sound being the light scrape of brushes and the occasional clink of products being moved around. Outside, the sun was just beginning to set, casting a warm glow into the room and adding to the cozy, excited atmosphere. It felt almost surreal that this might be one of the last times you two would have a night like this.
“So, what about you?” You asked, opening your eyes when Luna gave you the go-ahead. “What are you wearing, Miss Indecisive?”
Luna shrugged, looking a little sheepish. “I…honestly can’t decide. Part of me wants to go full-on fairy princess, with the glitter and the whole nine yards. But then…I kind of want to wear something edgy. Leather jacket, combat boots—you know, ‘don’t mess with me’ vibes.”
You tilted her head, studying your friend. “Why not both?”
Luna’s eyebrows shot up. “Both? How do you mean?”
“Well, like…a dress that’s flowy but maybe pair it with the combat boots and a jacket? Sort of like…an ethereal rebel look?”
Luna gasped, her eyes lighting up. “____! You’re a genius!” She leaped up, racing over to her closet and rummaging through it with newfound energy. “This is exactly what I needed. Why didn’t I think of that?”
You chuckled. “Because that’s what I’m here for.”
With a flurry of motion, Luna tossed clothes around, holding up a pale, shimmery dress that fell just above her knees. She then slipped her black combat boots onto her feet and threw a leather jacket over her shoulder, inspecting herself in the mirror with a satisfied smile.
“What do we think?” Luna asked, twirling to show you.
Your face split into a grin. “Perfect. You look like a fairy who can throw a punch.”
“Exactly the vibe I was going for,” Luna replied, giving you a wink. “Now we’re both set to make an impression.”
You both stood there for a moment, admiring each other’s outfits, and you felt a pang of bittersweet nostalgia. You’d been friends with Luna since elementary school, and it was strange to think about how much you’d both grown. In just a few months, you two will be in different cities, different lives—but for tonight, you’re here together, ready to take on the world—or at least the party.
A text buzzed on your phone, and you glanced down to see that it was from Adam.
“Speak of the devil,” you muttered, feeling your cheeks heat up.
Luna leaned over, peeking at the message. “He wants to know if you’re coming. Oh my gosh, ____! He is into you!”
You playfully nudged her away. “He probably just wants to make sure I’m not going to spill anything on him again.”
“Or,” Luna said, drawing out the word, “he’s hoping to see you in that stunning dress. But whatever helps you sleep at night.”
With one last glance in the mirror, you took a deep breath. “All right, let’s do this. For you, for me, and for whatever happens tonight.
Luna looped her arm through yours as you guys made your way to the door, grinning from ear to ear. “And remember: we’re unstoppable.”
As you two headed out, the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of pink and purple, like the start of a brand new chapter. The night awaited for you, and for once, you felt ready for whatever it had in store.
You had barely stepped outside when you spotted Adam’s car idling at the curb, his familiar black Sedan parked beneath the streetlight. Luna wasted no time, hustling her out the door and onto the sidewalk, where she proceeded to yank open the passenger door.
“Shotgun!” Luna announced loudly, ignoring the bewildered look Adam threw her way.
You blinked. “Uh, don’t you want the front?”
“Nope. Tonight is your destiny or something, remember?” She gave you a grin and then leaned her head into the back window, spotting their friend Jamie already lounging in the backseat.
Adam looked over, seeming slightly surprised when you slid into the passenger seat. His gaze flicked over your outfit, pausing a moment on your face before he turned his attention back to the road. “Hey.”
“Hi,” you replied, feeling your cheeks warm under his stare. You buckled yourself in, sneaking a quick glance his way as he shifted in his seat.
In the back, Luna had already launched into a conversation with Jamie, loudly recounting some scandalous story from last weekend. You couldn’t help but chuckle under your breath, knowing Luna’s flair for exaggeration.
Adam glanced over. “Something funny?" You shook your head, still smiling. “Just…Luna. She’s already got a whole audience back there.”
Adam smirked, one hand relaxed on the steering wheel, the other resting casually on the gear shift. “She’s got a talent for that.”
It fell into a silence, one that you wished felt more natural. You fiddled with the fabric of your dress, stealing a quick glance at him as he kept his eyes on the road. He looked good, dressed in a black button-up rolled at the sleeves. Your heart beat a little faster, and you cursed yourself for getting flustered.
It was just Adam, after all.
“So…any big plans after graduation?” he asked after a moment, his voice low and casual.
“Uh, kind of.” You shrugged, keeping your tone light. “Probably moving to the city. I got into a program out there.”
“Nice. That’s ambitious.” He looked over at you, a flash of something almost…impressed? in his expression. “Bet you’ll do well.”
“Thanks.” You smiled, meeting his gaze before looking back out the window. “What about you?”
“Sticking around for a bit,” he replied, his voice quieter. “I’ve got some things to figure out here first.” He cleared his throat, and you thought you saw his fingers tighten on the steering wheel.
Another silence settled between you two, this one feeling heavier, like words were hovering just out of reach. You glanced over, your eyes tracing the sharp angle of his jawline, wondering if he felt the same unspoken weight hanging between them.
In the backseat, Luna and Jamie were now fully immersed in a debate over which horror movies were “actually scary” versus just “cheap jump scares.”
“You know…” Adam’s voice broke your thoughts. “I, uh, almost didn’t come tonight. Figured it might be lame.”
“Oh, same,” you admitted with a laugh. “But Luna can be pretty damn persuasive.”
“Yeah, she’s like a little hurricane.” His lips curved up. “Always manages to rope people into her plans.”
You nodded, staring out the window at the blur of lights as they passed street after street. But your mind kept drifting—you couldn’t help it. Every now and then, Luna mentioned her brother, Jungkook, and your heart had an annoying habit of doing little flips at the thought of him. Even though he’d been a constant part of your life growing up as Luna’s older brother, it was only in the past year that you started looking at him differently. Not that you’d ever admit it.
Still, as they neared the party, your heart raced at the possibility of seeing him. You caught yourself imagining what he’d be wearing, how he’d probably give you one of those teasing smirks of his that made you want to punch him—or maybe kiss him. Ugh. You weren’t even sure anymore.
Adam glanced over, as if he could read your thoughts. “You seem kind of…lost in your head there,” he said, a teasing glint in his eye.
You rolled her eyes. “What, are you psychoanalyzing me now?”
He grinned. “Just noticing things. You keep fidgeting with your dress. Nervous?”
You snorted. “Nervous about what? This is just a party, Adam.”
“Sure, if that’s what you want to call it,” he replied, his voice taking on a soft, amused tone. “But you don’t seem as…excited as I thought you’d be.”
You raised a brow, trying to deflect. “You think you’ve got me all figured out?”
He shrugged, a little smirk playing on his lips. “I’ve got a guess or two. You’re not as quiet as people think.”
You rolled your eyes again, but this time you felt a tiny smile tugging at your lips. “Keep guessing, then. Maybe someday you’ll get it right.”
He chuckled softly, turning back to the road, but he seemed pleased with your answer. It was…nice. For the first time all night, the silence between them felt comfortable, like you guys found some kind of rhythm.
In the backseat, Luna finally noticed the lull in the front and leaned forward, poking her head between the two front seats. “So! What are we chatting about up here? Already planning our futures?”
Adam gave her a side-eye. “Just small talk, Luna. Don’t get too excited.”
Luna laughed. “Sure, sure. Just remember, ____, he only talks about ‘small talk’ with people he actually likes. And who wouldn’t, right? Adam here is a catch.” She winked dramatically, making Adam groan.
“Luna, you’re ridiculous,” he muttered, but a hint of a smile betrayed his irritation.
You just laughed, nudging Luna back. “Why don’t you go back to convincing Jamie that horror movies aren’t the worst?”
“Hey, they’re cultural masterpieces!” Luna shot back with a grin before retreating to the back, resuming her lively debate.
As they neared the party, your pulse picked up. You weren’t sure if it was because of Adam’s lingering glances or because of the hope that, somewhere in the crowd, you’d run into Jungkook. God, you hated how your thoughts kept returning to him, but you couldn’t help it. There was just something about him—something you hadn’t quite figured out yet but couldn’t ignore.
Adam parked, looking over at you one last time as he turned off the engine. “Well…ready?”
“Ready as I’ll ever be,” you replied, feeling a little spark of adrenaline as you met his gaze.
The house was already packed, pulsing with music and lights that turned everything into a haze of neon colors. As you stepped through the doorway, your senses were immediately overwhelmed—laughter, people talking over the beat of the music, a faint scent of spilled drinks, and perfume. You felt the bass thudding under your feet, echoing through your body. Luna practically squealed in excitement beside you, squeezing your arm.
“This is it! Our last summer party!” Luna grinned, her eyes wide and glittering. “Let’s go find the others!”
You nodded, looking around for any familiar faces as they navigated through the throng of people. Almost everyone you knew from high school was here—even college students, dressed up and ready to party the night away. The mix of excitement and nostalgia was infectious, and you felt your nerves slowly morphing into a strange kind of thrill.
As you reached the backyard, you spotted a few of your friends near the back. Adam leaned over, raising an eyebrow at you. “Drink?”
“Sure,” you replied, trying to sound casual even though you still felt a bit on edge. The idea of standing around awkwardly while you waited made you fidgety. “Just don’t take too long.”
Adam chuckled. “Wouldn’t dream of it.” He offered you a quick wink before slipping away toward the kitchen.
As he disappeared into the crowd, Luna nudged you. “Now that we’re free from Adam’s intense vibes for a second, let’s hit the dance floor! Jamie, come on!” she called, grabbing both yours hands and pulling them through a dense patch of dancing strangers.
The dance floor had spilled out into the living room, where people swayed and shouted along to the music. Luna was instantly in her element, moving to the beat as if she’d been born for it, her laughter rising above the noise. Jamie grinned and joined in, his moves loose and carefree. You couldn’t help but smile; the mood was contagious, and you could feel your nerves slowly start to melt away.
But you were still holding back, moving just enough to blend in. Luna noticed, of course, and gave you an exasperated look.
“Seriously, ___?” Luna shouted over the music, throwing her hands up. “This is not the time to be shy. Let loose, babe! It’s a party, not a dentist’s appointment.”
You laughed, rolling your eyes. “Easy for you to say! You were born with party energy.”
“Damn right!” Luna grabbed your shoulders, shaking you playfully. “So, channel me, okay? Forget who’s around and just…have fun.”
You sighed but gave in, starting to move a little more, letting your body feel the beat. Luna was right. You were here to have a good time, not to stay on the sidelines. Slowly, you felt yourself relax, matching your friends’ energy and letting the music take over. You laughed at Jamie’s terrible dance moves and even twirled with Luna, both of them dissolving into fits of laughter when they stumbled.
A few minutes went by, each song blending into the next, the lights flashing brighter as more people crowded onto the makeshift dance floor. You were finally letting go, feeling the energy of the crowd pull you in. You closed your eyes, laughing as Luna gave you an exaggerated spin. You felt free, almost giddy.
But then you heard Luna shout, “Fuck!” in a way that was way too loud, even over the music.
Your eyes snapped open, your heart pounding as you whipped around, trying to see what had happened. Luna’s gaze was fixed on the lounge area across the yard, where a group of people were gathered on a set of plush couches, laughing and clinking their drinks together. And right in the center, casually leaning back with a beer in his hand, was Jungkook.
He looked annoyingly good tonight—black jeans, a fitted t-shirt, and that confident posture he always carried around, like he knew the whole world was watching him. His hair was slightly messy, framing his face in a way that made him look both effortless and annoyingly put-together, his tattoos giving him a more sexy appeal. A couple of his friends were there too, all of them laughing and chatting, oblivious to the girls’ attention.
“Luna!” You hissed, elbowing her. “What was that for?”
“Uh, sorry, but…look at him!” Luna whispered back, her tone hovering between disbelief and delight. “I didn’t think he was coming!”
You tried to shrug casually, though your heart was pounding now for an entirely different reason. “So what? He’s just hanging out.”
Luna gave her a look, one that said she didn’t believe your attempt at nonchalance for a second. “Uh-huh, just hanging out. Right, ____. You’ve only been staring at him every chance you get for, like, a year. It’s disgusting. I don’t like it.”
You knew how much Luna disliked the fact you have a crush on her older brother; expressed it whenever she can. Still you couldn’t help it.
“Shut up,” You muttered, turning your gaze away, but it was too late. You’d already looked.
And unfortunately, Jungkook looked up right at that moment. His dark eyes landed on you across the yard, a subtle smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth as he held your gaze. He didn’t wave or anything—no, that would be too simple. He just watched you with that familiar, slightly teasing expression, like he was fully aware of what effect he had on people.
Your heart hammered in your chest as you quickly looked away, trying to play it cool. But inside, you could feel your stomach doing flips.
Luna grimaced, nudging you. “Wow, did you see the way he looked at you? I swear, he’s practically daring you to go over there.”
“Oh, please.” You shook your head, trying to ignore the heat rising in your cheeks. “He’s just messing with me. You know how he is.”
“Exactly! He’s messing with you because he knows you like him. It’s obvious, ____. And the way you react… you’re feeding into his ugly ego.” Luna said while keeping her face painted with disgust.
You scoffed, “I’m not obvious is the slightest! Plus you don’t have to worry Luna, I’m never gonna involve myself with him. I know his reputation.”
Before Luna could respond, Adam reappeared with a few drinks balanced in his hands. He looked between you and Luna, raising an eyebrow. “Uh, everything good here? You two look like you’re having a bad time.”
Luna sighed and grabbed her drink. “Just giving ____ a little pep talk. We spotted her crush.”
You glared at Luna, who just smirked. “Can we not?” You mumbled, taking a sip from your drink to hide your embarrassment.
Adam shot you a questioning look, his brow furrowing. “Crush?”
“Nothing. Ignore her,” you said, waving him off, though you couldn’t help but glance back at the lounge area. Jungkook was still there, laughing with his friends, looking more comfortable than anyone had a right to at a crowded backyard party.
You tried to shake it off, forcing yourself back into the moment. Adam gave you a strange look but seemed to drop it, nudging you drink up with a grin. “Well, here’s to surviving the last big summer party.”
You clinked glasses, and you laughed, feeling a little rush as the alcohol warmed you. The night was young, and you were determined not to overthink it.
Luna caught your eye with a knowing smile, mouthing, “It’s your night,” hinting towards Adam before dragging Jamie back onto the dance floor, their laughter echoing over the music. Adam leaned against the wall next to you, taking a sip of his drink, his eyes scanning the room.
For a moment, you just stood there, taking it all in. The laughter, the music, the lights, and—yes—the magnetic pull of Jungkook across the room. You didn’t know what would happen tonight, but you could feel something in the air, something that made your pulse quicken.
You glanced up at Adam, who was watching you with a slight, unreadable smile. And as your eyes drifted back to the lounge, where Jungkook caught your gaze once more, you knew one thing: this was a night you wouldn’t forget.
You sat slouched on the wooden bench by the backyard fence, completely spent from dancing and the drinks you had. The fresh night air felt cool against your flushed cheeks, but your head was spinning, and every sound around you seemed louder, funnier, somehow more ridiculous. You leaned back, looking up at the sky, watching the stars blur together with a silly smile on your face.
The party had been in full swing for well over an hour now, and almost everyone was in some state of inebriation, yourself included. Luna had been her usual chaotic self on the dance floor, and Jamie—well, he’d ended up with a girl in the corner of the yard, the two of them lost in their own little world. You squinted over at them, your muddled mind wondering how they’d managed to avoid collapsing given how unsteady Jamie had looked earlier.
Adam, meanwhile, was stuck inside, helping some friend of theirs who had clearly gone a little too hard with the drinks. You couldn’t remember who it was. You were just grateful it wasn’t you…or so you thought.
You sat there, giggling to yourself about nothing in particular, when you felt a light flick against your ear. The unexpected sensation made you jump, and you gasped dramatically, flinging yourself off the bench and landing on the grass in a clumsy heap.
“Oh my god,” you slurred, your eyes wide as you looked up at your surprise attacker.
Jungkook stood above you, his face twisted in laughter as he shook his head. “Damn, ____. You okay down there?” He extended a hand, his grin only widening when you tried to pout at him.
“Not funny!” You grumbled, though your lips were betraying you with a smile. “You scared me!”
“Didn’t think you’d, you know, throw yourself on the ground,” he chuckled, pulling you up with surprising ease. He looked you over with a smirk. “You’re a fucking mess.”
“Rude,” you mumbled, trying to sound indignant but failing miserably. Your head spun as you stood, and you swayed a little, gripping onto his arm for balance.
Jungkook snickered, steadying you. “How many drinks did you have?”
You waved your hand dismissively, squinting as you tried to remember. “Uh…not that many,” you muttered. “Just…enough to feel very nice.”
“Right,” he said, amused. “You’re fucking wasted, aren’t you?”
“I’m…no.” You shook your head, then immediately regretted it as the world seemed to tilt. You squinted up at him, struggling to focus. “Why do you care anyway? Don’t you have…people to hang out with?”
He just rolled his eyes, sticking his hands in his pockets. “Yeah, sure, all those people I don’t care about half as much as my little sister’s friend who can’t stay on her feet for more than two seconds.”
You snorted, trying to look offended but failing miserably. “Oh, well, when you put it like that, it sounds terrible.”
He smirked, nudging your shoulder as you stood there, the night buzzing around you guys. You leaned against the fence, trying to get comfortable, but you could feel yourself swaying again, as if even the ground was a little too tipsy to stand still tonight.
“Hey,” you said suddenly, your mind jumping tracks as you looked around the yard with a wide-eyed, drunken curiosity. “Where’s Luna?”
He raised an eyebrow, glancing over his shoulder. “Last I saw, she was—oh, never mind. There she is.” He nodded toward the opposite side of the yard, where Luna was currently locked in a passionate kiss with some guy you didn’t recognize.
“Of course,” Jungkook muttered, rolling his eyes with an exasperated sigh. “She’s always gotta make a scene.”
You giggled, watching your best friend with a lopsided grin. “She’s…she’s like a movie star, right? She’s like…uh, what’s her name…Marilyn…Monsoon or something…”
“Yeah, Marilyn Monsoon,” Jungkook snickered, humoring you as you stumbled over your words. “Shit, you really are out of it.”
You shot him a dramatic glare, your cheeks warm with embarrassment. “Whatever. I know things.” You paused, your brow furrowing as if you were solving a great mystery. “Like, did you know—wait. Never mind. I forgot.”
He chuckled, shaking his head. “Come on, let’s sit you down before you decide to spill the secrets of the universe out here.”
You sighed, letting him guide you back to the bench. The world felt so wobbly, but with his hand steadying you, you somehow felt a little less like you were floating away.
But as soon as you sat down, your stomach gave a lurch, and you grimaced. “Um…Jungkook?”
“Yeah?” he said, looking at you with mild concern.
“I don’t…I don’t feel so good,” you mumbled, gripping the edge of the bench and taking a deep breath. You pushed yourself up, wobbling on your feet, determined to get to the bathroom on your own. “I’ll…I’ll just go to the…”
But before you could finish your sentence, your foot caught on nothing in particular, and you tripped forward, stumbling wildly. Your hands shot out to steady yourself, but your balance was shot, and your face twisted in frustration.
“Why do my stupid shoes want me to fall?” You cried, feeling a wave of frustration bubble up inside you. “They’re trying to betray me!”
Jungkook watched you in amusement, a small chuckle escaping as he steadied you once more. “Your shoes, huh?”
You nodded vehemently, your face scrunching up as you blinked back unexpected tears. “Yeah, they hate me. I just wanna go to the bathroom, but they’re being so mean!”
“Alright, alright,” he said, trying not to laugh as he slipped an arm around your shoulders. “Let’s get you to the bathroom before your shoes take you out completely.”
You leaned into him, still muttering under your breath about the unfairness of it all as he guided you carefully inside. The noise from the party grew louder as you stepped back into the house, people weaving in and out of rooms, and music thudding through the walls. You stumbled a few more times, clinging to Jungkook as he practically carried you down the hall.
Finally, you reached the bathroom, and Jungkook pushed open the door. “Alright, here we are.”
You stared at the sink as if it were some great mystery, your expression one of pure concentration. You clutched the counter, your gaze drifting back to him with a slightly dazed look. “Thank you,” you mumbled, your voice barely a whisper. “You’re like…my hero or something.”
Jungkook laughed, shaking his head. “Yeah, don’t mention it. Just…splash some water on your face, okay? I’ll be outside.”
He gave you a small, reassuring smile before stepping out, closing the door gently behind him. Inside, you took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself as you turned on the tap. The cold water against your skin helped clear your head a bit, though you still felt that warm, dizzy buzz in the back of your mind.
As you looked at your reflection, you let out a sigh, a silly, lopsided smile creeping onto your face. “Well,” you mumbled to yourself, “at least Jungkook’s a good sport about all this…”
After a few moments, you turned off the tap, bracing yourself for the world outside the bathroom. When you opened the door, Jungkook was waiting, his expression softening as he looked at you, eyebrows raised.
“Feeling any better?”
You gave a half-hearted nod, the tipsy glow still lingering but softened. “Yeah. Thanks for…you know, rescuing me.”
He just shrugged, his gaze warm as he watched you. “Hey, what are friends for?”
But his smile held a softness you hadn’t noticed before, and for a split second, you forgot all about the dizzying effects of the drinks. You felt your pulse quicken, your gaze lingering on him a little longer than it should have. And maybe it was the alcohol, or maybe it was something else, but in that moment, you didn’t mind if he were to hold you down and show you a great time.
You followed Jungkook back out to the backyard, feeling steadier and clearer now after freshening up. The night air helped you feel grounded, and you took a deep breath, savoring the coolness on your skin.
Jungkook gave you a little wave before heading over to his friends, where he was quickly wrapped up in their loud laughter and drinks. He looked so at ease, leaning back with that effortless charm he had, and you couldn't help but feel a pang of self-consciousness.
It was just Jungkook-Luna's older brother, the same guy who teased you endlessly. But in moments like these, when he was surrounded by people who seemed to adore him, you were reminded of just how...out of reach he felt. Like he was on a different level, someone you couldn't quite imagine yourself with, even if you wanted to.
Shaking yourself, you looked around for Adam.
Adam, you thought, was exactly what you needed right now-fun, laid-back, and most importantly, actually interested in you. You spotted him standing off to the side downing a beer and laughing with a couple of their mutual friends. Feeling a surge of confidence, you walked up to him and tapped him on the arm.
"Hey, wanna dance?" You asked, flashing him a playful grin.
He looked down at you with a glint in his eye, taking one last swig of his drink before setting it aside. "You read my mind," he said, holding out his hand and leading you to the makeshift dance floor where the music was thumping.
You started moving together, falling into an easy rhythm as falling into an easy rhythm as the music pulsed around you.
At first, you were just laughing, swaying to the beat, but after a few songs, the mood started to shift. Adam's hands found your waist, pulling you in closer, and you didn't resist, letting yourself get caught up in the thrill of the moment. His hands were warm and steady, and you felt your own arms winding around his neck as your movements became more fluid, more in sync.
As the beat of the song slowed down, he leaned in, his breath warm against your ear. "You're really something, you know that?"
You tilted your head up, meeting his gaze, and smirked. "You're just figuring that out now?"
He chuckled, tightening his grip on your hips, and swayed closer. The way he looked at you made you feel like the only person there, and you liked the attention, the way he was openly drawn to you.
But just as you were getting lost in the moment, you caught a glimpse over his shoulder.
Jungkook was watching them, his face hard, his usual relaxed expression replaced by something unreadable. He didn't look away, holding your gaze with an intensity that made your heart stutter. You knew you could stop this, maybe pull away and go talk to him instead...but something stubborn and reckless inside you made you stay right where you were.
Without overthinking it, you leaned up and closed the distance between you and Adam, your lips pressing against his in a kiss that was soft at first but quickly turned deeper as he responded. His hands slid up your back, pulling you closer, and you let yourself get lost in it, enjoying the thrill of his touch and the heat between them. Your heart raced, and you could feel your body pressing into his, your fingers curling into his hair as you moved in sync with the rhythm of the music around you.
"Let's...go somewhere quieter," he murmured against your lips, his voice low and inviting.
You nodded, letting him lead you through the crowded house until you found an empty room near the back. Once inside, he closed the door behind them, and in an instant, his arms were around you again, his lips finding yours with a hunger that made your heart race all over again. The quiet of the room made the moment feel even more intense, every touch amplified in the silence.
He backed you up against the wall, one of his hands slipping around your waist, the other threading into your hair as your lips met over and over again.
You felt his fingers slide up your back, pulling you closer until there was hardly any space left between you two, your pulse quickening at his touch. His lips moved from your mouth to your jaw, then down to your neck, leaving a trail of warmth in their wake that made your breath hitch.
You closed your eyes, letting yourself savor the moment. But just as you were getting comfortable, his phone buzzed in his pocket, shattering the quiet around you. He groaned, pulling back with a frustrated sigh.
"Hold on a sec," he muttered, fishing his phone out and glancing at the screen. You watched as his eyes widened slightly, and his expression shifted.
"Sorry," he said, wincing. "It's... my ex. She's going through something, and I-I need to take this. I'll...catch you later?"
Before you could even process his words, he was already stepping away, answering the call with a hurried apology before slipping out the door, leaving you alone in the dim room.
You stood there in stunned silence, your pulse still racing, the warmth of his touch lingering on your skin. But now, that warmth turned cold as you realized what had just happened. You'd thought-maybe-that he'd actually liked you, that maybe this was something more than just a fleeting moment at a party. But instead, he'd left you at the drop of a hat for someone else, without a second thought.
Frustration and hurt bubbled up inside you, and you felt your throat tighten, a knot forming as you blinked back unexpected tears. You wanted to move past Jungkook, to forget how out of reach he seemed by having a good time with someone who wanted you. But maybe Adam hadn't wanted you any more than you wanted him; maybe you'd both just been looking for someone to fill the moment.
Taking a shaky breath, you sank down onto the edge of the bed, your mind spinning with a mix of anger and disappointment.
You sat on the edge of the bed, your mind racing with frustration and embarrassment. How could you have let yourself get so caught up with Adam, only for him to leave you like you were nothing? You gritted your teeth, feeling the sting of rejection simmering beneath your skin. Refusing to sit there feeling pathetic, you stood up with a sudden determination. You weren’t going to let him—or anyone else—make you feel this way.
With a deep breath, you smoothed your hair, squared your shoulders, and pushed the door open. As you stepped back out into the noise of the party, the beat of the music pounded against your chest, urging you forward. Without thinking twice, you grabbed a drink from a nearby table and downed it, savoring the sharp burn that chased your anger away, if only temporarily. You could feel your mind getting hazier, each sip blurring the lines of your frustration.
As the alcohol worked its way into your system, your inhibitions began to melt. You didn’t want to think about Adam, about Jungkook, or about how out of place you felt all night. You just wanted to lose yourself in the noise, in the movement. You drifted onto the dance floor, finding yourself in the middle of a group of strangers who welcomed you into their circle with easy smiles and laughter.
One of the guys—a tall, dark-haired stranger with a grin that matched your energy—reached for your hand, and you took it without hesitation. The two of them spun around, his hands guiding your hips as they moved to the beat. Another guy joined in, and soon you were sandwiched between them, laughing and moving without a care. The world around you blurred, the faces and lights mixing together as you danced, drink after drink passing through your hands.
You barely registered one of the voices near you—a voice you only faintly recognized—calling out, “Yo, ____’s totally gone. Somebody should get her a cab before she crashes or something.”
Jungkook, who had been laughing with his friends by the wall, snapped to attention. He turned toward the dance floor, his eyes scanning the crowd until he spotted you, swaying unsteadily, eyes glazed, and half-stumbling with every movement. His jaw tightened, and he immediately excused himself, pushing his way through the crowd toward you.
“Alright, enough,” he muttered, grabbing you by the wrist and pulling you toward the exit.
You tried to resist, tugging your arm back, but your coordination was long gone. “L-let go of me,” you slurred, stumbling as he led you out of the house. “I—I was…dancing…”
“Yeah, and you were about two seconds from face-planting,” Jungkook snapped, steering you firmly out the door and toward his car. “What the hell were you thinking, ____? Do you even know how drunk you are right now?”
You squinted up at him, your expression one of defiance. “I—I was just having fun,” you managed, though the words came out garbled.
“Having fun? Dancing with random guys and drowning yourself in alcohol isn’t ‘fun,’ it’s reckless,” he shot back, opening the passenger door and guiding you in with a little too much force, though he was careful not to hurt you.
You gave a half-hearted push, trying to protest as he buckled you in, but all that came out were more incoherent words, your head lolling as you fought to keep your eyes open. The moment he got into the driver’s seat, he whipped out his phone, dialing Luna’s number.
“Where’s…Luna?” You mumbled, your head leaning back against the seat, eyes fluttering as you tried to focus on him.
“That’s exactly what I want to know,” he muttered under his breath, glancing down as the phone went straight to voicemail. He cursed softly, running a hand through his hair in frustration. “Goddammit, Luna,” he muttered, his irritation growing as he shoved the phone back into his pocket.
Turning his attention back to you, he let out a long sigh, his jaw clenching as he tried to contain his anger. “____, you’re eighteen, not some clueless fucking kid. You should know better than to get this drunk when there’s no one looking out for you.”
You shrugged, giving a careless, almost taunting smile. “Why do you care anyway?”
“Because fucking someone has to, clearly,” he shot back, his tone harsher than he intended. He took a breath, forcing himself to stay calm as he pulled out of the driveway and started down the street. The drive to your place was at least half an hour, and there was no way he’d leave you on your own in this state.
“I was fine…” you muttered, crossing your arms and sinking deeper into the seat, though your words were slurred. “I was just…having a good time…”
He glanced over at you, his eyes narrowing. “You call that a good time? Stumbling around drunk, with people you don’t even know? Trust me, you’re lucky I got to you before someone else did.”
You rolled your eyes, though your head felt too heavy to keep it straight. “I don’t…need you to rescue me,” you grumbled, though your voice wavered, your bravado quickly slipping away.
“Yeah? Could’ve fooled me,” he replied, his tone cold. “You’re acting like a damn child right now, ____. Eighteen doesn’t mean anything if you don’t know how to take care of yourself.... Fuck!”
Your mouth opened to protest, but you were too tired, too foggy to argue, so you just slumped further into the seat, staring out the window as the city lights blurred past. Somewhere in your muddled mind, his words hit a sore spot, an ache you hadn’t realized you been ignoring all night.
The rest of the drive was quiet, Jungkook’s hands gripping the wheel tightly, his gaze fixed ahead. When you finally pulled up to his place, he turned off the engine and let out a heavy sigh before getting out and coming around to help you. You stumbled as you tried to get out, your legs feeling like jelly, and he caught you, his grip firm but gentle.
“Come on,” he muttered, guiding you up the steps to his apartment. Inside, the lights were dim, and he led you to the couch, helping you sit before grabbing a glass of water from the kitchen and setting it on the coffee table in front of you.
“Drink,” he instructed, crossing his arms as he stood over you, watching as you took a hesitant sip.
You avoided his gaze, your fingers fiddling with the glass as you mumbled, “You don’t…have to babysit me, you know.”
“No, but apparently someone has to,” he replied, his tone still sharp but softer than before. He sighed, running a hand over his face, looking tired and frustrated. “What were you even thinking tonight, ____? Getting that drunk, dancing with random guys… It’s like you wanted to make a mess out of everything.”
You didn’t answer, your face heating up with embarrassment and anger as you set the glass down, unable to meet his eyes. You came here looking for a good time, hoping to forget about everything that had been bothering you, but instead, you ended up right here, feeling like an idiot in front of him.
He watched you for a moment, his gaze softening slightly as he took in your slumped posture, the tired, vulnerable look in your eyes. “Look, I get it. You wanted to have fun. But…you have to take care of yourself too, alright? This isn’t you, ____.”
You looked up, meeting his gaze finally, your throat tightening at the concern you saw in his eyes, even through his frustration. For a moment, you wanted to tell him everything, to explain how you felt out of place, how you tried to lose yourself in the party, in Adam, in anything that made you forget how small you felt all night. But the words caught in your throat, and all you could do was nod, the weight of your exhaustion finally settling over her.
Jungkook let out a long sigh, moving to sit beside you on the couch. He reached over, giving your shoulder a gentle squeeze. “Just…promise me you won’t pull something like this again. You’re better than that.”
You nodded again.
You sat there, your head leaning back against the couch, eyes growing heavier with each passing moment. The quiet between you and Jungkook felt charged, almost tangible, like there was something you should say but couldn’t quite find the courage. You took a shaky breath, your voice barely above a whisper as the words slipped out before you could stop them.
“I…like you, Jungkook,” you murmured, your heart pounding in your chest as soon as the confession left your lips.
The moment you realized what you said, a rush of embarrassment flooded your cheeks. You wanted to take it back, to laugh it off as some drunk mistake, but Jungkook didn’t give you that out. He just watched you with a soft, knowing expression, a small, amused smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.
“Yeah,” he said quietly, “I kind of figured.”
Your cheeks flushed even more, and you buried your face in your hands. “Oh, god, I can’t believe I said that,” you mumbled, your voice muffled.
He chuckled softly, nudging you with his shoulder. “Relax, ____. It’s not like it was a big secret. You’re very easy read. Plus, you don't know how amusing you are.”
You peeked out from between your fingers, still mortified but also grateful that he wasn’t laughing at you. Instead, he just sat there, watching you with a calm that felt grounding in your swirling haze of embarrassment. You dropped your hands, sighing as you slumped back, finally letting yourself relax again.
The confession, now out in the open, loosened you up, and you found yourself spilling everything about what had happened with Adam. You told him how Adam had left you alone, how he’d made you feel disposable, like just another girl he could cast aside at the slightest distraction. With every word, you felt the ache in your chest grow, and when you looked at Jungkook, you saw a familiar fire simmering in his eyes, his jaw tight with barely restrained anger.
“I can’t believe he did that to you,” Jungkook muttered, his voice low and edged with a protectiveness that made your heart clench. “He’s a damn idiot.”
“It already happened, Jungkook,” you murmured, giving him a weak smile. “It doesn’t matter now. Let’s just…leave it in the past.”
But you could see the tension in his posture, the way his hands were clenched tightly in his lap. He looked ready to storm out the door and find Adam himself. When he finally looked at you, his gaze softened, and he reached up, brushing a stray lock of your hair behind your ear.
“You don’t deserve that, ____,” he said quietly, his voice full of a gentle warmth. “You deserve someone who actually sees you, not someone who’s just looking for a quick thrill.”
Something in his tone, in the way he looked at you, made your heart flutter, and before you could stop yourself, you leaned in and pressed your lips to his. The kiss was soft, tentative, and you felt him freeze, caught off guard. You immediately pulled back, your cheeks burning as you realized what you just done.
Jungkook looked at you, surprise evident on his face, and he gently placed his hands on your shoulders, steady but firm. “____,” he said slowly, his voice calm but cautious, “what…what are you doing?”
You swallowed, your cheeks flushed with embarrassment, but you didn’t pull away from him. “I just…I just want to feel wanted, Jungkook. Especially by you,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper, vulnerability shining in your eyes.
He took a deep breath, his gaze steady as he looked at you. “____, you’re drunk. You don’t really know what you’re saying right now.”
“But I do,” you insisted, your words soft but certain. “Drunk words are sober thoughts, right? Being drunk…It’s just giving me the confidence to finally say it. And to show you how I feel.”
Jungkook let out a sigh, rubbing the back of his neck, looking torn. His gaze softened, full of conflicting emotions as he studied you, a gentle concern clouding his eyes. “____… I’m four years older than you. I’m your best friend’s brother. This…this isn’t something I can take lightly, you know? And with you being like this…” He shook his head, his voice trailing off.
You looked down, your heart sinking a bit as you processed his words. But you couldn’t shake the feeling, the ache in your chest that had been there for so long. “I know it’s complicated,” you said, your voice barely above a whisper. “But I can’t ignore it. Not anymore.”
He sighed again, this time softer, more thoughtful, as he gently took your hand, his thumb rubbing small, comforting circles against your skin. “Listen,” he began, his voice low and steady. “What you’re feeling…that’s real. And I won’t lie when I say that you definitely take over my mind when I don’t want you to,” he admitted, his gaze dropping as if admitting it aloud was somehow a betrayal. “But I don’t want to take advantage of you. Especially not like this.”
Your heart fluttered at his admission, and you felt a glimmer of hope spark within you, despite the exhaustion and the haze of the night. He cared. He genuinely cared. And that was more than you could’ve asked for.
Jungkook took a breath, squeezing your hand lightly as he looked at you, his gaze soft and steady. “For now, let’s just…get you some rest. And tomorrow, when you’re sober, we’ll talk. Really talk. But tonight, you need to get some sleep.”
Without wanting to end the night, you built up the courage and climbed on top of his lap. Jungkook looked at you with astonishment. “____, stop.” He firmly said. His hands gripped your waist trying to contain any more movement.
"I thought we'd talk in the morning," he murmured, his deep voice sending shivers down your spine. You could feel his warm breath on your lips, and it took everything in you not to kiss him right then and there. But you had already taken a leap of faith, and you weren't about to back down now.
With a determined glint in your eyes, your slender legs started hugging his muscular thighs. You placed your soft hands on his broad chest, feeling the ink of his tattoos beneath your hot palms. Leaning close, you whispered, "I don't want to wait anymore, Jungkook. I want you."
Jungkook's eyes widened slightly at your forwardness, but he didn't resist. Instead, his hands tightened their grip on your waist, pulling you closer. "What are you doing to me, ____? What will become of me when I do this?" he asked, his voice hoarse with desire.
Your heart pounding in your chest. Your hands gently cupped his beautiful face. "I want you, Jungkook. I want you and everything you have to give me. Just figure it out afterwards." your voice steady despite your nerves. And then you claimed his lips in a hungry kiss.
Your mouths moved in perfect sync, tongues dancing and exploring. Jungkook's hands roamed over your body, cupping your curves possessively. He slid his hands under your shirt, his fingers tracing the bare skin of your smooth lower back. His every touch makes you arch with a heavenly feeling. You moaned into his mouth, the sound fueling his passion.
Breaking the kiss, Jungkook nipped at your jawline, sending shivers down your body. "We should slow down," he breathed, his words contradicting the urgency in his touch.
"No," You panted, your hands tugging at his shirt, eager to feel his warm skin. "I know you want this just as badly as I do. I don't want to wait anymore, Jungkook. Please..."
He groaned, surrendering to your demand. With swift movements, he lifted you, and you both stood, never breaking the embrace. "Fuck... this blue dress is doing things to me... to bad it's getting off your gorgeous body." Jungkook's hands worked quickly, discarding your shirt, revealing your black lace bra and the swell of your breasts. He paused for a moment, his eyes drinking in the sight of you, before his fingers deftly unhooked the bra, setting you free.
Your nipples pebbled in the cool air, and you felt a rush of excitement as Jungkook's eyes darkened with hunger. He bent his head, capturing one taut peak in his warm mouth, sucking gently. Your head fell back, hands tangling in his hair, encouraging him. His tongue teased and flicked, sending waves of pleasure through your body.
"Jungkook..." you whispered, your voice breathless. "I need more..."
He chuckled, the vibrations sending a delicious shiver through you. "Impatient, are we?" He trailed kisses down your slick neck, leaving a trail of fire in his wake. His hands traveled lower, sliding over your soft skin, past your navel, until he reached the waistband of your matching thong.
You gasped as his fingers stroked you through the damp fabric of your panties, finding the wetness between your thighs, His touch electric against your sensitive skin. "You're so ready for me," he murmured, his voice thick with hunger.
"Please," you begged, your hips moving against his hand. "I want you inside me, Jungkook."
Jungkook's response was to lift you again, this time carrying you to the couch. He laid you down gently, his eyes never leaving yours. The determination in his gaze sent a thrill through your body. You knew he was going to take control, and the thought excited you beyond measure.
He knelt between your thighs, his eyes raking over your exposed body. You felt a surge of power in your vulnerability, seeing the raw desire etched on his handsome face. With a slow, deliberate motion, he slid your pretty black thong down your legs, leaving you completely bared to his gaze.
Jungkook's breath hitched as he took in the sight of your glistening folds. "You're so beautiful," he rasped, his voice hoarse. He leaned down, replacing his fingers with his mouth, his tongue parting you tenderly.
You cried out, your hands gripping the cushions as he gifted you with long, slow strokes. His tongue was relentless, teasing and tasting you, sending you spiraling towards ecstasy. You bucked against his mouth, your hips moving in rhythm with his licks and sucks.
"Jungkook, I'm close!" you cried, your voice high and urgent.
He pulled away, his breath hot against your sensitive flesh. "Not yet, little one" he darkly chuckled. "I want you to come with me inside you."
You whimpered, your body aching for release. You reached for him, your hands finding the button of his jeans. With trembling fingers, you undid his pants, eager to free him from the confines of his clothing.
Jungkook rose above you, his eyes never leaving yours as he pushed his jeans down his thighs, revealing his impressive erection. Your breath caught at the sight of him, thick and hard, the head glistening with pre-cum.
"Touch me," he commanded, his voice rough with need.
Your fingers wrapped around his length, stroking him slowly, your thumb brushing over the sensitive tip. Jungkook hissed, his hips jerking forward involuntarily. "Fuck, ____," he groaned, his eyes rolling back slightly.
You smiled, a mix of shyness and newfound confidence. "Do you like that?" you asked, your voice low and sultry.
"Fuck yes," he lowered, his hands gripping your thighs, spreading your legs wider. "But I want to feel you around me."
With that, he positioned himself at your entrance, the broad head of his cock nudging your wet, hot center. Your breath caught, anticipation mingling with a hint of nervousness. You were about to be filled by this man, taken in a way you had only dreamed of.
Jungkook pushed forward, slowly, giving you time to adjust to his size. Your eyes fluttered shut, your body stretching to accommodate him. You felt incredibly full, every nerve ending alive with sensation.
"Open your eyes, ____," Jungkook whispered, his voice hoarse. "Look at me."
You obeyed, meeting his intense gaze. The vulnerability in your eyes only seemed to fuel his passion. He began to move, withdrawing almost entirely before thrusting back into you, filling you completely.
"Oh god," you moaned, your hands clutching at his shoulders. "You feel so good..."
Jungkook set a relentless pace, his hips snapping forward, driving into you again and again. His breath came in harsh gasps, his body glistening with sweat. You matched his rhythm, your nails digging into his skin, leaving marks that would remind you both of this moment.
"Harder," you begged, your voice hoarse. "Please, Jungkook, fuck me harder."
He obliged, his movements becoming more urgent, more primal. The sound of your bodies slapping together filled the room, mingling with your moans and gasps. Your pleasure built, coiling tighter with each thrust, until you were hovering on the edge of oblivion.
"I'm close," Jungkook grunted, his jaw clenched as he fought for control. "I'm so close, ____."
"Don't hold back," you panted, your legs wrapping around his waist, pulling him deeper. "I want to feel you come, Jungkook. I want it all."
Your words sent him over the edge. With a guttural cry, Jungkook plunged into you, his hips moving in a frenzied rhythm. You cried out, your body convulsing around him as your orgasm claimed you. You felt him spasm, his hot seed filling you, each pulse of his cock sending you even higher.
You rode the waves of your guy's pleasure together, your bodies slick with sweat, hearts pounding in unison. Jungkook collapsed onto the couch, his weight pressing you into the cushions, but you didn't mind. You ran your hands over his back, tracing the lines of his tattoos, feeling the rise and fall of his chest as their breathing slowly returned to normal.
"Shit!" Jungkook immediately went to grab his shirt and with speed but with gentleness wiped the white liquid spilling out from you. "I'm sorry, ____. I'll buy you Plan B!" he said with urgency.
You grabbed his arm and pulled him back on the couch with you. "Don't worry. I'm on the pill." Jungkook looked at you with surprised, "You fucking other people?"
"You fucking other people?" you questioned back.
You both lightly laughed and went back to reeling in about what just happened.
The room was soon then quiet, save for the faint hum of the city outside and the occasional creak of the bed as you shifted under the covers. The air was heavy, thick with unspoken words and the lingering heat of what had just happened.
You glanced over at Jungkook, his broad shoulders leaning against the arm rest of the couch, the soft glow from the tableside lamp painting golden streaks across his skin. His dark hair was a mess, framing his face in a way that made your heart skip. He wasn’t looking at you, though. His gaze was fixed ahead, as if deep in thought, his jaw clenched slightly.
“So…” Your voice was small, hesitant. You weren’t even sure what you wanted to say, but the silence was starting to feel suffocating.
He turned his head toward you then, his brown doe eyes meeting yours. For a moment, you saw something flicker there—concern, maybe? Or guilt? It was hard to tell.
“Are you okay?” he asked, his voice low, careful.
You nodded, “Yeah… I think so. I mean, I don’t regret it, if that’s what you’re wondering.”
He exhaled, a sound that was part relief and part something else entirely. “Good. That’s… good.”
The words felt heavy, like they were supposed to mean more than they did.
“I mean it, Jungkook.” You sat up a little, propping yourself on one elbow. “I’ve liked you for—well, for some time now. So, this wasn’t just some… drunk mistake for me.”
His eyes softened, and for a moment, the tension in his posture eased. “I know,” he murmured. “I’ve noticed.”
Your cheeks flushed. “You have?”
He gave a small, lopsided smile. “You’re not exactly subtle, ____.”
You groaned, burying your face in your hands. “Great. So, I’ve been embarrassing myself this whole time.”
“No, not like that.” He reached out, gently pulling your hands away from your face. His touch was warm, grounding. “It was… sweet. Kind of hard not to notice when you light up every time I walk into a room.”
“Ugh, you’re making it worse,” you muttered, but you couldn’t hide the small smile tugging at your lips.
For a moment, the two of you just looked at each other, and it felt like the rest of the world had faded away. But then reality started to creep back in.
“This… complicates things,” Jungkook said, his tone more serious now.
You swallowed hard. “Because of Luna?”
He nodded. “She’s your best friend. And my sister. If she finds out about this, she’s going to fucking kill me. I know how indifferent she is about you liking me. She would always tell me that I should never make any moves to you cause she doesn't want me to hurt you.”
“She wouldn’t kill you,” you said, though even you weren’t entirely convinced. “She might maim you a little, though. But it also isn't her decision.”
He chuckled, the sound lightening the mood just a fraction. “Yeah, that sounds more like her... and your right.”
A beat of silence passed before you spoke again. “But… do you regret it?”
His expression shifted, and he looked at you like you’d just asked the most ridiculous question. “No. I don’t regret it.”
“Then what’s the problem?”
“The problem is…” He sighed, running a hand through his messy hair. “You’re eighteen, and I’m twenty-two. And you’re still in high school.”
“Technically, I graduate in a month,” you interjected.
He gave you a pointed look. “Still. You’re young, and there’s this… power imbalance, I guess.”
You frowned. “You’re making it sound way worse than it is.”
“I’m just trying to be realistic, ____,” he said. “I don’t want to hurt you. And I don’t want you to feel like you have to… rush into anything just because you’ve liked me for a while.”
“Jungkook,” you said softly, reaching out to touch his arm. “I know what I want. I’ve known for a long time. And I’m not some naive kid who’s going to get swept up in a fantasy. I know this is messy and complicated, but… I care about you. And I think you care about me too.”
He looked at you for a long moment, his eyes searching yours like he was trying to find the right answer. Finally, he nodded. “I do care about you. A lot more than I probably should.”
Your chest tightened at his words, but in a good way.
“So, what do we do now?” you asked.
He sighed again, but this time it felt less heavy. “I don’t know. Maybe we take it slow? Figure things out as we go?”
“Slow is good,” you said with a small smile. “But… you have to promise me something.”
“What’s that?”
“Don’t treat me like a kid. If we’re going to try this, I need you to see me as your equal.”
He smirked, leaning in closer. “You just had to get the last word in, didn’t you?”
“Always,” you replied, grinning.
He shook his head, but there was a fondness in his expression that made your heart swell.
“I’m serious, though,” you added, your tone softening. “This… whatever it is, it means a lot to me. And I don’t want to mess it up.”
“You’re not going to mess it up,” he said firmly. “We’re not going to mess it up. We’ll figure it out together, okay?”
“Okay.”
For the first time that night, you felt a sense of calm settle over you. It wasn’t perfect, and it wasn’t going to be easy, but at least you weren’t alone in this.
He leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “You should get some rest. You’ve had a long night.”
“So have you,” you pointed out, smirking.
“Fair enough,” he said with a laugh, lying back down beside you.
You curled up next to him, your head resting on his chest, his heartbeat steady and reassuring beneath your ear.
As your eyelids grew heavy, you couldn’t help but smile to yourself. Whatever the future held, you knew you’d face it together. And for now, that was enough.

notes | i’m finally back after so fucking long, but this is my first time writing something so heartwarming.... I AM VERY EXCITED!!! this is also very short but i hope it’s still a fun read despite that. there might be some spelling mistakes, so i’m sorry if there is… :/
The comfort of the weighted blanket and the shine of the moonlight had lulled you to sleep... that was until you felt cold rough hands roam your bare back. Your eyes popped out and you quickly squirmed away from the harsh sensation. You turned around to find the perpetrator and you came face to face with the one you call "yours".
"Jungkook!" you squealed. The biggest smile painted your beautiful face and, in that moment, you didn't care that the handsome man in front of you had ruined your amazing sleep.
Jungkook watched you with love swimming in his eyes. He watched as your alluring face shone with great surprise. A goddess you were. He also took in a quick notice on how you displayed nothing but pretty blue panties on; he almost felt himself drooling at the enchanting sight.
You lunged at your boyfriend, wrapping your arms around his big build. Thankfully Jungkook knew how you get when you're excited, so the moment you took the first steps to him, he immediately knew that a big hug was taking its course. He gently held you as you both fell backwards; a loud thump echoed throughout the room. You looked down to see that your boyfriend had cushioned the fall.
His face contorted with pain, he rasped out, "You okay, baby?" You softly cupped his face and gave the pained man a chaste kiss on the lips. With his face still between your small hands, you stared into his mesmerizing brown doe-eyes. You lightly whispered against the lips of your lover, "You shouldn't be asking me that."
Jungkook saw the tenderly feeling you projected at him with your pretty eyes. He couldn't control the craving he had for you; he'd been away from you for what seemed like forever. The spell that you didn't know you were doing captivated him, and he loved every second of it.
He swiftly picked you up and gently placed you on the bed, only for him to aggressively kiss you like there was no tomorrow; the action left you breathless. But in a quick second, you replicated the same feeling back.
One hand gripped the compression shirt that Jungkook had on, wanting to be as close to him as possible. While the other hand, you raked your fingers through his soft hair gently pulling from time to time. Jungkook had one arm looped around your torso, and the other cupping your face. The kiss was getting loud and messy; moans were being swallowed by the other, teeth would clash, togues would fight for control.
You pulled away hoping to catch your breath, but Jungkook doesn't seem to want to give you that choice, because his next action knocked you ways back. Jungkook loves the way you shudder under his touch, so when you detached your lips from his, he placed his mouth on your neck, feeling your pulse rapidly going. Your neck started becoming his next meal. You couldn't keep up with the constant pleasure; you grabbed a fistful of your boyfriend's hair and pulled him away from you. Breathlessly, you demanded, "No more. I can't keep up, babe."
Jungkook pouted at your words; he scooted himself in the corner of the room and sarcastically grumbled, "You hate me, huh, ____?" You watched your boyfriend with wide eyes at his accusation. You rolled your eyes at his childish behavior and giggled under your breath. You started getting cold, so you took the initiative on finding yourself a shirt. As you dug around your dresser, you could feel the intense burn of a certain someone staring you down.
Jungkook watched you with lust building up. He could never be tired of seeing the ethereal being roaming around the place. The moonlight shining on your bare skin makes it look like you're the rarest gem he's ever seen. You could be wearing the most ridiculous outfit, and he would still think you're the most precious thing that has ever lived.
You finally found a shirt to wear that had little cats on it, and in the midst of putting on the shirt, you called out, "How long are you gonna be staring at me? I can feel your eyes burn though my back."
Jungkook slyly smirked to himself. Not wanting to admit that his eyes were thirsting for your body, he teased with sass, "Honey... what makes you think you're so special for me to look at? Hmm?"
You turned around with your mouth agape. You could see the slight glimmer of playfulness in his eyes, so to match the energy, you retorted back, "Well then, I guess you wouldn't mind if I were to post that picture on my insta, since you think that I'm not special for me to be looked at."
In a flash you saw his face drop with seriousness; that made you smile so much brighter. Jungkook on the other hand knew that you were joking, but yet the thought of others seeing that precious photo of you made his blood slightly boil. He so badly wanted to wipe that pretty smile off your face, but he loved the cuteness you displayed when you were getting on his nerves. So, wanting to keep that version of yourself a little longer he fed into your teasing.
Jungkook got up and trudged his way to your perky self. Once he was fully in front of you, he dropped his head on your shoulder and quietly pleaded, "Don't post that photo, baby, please? I will do whatever you want me to. I just can't have others seeing what's mine."
Your boyfriend's words were feeding into your ego; you felt somewhat victorious. You tapped your lips and showcased an expression that you were thinking about his words. "Hmm... well since you seem upset, I guess I won't post it, but in exchange I need you to truly beg - like down on your knees and your hands in prayer position."
Jungkook took a deep breath in when he heard those words. You never fail to make him feel disbelief from your words or actions. He lifted up his head and like the good boyfriend he is, he got down and was ready to beg... until you raised your hand and interrupted, "Hold on for a quick second. I have to get my phone."
In that moment, Jungkook felt like ripping out his hair. He inaudibly yelled and before you could grab your phone, he threw you over his shoulder.
"Jungkook!" you squealed, "What are you doing? Let me down!" Jungkook didn't reply to you, instead he ran out the room and once he reached the living room, the tall man started jumping; like you were weights, and he was doing exercises. You tried yelling out your anger, but with all the movements, all you could spout out was laughs and groans.
After what seems like forever, Jungkook finally set you down on the couch and smiled with triumph. He saw the way your chest was heaving up and down, the way your hair was all over the place, the tired expression on your face; a certain thought punched its way through his brain. With arms crossed and a content emotion painting him, Jungkook lightly laughed, "You know, baby, this view in front of me... dangerously beautiful."
You looked up at your boyfriend with heavy eyes and said, "What are you talking about?" Jungkook answered, "I'm saying that you look fucked, like I just fucked you hard and bad type-a-fucked." You leaned your head back and let out a sigh, "What the hell, Jungkook." You soon started laughing, "Why are you like this?" The man standing before you laughed as well.
With your head still leaned back you felt a deep dip right by you. You lightly tilted your head to see the view of your beautiful lover beaming with a serene expression. The love you have for this man is so evergreen. The thought that you have gained such a breathtaking partner, never fails to amaze you. The slight dimple that showcased itself the moment he smiled burst opened your heart. You immediately jumped into his lap in a straddle position and nested your head in the crook of his neck.
Jungkook grabbed tight of you and held you with such tenderness; both hands gently caressing your clothed back. This right here is home to him.
"How was work?" you spoke out.
"Hmm, it was good. Nothing to say really - oh wait... I got a new client and she -"
You quickly jerked your head up and gave your boyfriend a stern look; you interrupted, "She? Is she prettier than me?" Jungkook felt himself deeply sigh within. Every time he brings up the slightest mention of a girl you start turning into a jealous girlfriend. But Jungkook knows deep down you're only do this for attention. You will trust this man no matter what.
Jungkook softly grabbed your face and stared at you with reassurance. "Babe," he quietly proclaimed, "There is no other girl than you... and I say that with everything in me. How can I be with - even think about another woman than you? ____, believe when I say this... you are the only one for me. The only one I want to be with. Okay, you have to stop with that bullshit. You little attention seeker."
You started blushing like crazy. You knew that nobody else matter but you, but you still can't help but want to play a bit crazy. You hid your face right back to its previous position and smiled with every fiber in you. You always loved pushing his buttons.
Still red about what your lover had said, you murmured against his warm neck, "Did you at least made sure that you weren't a single man?"
Jungkook gave you slight side eye knowing that you won't be able to see his reaction. He formed his lips to a thin line and did another deep sigh. Trying to calm himself, Jungkook did little traces of circles on your smooth bare thigh. You felt this action and you knew that you got him annoyed. He always does this to make sure he doesn't have an outburst.
Before you had the chance to take back your question, Jungkook intervened, "You certainly are something, babe. I'll have you know - before you interrupted me in the beginning and said your little nonsense question - my client is a 36-year-old, gay woman. The reason why she wanted to have me as her trainer is because she wanted the woman she likes to be jealous. I'm the pawn, babe."
You mentally slapped yourself. You always did this; jump to conclusions was what you were good at. You sucked in some air through your teeth and slowly raised your head to apologize. The second you did though, Jungkook already had an expression that read "Are you happy now?".
You showed an embarrassed smile and softly laughed, "Oops." you exhaled. At that moment, Jungkook felt his heart flutter by your cuteness despite you getting him annoyed. He couldn't help but give in. He swiftly hooked one arm around your torso and the other gabbed a hold of your ass to keep you secured; he stood up and smiled at you.
The action took you by surprise but the second you saw his beautiful bunny smile you became the happiest person in that moment. You looped your arms around his shoulders and giggle, "What are you doing?" Jungkook kept quiet. Admiring you was all he could do right now; inspect every inch of that gorgeous face of yours. You saw the little twinkles in his irises and you wondered if it was the lights... it wasn't. It was all pure love that showed.
The look he gave you right now made you feel like you were the only person on this earth, that you were the only person his eyes could lay on. You felt like a goddess upon his longing stare.
"I love you."
"And I love you."
Jungkook carefully walked with you in his arms to the kitchen. He set you down on one of chairs around the kitchen island and kissed your cheek. He made his way to the cabinets and asked, "Okay, I can either make you some hot chocolate or chamomile tea. Something good and relaxing since its late. Take your pick?"
You pursed your lips while you did some thinking. "Hmm, I'll take some warm water instead, please?" Jungkook did a sharp turn of his head and gave you a grossed look. "Who the fuck drinks warm water? Oh, wait, you..." he dramatically said.
Not wanting him to get away with it, you fired back, "Who the fuck wears toe socks? Oh, hold on a minute, you... Oh, and don't get me started on who eats -"
The man before you rushed to your side and clasped his rough hand over your mouth. Your eyes gave a dirty look and you brushed his hand off from you. With playfulness lacing your words, you dared, "I can keep this going all night. So, either you give me what I asked for or I can tell you more that I have in mind. Take. Your. Pick?"
What you had said made Jungkook fall in love with you all over again. Your boldness was one of the things that caught his attention. Jungkook released some air from out his throat and grinned. "It shouldn't be, but that was fucking hot." He walked his way to fill up some water in the kettle, and added, "You know, ____, I wouldn't mind you talking like that to me again." Your breathing stopped for a quick second when those words left his mouth. Your face got a little red.
You breathed roughly through your nose and lightly exhaled with a smile, “You know, babe, you sound like you like being degraded.”
Jungkook slowly turned his head and gave you a sly smirk. You rolled your eyes at his action and softly smiled to yourself, “Stupid.” you quietly whispered.
After a few minutes Jungkook got done doing the drinks. He placed the cups on the counter with a soft clink, and you watched as the steam curled up from the hot liquid. He slid your warm water over to you, his fingers briefly brushing against yours, sending a small thrill through your veins.
He settled into the chair beside you, his knee grazing yours under the table. You both knew this comfortable proximity, this quiet intimacy, was something special. It was in these small moments that the bond between you deepened, wordlessly.
Your buff bunny took a sip of his hot chocolate, his eyes never leaving yours, the warmth of the drink mirroring the warmth that filled the space between you two. "You know," he began, his voice soft and teasing, "there are a lot of things I'd let you get away with, but not with that look you just gave me."
You chuckled, lifting your cup to your lips. The warmth of the water soothed you, but it was his presence that really made you feel at ease. "And what look was that?" you asked, your voice a bit huskier than usual. You knew that he knew what you were doing, and he’s loving every second of it.
He shrugged nonchalantly, though the mischievous gleam in his eyes betrayed his true feelings. "That look that says you're always one step ahead of me. It's infuriatingly attractive," he admitted, leaning in closer.
You bit your lip, trying to suppress a smile. This man was too much for your tiny heart. "So what you're saying is, you like it when I have the upper hand?"
Jungkook’s a competitive guy, but you’re a different case. "Only when it's you," he replied without missing a beat. The sincerity in his voice made your heart flutter. "But don't think I'm going to let you have it all the time. I have my ways of keeping up."
You couldn't help but laugh at that. "Is that so? And how do you plan on doing that?" He grinned, setting his cup down and reaching out to tuck a loose strand of hair behind your ear. The gesture was tender, sending a shiver down your spine. "Oh, I have my ways. But you'll just have to wait and see."
You raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Is that a challenge, Jungkook?" You saw his eyes sparkled with excitement. "Only if you're up for it, baby. You know I love a good challenge.”
"You're on," you replied, your voice filled with determination.
The night was quiet, save for the occasional sounds of the kettle clicking off or the gentle hum of the refrigerator. Outside, the world was still, wrapped in the serenity that comes with the late hours of the night. Inside, however, the air between you and Jungkook was electric, charged with a playful energy that neither of you could resist.
As the minutes ticked by, you found yourself leaning more into the conversation, your words flowing easily as you teased and bantered with him. He matched you word for word, never backing down, always ready with a witty retort or a flirty comment that made your heart race.
At one point, your lover leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms over his chest as he looked at you with a satisfied smile. "I think I'm winning," he declared, his tone smug. You rolled your eyes, but couldn't hide your smile. "You wish. I'm just getting started."
He laughed, the sound deep and rich, filling the space with warmth. Ohh how you love that sound with everything you have. "That's what I love about you, ____. You're always ready for more."
His little comment got you paused for a moment, your smile softening. Jungkook saw the small action and every time you smiled his love meter rises - and boy-oh-boy the bar is stretching across the galaxy. "And what else do you love about me?" you asked, your voice quiet, almost hesitant.
Jungkook met your gaze, his expression serious now. "Everything," he said simply. "Your strength, your kindness, your ability to keep me on my toes. The way you make me laugh, the way you challenge me. I love all of it. I don’t think I’ll be able to function - even live properly without you, ____. Your whole existence… I need that. I would tell you millions of reasons on why I love you, but then I would have to write a whole novel."
His words took you by surprise, and for a moment, you were speechless. It wasn’t rare for Jungkook to tell you how much he loves you, but it was certainly rare for him to say such deep feelings like that - you hadn't expected him to be so open, so honest. But then again, that was Jungkook. He always had a way of surprising you, of showing you sides of himself that you hadn't seen much before.
You reached out, placing your hand on his warm soft cheek. "I love you too," you whispered, the words slipping out before you could stop them. His eyes softened, and he nuzzled his face more against your hand. "I know," he replied, his voice filled with warmth and affection.
The moment was intimate, filled with a quiet understanding that didn't need words. It was in these moments that you realized just how deep your connection with Jungkook was. It wasn't just about the teasing or the playful banter. It was about the love that had grown between you, the bond that had strengthened over time.
He placed his hand on top of yours and squeezed it gently, his thumb brushing over your knuckles. "Come on," he said after a while, his voice soft. "Let's finish our drinks and get to bed. I wanna lay down and touch some boobs.”
You playfully grabbed some of his hair pulling it while trying to display an annoyed expression. In the midst of you doing that, Jungkook wanted to push your button a bit more… so he moaned.
“Babe!” You yelled out. You clasped your hand on his mouth trying to shut him up, but it just made him moan even louder. Jungkook was having so much fun, to the point where he even produce tears from all the laughing.
After that small fiasco, everything dialed down. Jungkook stood up and offered you his hand, but you didn’t want to accept it because of how much he pissed you off, “Stop being stubborn and take my damn hand, babe.” Jungkook groaned out. “No.” You simply said.
Jungkook yet again threw you over his shoulder just like last time. While walking his way to your guy’s room, you had your face down, keeping a close eye on your boyfriend’s lovely plump ass.
Once in the bedroom, Jungkook let go of you to pull back the covers, a smile playing on his lips as he watched you climb into bed. He quickly took off his clothes - just leaving him in his boxers and slid in beside you. He pulled the blanket over the both of you, his arm instinctively wrapping around your waist as your back perfectly rested along his front.
You felt a movement towards your chest; it was slow and steady. Just a second later you felt a rough hand softly grope one of your boobs. You quietly sighed, “This is all you’re doing. Better not have any other ideas, babe.” Jungkook gave a hum as a response and pulled you even closer.
The room was dark, save for the soft glow of the moonlight filtering through the curtains. You could hear the steady rhythm of his breathing, the warmth of his body pressing against yours. It was in moments like these that you felt the most connected to him, as if the world outside didn't matter as long as you were together.
Jungkook shifted slightly, his hand running up and down your smooth tummy in slow, soothing strokes. Everything was feeling and going so good, until your idiot boyfriend ruined the moment.
“Can we fuck?”
“Shut the hell up and sleep.”
Everything was silent. Few seconds later you both giggled like kids having their first sleepover. You turned around and gave your love a kiss. Jungkook wanted to kiss you longer but he knew to respect your boundaries.
“Fuck… you get me too excited.”
“Hashtag ‘lol’”
Jungkook felt like crying at your stupid comment but the tiredness was catching up to him. “Alrighty then, babe, we have a big day later so let’s sleep now.”
“Okey dokey.”
“I love you, ____.”
“I love you, Jungkook.”
As you drifted off to sleep, you couldn't help but feel a deep sense of contentment. The night had been perfect, filled with laughter, love, and the kind of quiet moments that you cherished. And as you lay there, wrapped up in his arms, you knew that there was nowhere else you'd rather be.

wc | 4K+ (very short)
notes | it's been a hell of a long time since i wrote and posted anything....!!!
my inspiration came from watching the movie insidious: the red door lol. the reason for the mature rating is because of the strong language, the heavy conversations said, and the talks of alcohol and drugs. i want to say that i'm not romanticizing this type of relationship or the behaviors of the characters, i'm just making a story that maybe some people might have gone through. sometimes the decisions made or thought of does not make you a bad/horrible person. everyone had a reason good or bad; you just have try to be understanding. i also tried to make this as heartbreaking as possible, but for some reason i feel like it's not. hopefully it does pull some heartstrings for you guys.
You finally arrived home after an exhausting day of work. Your roommate wasn't home yet, so, luckily for you, you're able to binge eat without the concerned eyes of your friend watching you.
You walked your way to the kitchen and made yourself some sandwiches, you also grabbed some water on the way to the living room. When you made it to the couch, you plopped down heavily. You grabbed the remote and started scrolling through the channels. You came across a channel that was showing a music festival, and without thinking about who might be performing you clicked on it.
The first performer was a group called XG. As they were performing, you happily ate while vibing to their songs. At one point, you started singing as well, not caring that you still had some food in your mouth. If the neighbors were able to hear you, they would probably think someone is dying - yelling for help.
When you finished, you got up put away your dishes, and made your way to your room to change your clothes. As you were changing, you felt a bit lonely. You and your friend don't have any pets, no companion to keep any of you guys company. You exited your room with a simple sweater and shorts.
You made it back to the living room with a content expression on your face, unfortunately, it wouldn't last long. As you were about to get yourself situated on the couch, you looked at the TV screen, and the one person you never wanted to see again was singing.
You fell to your knees with a hard thud, watching the screen with horrid eyes. It's been three years since you saw him. In those three years, you tried your damned hardest to avoid anything and everything that involved him in it. The pain he caused you still resides in your little heart.
You didn't realize but you started crying; the tears rapidly falling. Your body started shaking; the little goosebumps displaying your skin. Your chest felt heavy like a huge wave crashing on you, and the water is rising up into your nose, making it hard for you to breathe. You felt like you were suffocating, and the lack of air was making your head light; dizziness taking its place.
On the outside, you were frozen, but on the inside, you were trying to claw your way out. You felt like you were scratching every surface of your body, but you weren't moving an inch. Your brain was screaming for help, but the only thing leaving your mouth was the hardness and unstableness of your breathing. Right now, you were wishing for your friend to come home right now and save you.
Three Years Ago
You were in your car driving your way to your boyfriend. Jungkook's manager called you demanding that you come and pick him up. You don't really know what happened, but from how his manager sounded, you were thinking that he got himself drunk and high again, causing thoughtless actions.
Not too long ago, Jungkook was able to get into his dream record label. After years and years of hard work, passion, and dedication he was able to pursue his dream. What you didn't realize is that with Jungkook getting to follow his dream of being a singer, he would soon lose his sense of self. In just two weeks he was starting to drink, and in another week, he started experimenting with drugs.
As time went on, so did your patience. You would try and try to stop him - to help him, but every time Jungkook would stop your advances. Pushing you away and causing you pain made Jungkook feel superior, it made him feel proud that he reached a certain height in life.
Your guy's relationship now consists of yelling and crying. Jungkook started to mentally abuse you, but even so, you would accept it. You didn't have the strength to leave him - to leave the man you love since middle school. You couldn't leave the man who would write songs about you, the man who would wake up during dawn and make you a big breakfast, the man who would call you no matter the time, the man who would always tell you how much he loves you every second of the day. You didn't have the strength to leave him.
With all your anger, you finally made it to the studio in one piece. When you entered the building, the looks on the staff's faces were concerning you. One of the staff went up to you and told you to not go inside the studio. You looked at them judgingly and pushed your way through them, but they still tried to stop you.
"What is the problem? Let me through!" you yelled. They gave you a sad look and apologized, "I'm sorry ma'am, but Jungkook is very busy, and I don't think it's a good idea for you to go inside there." Your anger was boiling, steam coming out of your ears. "Sorry for yelling at you, but I don't fucking care if he is busy. Jonny called me saying that I need to pick this asshole up, okay? If you're worried about me finding out that he is high or drunk - even both, don't. This is not new to me."
The staff in front of you looked like she was on the verge of tears. She opened her mouth to say something, but before she got the chance, a disheveled woman left the room your boyfriend was in. You watched her with wide eyes as she left the building with a smile on her face. You stomped your way to the studio door ignoring the pleas from the staff. You pushed open the door causing a loud bang, startling the man recognized as Jonny.
Jonny swiftly got up and the first thing you noticed was the bloody nose. You walked your way to him digging in your bag grabbing some tissues for his nose. Gently placing it on him, you politely demanded, "Where is he, Jonny?" The man before you faced his eyes on the floor. "Jonny, you called me here, so, don't fucking hide anything from me. Where is he?"
The man took a step back letting the blood freely fall again. He shook his head, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have called you. I've ruined everything." You gritted your teeth and threw the bloody tissue at his face. "Where the hell is he, Jonny?" you yelled.
A second later, Jungkook swung the bathroom door open with nothing but some sweats on. Your heart dropped from his appearance. It was evident that he had fucked the girl from earlier. You guys made eye contact, and you could tell immediately that he was high out of his mind. "Get out, Jonny," you said without looking.
When you heard the door shut, that's when you crumbled. Your eyes started blurring with the tears that were coming. Your body shaking with rage. You walked up to the fucked-up man and slapped him. "Why? Why? Why the hell would you do this to me?"
Jungkook harshly grabbed your wrists and laughed. He laughed like what you had said was something funny. You can smell the horrible alcohol leaving his mouth as he laughed. "Because it's fun, babe."
The pain rippled throughout your body. You snatched your wrists away and bellowed, "You're hurting me! You're destroying me! What does she have that I don't? I thought you loved me?" Jungkook towered over you; he grinned, "I don't love you." Your whole world died. Never had Jungkook spouted those words. It tore you limb from limb, slowly but surely. And that was all it took for you to call it done.
You were fine dealing with his hurtful ways. You were fine being the punching bag. But you were not fine being cheated on. Even with Jungkook in this fucked-up state, not once had he said that he didn't love you, and not once did he ever cheat on you. You felt lower than before, and you didn't want to feel like that. You knew that the moment he started doing drugs and drinking alcohol, the man you once knew would be gone. Still, you had hoped there might be a tiny sliver of him inside, but today proved - his words proved you wrong.
Your eyes hardened and your expression became stoic. Without trying to sound broken you seethed, "We are done! You fucking hear me? I am done with your shit - with everything!" As you walked your way to the door, Jungkook rushed in front of you and pushed you to the ground.
The wind got knocked out of you; you started bawling your eyes. For the first time, you were scared of the man before you. Jungkook locked the door behind him and dragged you by your feet. You tried kicking your feet, hoping that his release would loosen, and you could run away. But before you knew it, Jungkook locked you both into the soundproof booth.
When his grip on you was gone, you scurried to the corner of the booth shielding yourself with your bag. Jungkook walked to you and kneeled to your level. "Don't hide from me, baby." He gently grabbed your bag and tossed it to the other side of the booth. You closed your eyes; you couldn't see the monster of the man you love.
You felt Jungkook tenderly cupping your jaw. You trembled beneath his fingertips; quietly whimpering. It stayed like this for a few seconds until you felt his touch disappear. With your eyes still closed, you could hear Jungkook digging for something. You heard a rustling sound of a Ziplock bag. You knew better, you knew that he was using drugs right now.
"Open your eyes, ____," Jungkook demanded.
You didn't answer, you didn't move. This pissed off the man in front of you. He slapped you, making your body jolt, making your eyes open. You brought your hand to your cheek, tears threatening to fall. "See, it wasn't that hard?"
"W-what do you want... from me?" you stammered.
Jungkook seethed, "You can't leave me. I won't let you leave me. You owe me. All that money I spent on you, all those years I wasted on you - I want that back! And the only way you can pay me back is by being my bitch. You are fucking mine, ____!"
You finally let the tears fall again. Your whole body shook like lightning shooting throughout you. Shaking your head, you wailed, "No! No! No! Please! Don't do this to me, Dad! Stop hurting me!" For the first time today, Jungkook felt his senses come back. Your words panged his heart.
Your mother was never in your life. It was always you and your father, but your father was an abusive man. He would try to find any little thing to blame you for, just for him to lay his hands on you; from hitting, kicking, even to cutting. You had met Jungkook when you were thirteen years old, he comforted, protected, and helped you. When you finally turned eighteen, that's when you moved in with him - that's when you finally felt peace.
Jungkook cupped your face into place. He frantically said, "____, it's me. Your dad's not here. It's me, Jungkook." His touch burned you; you felt like dying. You mustered all your strength and pushed him away. You gripped your shirt and yelled, "No! You're not him! You're not Jungkook! You're a monster and I don't even recognize you!"
Monster... That simple word rang in Jungkook's mind. Monster... Such a terrifying word. If he was a monster, his reason would be because of you. Unfortunately, all the drugs and alcohol in his system weren't enough to keep him sane for one minute. Jungkook launched at you. His hands wrapped around your throat, choking you, but still letting you breathe.
You started clawing your nails on his bare arms. Digging deep that blood starts making its presence. But all that Jungkook could see right now was red. He couldn't feel the pain you were giving him; he couldn't hear the agony in your voice; he couldn't see your wrecked state. Red became his friend.
"You are the reason for my horrible being. You are the reason why I'm a monster. You bitch! If you hadn't kept pushing me to pursue this fucking career, I would've still been the same. If you hadn't been so loving and caring and supportive, we wouldn't be in this predicament. I can't believe that I fell in love with a disgusting person like you. I can't fucking believe that I let you take control of my whole being!"
Right when you were on the verge of passing out, Jungkook released his hold on you; he backed himself on the other side of the booth. You were catching your breath. Your hands shakingly touched your neck, throbbing against your frail fingers. You were painfully coughing; mentally asking God to help ease your pain. Your eyes went in and out of vision; red and black dots were the only thing in sight.
Jungkook watched you with dark eyes. He watched as you were struggling to regain your previous state. He watched as you were crying from the pain, he inflicted on you. He watched the one person who was always with him, the one person who loved and cared for him no longer be the same. He killed you, painfully and slowly.
Present
"____, look at me. It's okay. It's okay." Your friend Lia gently held your face in place. She called out your name, praying that you would settle. She watched as you were frantically breathing; your eyes looking everywhere but her; your body shaking like the room was freezing.
Your panic attacks rarely happen, but when they do, Lia feels so useless. She wished that she could help ease your pain, she wished that she had the power to prevent this. But all she could do was hold you and tell you that you're okay.
Minutes go by until you are finally back. "____?" Lia cautioned, "____, look at me. Are you okay?" As you looked at Lia, you could see the worried expression painting her beautiful face. You hated yourself for making her feel like this, but you couldn't help it. This feeling will never go away; it gets buried six feet under, but once he appears they come back.
"Lia," you whispered, "I saw him again... on TV." Lia took a deep sigh; she hated the pain he caused you before and now. She wrapped you in her arms, holding you with such care. The second you were in her arms, you broke. You cried and cried, loudly speaking your pain.
Lia felt her shirt dampen, but she didn't care. Whatever you do to her, she will take it all in, as long as you feel better in the end, Lia will gladly be your tissue, your enemy, your punching bag. Lia murmured against your hair, "I'm here. I will always be here." She held you tighter; she didn't want you to fade away from her.
You took deep breaths to calm down your nerves. You pulled away from Lia and made your way to the couch. You brought your knees up and buried your face in the space between. You hissed, "I hate what he does to me. He's not even here!" This time you whispered, "And yet, he's able to bring me down to my knees... scared."
Lia met you three years ago; months after your event. You were just a newly hired TA. When Lia first saw you, you looked like a girl who was barely keeping her life together. You told her beforehand - when you started room mating with her, that you have PTSD and that your panic attacks happen from time to time. You didn't really tell her the whole story, just that you were in a very abusive relationship and that you experienced something so terrifying. She accepted you with an open mind and open arms; from then on, Lia became your rock.
Lia got up and sat right next to you. She wanted to ask you a question, but she was scared that you would hate her or push her away for asking. But this question has been in her mind for a while now. After taking a few seconds thinking to think it through, Lia wiped her sweating palms on her pants and inquired, "____, if you don't mind me asking... why didn't you call the police on him? You should've, 'cause I don't think he should be performing after everything he's done to you."
Your eyes started getting blurry; you told yourself the exact same thing, but there was a reason. With your head still buried, you softly replied, "It's easier said than done, Lia. I wished I called the police on him - I wish I could call the police on him, but I can't. Because in simple words... I love him. I hate myself for loving him. Even after everything he has done to me, and everything he has said to me, I love him. Does that make me a horrible person?"
Lia felt herself invisibly jumping out of the couch. No way does she think you're a horrible person. You're just a person who's been through something horribly traumatic. Her heart was filled with so much pain for you. Lia positioned herself so she was facing your small figure, and expressed, "____, no way in hell are you a horrible person. Far from it! I won't be able to say that I relate or know what you're going through, because I don't. But I am able to say that I'll support you and understand your feelings and decisions."
You lifted your head but still kept your eyes on your knees; you muttered, "I met him when we were thirteen years old. He was a very shy and reserved kid - hated social interactions. I remember..." you quietly giggled without realizing when you were remembering the fond memories, "I remember when he used to make small mixtapes every anniversary with letters. He wasn't always a horrible person. He used to be kind, supportive, and loving. One of my favorite things about him was his selflessness towards me. I loved that he would always think about my needs, what I wanted, what I was thinking, and how I was feeling, but in turn, he did the opposite for himself. It was a blessing and a curse."
Lia looked at you and saw the small smile showing. This look was rare for you, and every time it made its appearance, Lia would always treasure it. "He must have been a great person for you to smile like that." You furrowed your brows; you turned to Lia with confusion. "What smile?" you questioned. Lia rolled her eyes, "Well, there's no smile anymore."
You took a deep sigh and apologized, "I'm sorry for talking about him. It's just - just talking about him in this light makes me happy and warm... even if it only lasts for a few seconds." Lia noticed that you started tearing up. Your face was slightly contorted with pain; you were trying not to cry, holding it in but it didn't work. Your tears were freely falling, and Lia comforted you once again. You quietly whimpered, "During that time I called him a monster, but really, I don't want to remember him as the monster in my life because at one point he used to be my prince who saved me from one. I try to think and talk about him in this beautiful light that he used to be under - I want to remember him as that, but the pain he brought upon me is too hard to ignore." You started wailing at this point, "It continues to haunt me, and I hate it! I want to hate him, but I can't! I can't!"
Lia felt herself crying for your pain. She felt herself slowly dying by your words. It truly kills her that her most precious and beautiful friend is going through so much pain. As you both cried into each other's arms, you could hear Lia continuously apologize through her cries. You were so grateful to have such an amazing person as her.
Once you were calmed down, you pulled away from the still tearful woman and wiped her tears away. "Don't cry anymore, Lia." you sniffled, "What happened to me - what's still happening to me would never be fully cured, but I know that whatever happens next, you'll be by my side, and slowly but surely, I won't be able to be to feel the pain anymore. Okay?" Lia nodded her head with a soft smile. You're right, as long as she's with you and as long as you are with her everything will be fine. You guys are each other's glue - each other's person.
There is no doubt in your mind that this pain will pass by. You don't know how long that will take, but until the day comes, having Lia with you eases your heart from pain as much as possible.
"You mailed her my letter?"
"Yes, Jungkook."
The tired man finished his show with a bang, and even though people enjoyed his performance, Jungkook couldn't seem to feel all that happy. For the past year since he finished his rehab, nothing has felt more depressing.
The morning of that night when he woke up, Jonny had told him that you had left, and he was to go to rehab immediately. He hated you for leaving, he hated that you left him in such a messy state. Jungkook blamed everything on you. Jonny had told the ill man that if it wasn't for you, everything that he had worked so hard on would go down the drain. At first, Jungkook didn't understand why you left or what Jonny was saying, but as time went on, he knew that everything was his fault. His addictions and his abusive behavior were all his fault. The reason for your disappearance was his fault. Your pain - everything was all him.
Jungkook knows that there will be no way for him to fix the things he has done and the things he had said, but even so, he would try his damn hardest to fix it. When he finished rehab, Jungkook made it a mission to send you a letter every week, telling you about his days throughout the week, how much he loves and cares for you, telling you how much he is so regretful. Deep down he knows that he is being selfish, he knows that he should let you go - let you move on, but the helpless man is stuck in the past. The past is what keeps him alive. The past is his only source of reason. Jungkook doesn't want to let go of that one thing he has left of you.
Jonny felt so much pity for the man, he didn't have the heart to tell him that he didn't know your address. He would accept the letters, promising that he would mail them, but when night rolls around your letters would be burned. Jonny wanted to quit being Jungkook's manager, but you begged and begged for him to stay with the broken singer. You wanted Jungkook to at least have one person for him to lean on when things get hard. Jonny admires your strength - how strong of a woman you are, so, he agreed.
"You should just stop already, Jungkook. She's never gonna mail you back. I know your reason, but you lost her, and you can never fix that." Jonny was getting tired; tired of seeing the broken singer trying with no prevail.
Jungkook walked up to his manager and lowly whispered, "You think I don't know that, Jonny? Ever since I learned that everything is my fault... I knew that she would never come back to me. Yet I still hope - even if that hope is microscopic or nonexistent, I hope that I will be able to see or be with her again."
The fatigued man took a few steps back and lowered his heavy head down. His eyes searched the floor trying to keep his tears at bay, but it didn't work. The salty tears of this poor singer escaped and landed harshly on the wooden floor. Sniffling, the fatigued man uttered, "You think I don't know that you burn my letters?" Jungkook lifted his head up and saw the ashamed manager looking back at him.
He continued, "You're not as discreet as you think you are, Jonny. I went to your hotel room to ask for a favor... and I saw you burn my eighth letter with sadness swimming in your eyes. I connected the dots from there, and I realized that you never sent any of my letters because you don't know her address, huh? You're left in the dark like I am, huh? You know nothing about her whereabouts, about how she's doing, about anything, huh, Jonny!" The manager kept quiet; didn't know what to say.
Jungkook slumped down on the nearest chair with a hard thump. He leaned his head back with closed eyes and softly whimpered, "I now understand the meaning ‘You reap what you sow’… I'm never gonna stop. I know I can never fix this, but I promise you Jonny, I will never stop. Ten years - fifty years from now, I will keep writing her letters... knowing that deep down all of this is for nothing. I don't care if I'm shaming myself by doing this - I don't care about anything but her. She's not mine anymore but I'm forever hers. Let me live like this. Let me live with the consequences. Let me drown myself in this regret."
The destroyed man opened his eyes and gently moved his head to the side to see the lone figure of his manager feet away. With a deep sigh, Jungkook claimed, "You're just my manager, right? So, don't involve yourself in my pitiful life. Just do the job you were hired to do, along with getting my letters. Don't care what you do to them - burn them, keep them hidden, rip them up... doesn't matter, just don't let me know about it; let me falsely believe that you mailed them to her. Alright? Now please get the car... I wanna go home."

"What the hell is this?"
Jungkook came barging into the room demanding something you don't know. You set your phone aside and looked at him with confusion. "What? What are you talking about?" Jungkook stomped his way to you and shoved his phone to your face. He repeated, "What the hell is this, ____?"
You snatched his phone and skimmed through the words on the screen until you came across the last portion. Your whole body perked up, your eyes glimmering with joy. You tossed his phone to the area where yours resided and leaped into your lover's arms. "Baby, you got in! You got accepted!"
You tried going for a kiss, but Jungkook lightly pushed you off. You saw the scowl painting his face. Your brows furrowed, you were confused. Why was he acting this way? Why is he angry? You got off of him and off the bed. You stood to him and questioned, "Why are you acting like this? You're supposed to be happy, Jungkook. I did you a fucking favor!"
Jungkook took a step back. He wanted to laugh at your words, laugh at how stupid you're sounding. He looked at you with displeasure, "Favor? You think you did me a fucking favor?" He stared at you waiting for your answer, but all you said was something that hurt him. "What do you want me to say? Sorry? 'Cause I'm not sorry, Jungkook. But if you want to hear me say it, then... I'm sorry, alright. I'm sorry that I did something you couldn't do. I did this for your dream."
Jungkook scoffed at what you had said, he chuckled, "I don't care if you're sorry or not, ____. I'm not angry because of that, I'm angry because you didn't consult with me about this! This is my life you offered up! And that is not a fucking favor!" You flinched at every word he spat out. You've never seen him this angry, but even so, you still didn't understand why he was angry. You thought that what you did was amazing. "You're angry, I see that. Jungkook, you weren't going to send them your resume, so I just took the initiative. They were only hiring for a limited time. The longer you wait, the shorter it will take for you to get this position. This is your dream, Jungkook! I did this for you and if you can't see that then we're over."
Jungkook felt his tears well up. He understood your reasoning, but you weren't the best when it comes to understanding others. He wanted you to understand what he was trying to say. Your last sentence panged his heart. He was angry - yes, but he was hurt that you were ready to break up. He didn't want that. He stepped towards you and pulled your body to him. He cupped your face and kissed you aggressively.
He kissed you with so much pain, with so much anger and want. You gripped his shirt trying to close any gap between you two. Teeth started clashing together, quiet moans being swallowed, hearts racing, tongues fighting. It went on for a few more seconds until you pulled apart from him.
You opened your mouth wanting to say something, but Jungkook interjected you. His voice choking, "You really know how to hurt me, ____. I have feelings and they matter! We matter! And you can't throw us away - I won't let you. I won't let you toss me aside because you think I can't see you. I see you! Eyes wide open, I see you, ____. I understand why you did it, but you should have told me first."
The man before you started crying and all you could do was watch. You were frozen, you didn't know what to say or what to do. Jungkook continued, "Babe, there's a reason why I didn't apply. I'm scared... so scared. This company - this position is miles and miles away from here... away from you. And I know this is my dream, but how can I pursue that if you're not with me? I need you with me, and if I were to take this job you'd be gone. Nothing matters if you're not there. So, I'm gonna stay here with you where you won't be able to get rid of me. I'm gonna stay here because this is where you are."
It was now your turn to cry. You made this decision selfishly. While you were thinking about how amazing this opportunity is, you didn't stop to think about how this would make Jungkook feel. You didn't think to understand him. You tried muffling your sob, but it came out strangled.
Jungkook held you tenderly. He knows how you are. He knows how hard it is for you to express or understand feelings. He knows that you're not the easiest person to like. And even though sometimes you hurt him without realizing it, Jungkook will always love you. If being with you means that he has to love your frustrating and annoying flaws... he will. He will accept all of you with no judgment.
Jungkook stared at the window behind you and saw the shooting stars. He called your name and asked you to turn around, but by the time you did, it was gone. "What am I looking at? There is nothing there, Jungkook." He laughed at your lack of vision. He wrapped his arms around your torso and dipped his head in the crook of your neck. He softly whispered against your skin, "Look at the sky," and you did, "What do you see?"
You're puzzled about what your boyfriend is trying to get at. You wanted him to get straight to the point. You looked at the night sky and saw nothing but stars. "All I see are stars. Boring, small stars." Jungkook lifted his head to look at your beautiful face. You never fail to take his breath away.
"I saw some shooting stars, and I wanted you to see them, but they were done. Even though they're not shooting there are still stars in the sky. I wanted you to see that, but you," Jungkook littered the right side of your face with tiny kisses; you giggled at his action. "Have no vision. The sky is beautiful."
While staring at the stars, you had closed your eyes. You wanted to make a wish, hoping that it will come true after what you will say next. Jungkook watched as you closed your eyes thinking about something he wished he knew. Your being glowed under the bright moonlight. You looked like an angel in this dark world. Your beauty was something to treasure, to keep safe, and never let it go into the wrong hands.
You opened your eyes when you had finished your wish. You lightly turned your head and faced Jungkook. You were a bit confused about why he was staring at you. "Is there something on my face? Why are you looking at me?" Jungkook smirked, "Why? I can't look at my beautiful girlfriend?" You blushed at his compliment.
You fully turned your body to face him, wanting to see him eye to eye. You almost fell prey to his bunny-like expression; he looked confused to you but also enamored; you wanted this look to stay on forever.
You took a deep breath in and spoke, "Don't do this, Jungkook. Don't blow this away." Jungkook tried to speak but you held your hand up to stop him. "Let me finish. This company accepted you for a reason. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, Jungkook! Who knows when something like this might happen again? I shouldn't have said what I said. I want us to be together, and I want us to live happily. But the only way that can happen is if you take this job. 'Cause if you don't, Jungkook, I'll forever hate you, and you will have missed out on a dream you could have lived."
Jungkook cried, shaking his head to deny your words. You gently grabbed his face, wiping away the fallen tears. You pleaded to him, "Please, take this job... move to New York and thrive. I'm not going anywhere. I'll be here waiting, and when the time comes, I'll go to you, and you will welcome me with open arms." Jungkook stopped his crying; he looked at you sorrowfully. You smiled at him hoping to lighten the mood, "You will welcome me with hugs and kisses. I'd also like to be welcomed with presents. Maybe?" You two laughed at your ending sentence.
Jungkook engulfed you in a huge hug. Everything that you had said was right. He has dreamed about this for so long, and with the help of you, he can finally live it. He shouldn't take this for granted. He shouldn't waste this amazing opportunity. Jungkook murmured against your hair, "You know, you make my life worth living for. I wouldn't have gotten this far without you. I wouldn't have gotten this job without you. My dream starts with you, ____. And you have done everything and more for me. And I love you so much that words can't even describe this infinite feeling I have for you." Jungkook unhooks his arms around you, so he can cup your face and kiss you.
Your guy's kiss this time was more soft, gentler. He pulled apart and said, "I'll take the job and move to New York. I'll work my ass off for us. I'll get us a place. And when you come here, I'll welcome you with open arms, kiss you, and get you a present... Thank you, ____. I promise that not only will I not let myself down, but I won't let you down. I won't disappoint you."
Two Years Later
You finally arrived in New York, and the first thing you noticed was that it did not feel nor look the same as it did in the movies. You kissed your teeth and said to yourself, "What a disappointment."
A voice from behind questioned, "What's a disappointment?" You swiftly turned around and came face to face with the one you love. "Jungkook!" you yelled. Just like he said he would, Jungkook welcomed you with open arms. He kissed you with so much eagerness, with so much longing. A few moments later, you both pulled apart breathlessly. Your smile beamed and your eyes twinkled; you were so happy right now. Just like you, Jungkook was also so happy. You had finally come back to him.
You turned your eyes beside your boyfriend and saw a tall one-year-old Doberman. You looked back at him and smiled, "Bam, is much bigger than I expected." You gently reached out your hand and called his name. You were scared that the boy in front of you might not like you, but your voice was enough indication that he knew you were the woman on the phone. He wagged his tail with excitement and barked out his joy. You had given him all the love you couldn't for the past year. You felt your eyes tear up; you had your family.
"Your present is big boy now.” you giggled. “Come on, babe, let's go home." You and Jungkook held hands and walked side by side to his car. Once you guys arrived, he helped put your stuff in his trunk and placed Bam in the backseat. You sat in the passenger seat, but before Jungkook went to the driver's side, he kissed once again and said, "I love you so much, ____. And I'm so happy you're here." You gave your lover a bright smile, "I love you, Jungkook."
Jungkook finally sat in his seat and left the airport. While he was driving, he held one of your hands with his. Bam was already sleeping in the back, so there was no need to worry about him. You looked at Jungkook and confessed, "I made a wish, and it came true." He promptly turned his eyes to you. "Yeah? What was the wish?"
With his eyes back on the road, Jungkook could feel your smile without looking. You announced, "I made a wish for you to be happy. It matters that I wasn't here. I didn't want you to feel like you couldn't do this without me here, because you can, Jungkook. You showed me not only today, but during the time we spent apart, that you can do this, and you did. During our calls, I could hear how excited and happy you were to take this job - to do this job. And that's all I ever wanted. I can't fathom how happy and proud I am for you."
Jungkook felt his heart swell with love. He wanted to cry, but he couldn't since he was driving; a few tears did escape his eyes. You saw this, and you helped wipe them away. Jungkook smiled and he said once again, "I love you. And I'll never stop saying it, no matter how tired you get from hearing it. I love you, ____."

Eight years ago (the first meeting)
You watched as the small timid boy make his way next to you. When he fully sat down, you finally took a good look at him. He was beautiful. From his big doe eyes to his well-sculpted chin. He had a long nose, but kissable; lips that pout when not intended, pink and soft. He has a mole under his lips, a scar on his cheek, and his skin was -
"I'm sorry, is there something on my face?" The boy interrupted your train of thought. You blurted out, "No. I'm sorry, that I was staring at you. Didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable." The boy notices a tinge of red surfacing your cheeks. At that moment, embarrassment made a home in you. The boy reassured you that it was okay. He wondered about your name, “My name’s Jungkook. You?” With your cheeks still red, you answered, “____.” The boy smiled warmly at you, “____, that’s a pretty name.”
Your heart skipped a beat at the sudden action. You faced forward trying to redirect your attention to the teacher, but all you could think of was the smile the boy displayed; the dimples making their debut, and its bunny-like appearance.
Present
You were finally free. Free of this marriage that has been brought upon you. Just an hour or so ago you were Mrs. Boyce, now you're not. You have been waiting for this moment for so long, and it's finally done.
You were making your way to your car when someone pulled you aside. You came face to face with your ex-husband. "Mason, what's wrong?" The man let go of your arm and hugged you. He quietly murmured, "Nothing's wrong. I just wanted to hug you one last time before I go." Even though you despised this marriage, you never hated Mason, actually, he was your rock. All those nights, days, and moments you had wanting him, missing him, needing him, Mason was always there comforting you. Just like you, Mason hated this marriage.
You hugged Mason for the last time. Tears started welling up, and you sniffled to him, "Thank you so much, Mason. For being there for me when I had no one." He gave you a big squeeze for your welcome. A few seconds later, the hug ended. Mason placed his hands between your chilled face and expressed, "I'll always be there for you, ____. Not physically, but.... spiritually?" You had your head leaned back laughing at his confusion. "Please, don't be afraid to give me a call." You shook your head and gave him your response, "I won't. Be safe, Mason." Your ex-husband gave you his infamous grin. "Will do."
You're here in a club called Jessamine with your best friend Becky. She wanted to celebrate your freedom by trying to get you laid, and part of that plan was going to a club. She dressed you up in skimpy lingerie that could pass as a dress. The outfit barely covers your ass; one wrong move and you can flash the whole club. If it was your choice, a nice knee-high bodycon dress would be great, but things never work out in your favor.
About 30 minutes into dancing and all you wanted right now was a cold hard drink. You turned to Becky shouting your departure, "Beck, I'm gonna go get a drink!" Still dancing she gave you a thumbs up. "Try finding a hot man to fuck, babe!" You laughed sarcastically, "Yeah, sure."
This club was jammed packed, with no room for movement. You pushed and shoved your way through the crowd until you finally reached the bar. You sat between a woman who looked like she was in her 40s and the other who was accompanied by a man, probably a couple. A bartender came up to you; his figure was tall but lean, had a goatee, and green eyes. He was quite handsome to you.
The bartender plopped his hands on the ledge of the counter and inquired, "Is there anything I can get you, ma'am?" You gasped; you placed your hand to your heart, "Ma'am? Do I look old?" The man before you chuckled, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that. I didn't want to address you something that you might not like.... like pretty lady." You smile at the man and asked for his name. "Carter," he replied.
"Well Carter, I would like a Vodka Gimlet - if that's possible." The bartender straightened himself up and responded, "Don't worry it is." You smiled and watched the man get to work. A few moments later the bartender offered you your drink. "Thank you, Carter."
He gave you a nod and did a light slap on the counter. "Well, I'm gonna go on my break. If you need anything," the man pointed at the other bartender a few chairs away, "Teo, would be able to help you." You gave the man a thumbs up and said, "Okay. Thank you again, Carter." You watch the man make his way to the back door.
He swung the door open, startling two people. "What the fuck, Carter! I'm doing something here." Carter leaned against the brick wall and dug in his pocket and took out a cigarette. "Yeah, I can see that. Now do you have a light?" The man beside him groaned, "I hate you sometimes." He pushed the girl off of him signing her to go back inside. The man reached inside his back pocket and lit Carter's cigarette.
Carter inhaled the stick and let out a puff of smoke. He dropped his hand down and asked, "Who's the chick?" The man shrugged, "Don't know. Just grabbed the nearest girl and dragged her out here." A moment of silence was taken, the only sound heard was the busy streets at the front of the club.
The man pushed himself off the wall and made his way to the door, but before he had the chance to go back inside, Carter intervened, "Ah Jay, there's this hot chick at the bar. I don't know if she's taken or not, but she is by herself. Kind of thought you when I saw her." The man cocked his head to the side, "What are you saying?" Carter smirked at the man, "What I'm saying is that maybe you should try and get her number." The man opened his mouth to say something, but Carter stopped him, "If you're thinking about what she looks like, you'll know when you see her. Now get the fuck inside, your shift is starting."
The man grumbled at the thought of Carter. "Asshole. Fucking interrupting me." He sulked his way to the bar getting ready for his shift. Teo greeted him, giving the man a quick fist bump. He stationed himself and got ready to take a customer's order.
"Hello, sir. Anything I can get you?" And right before he could get the man's order, he heard a familiar laugh. He whipped his head in the direction of the sound, and his heart dropped. Just sitting a few chairs away was the woman who broke him.
He wanted to run, to hide, he would do anything to be away from you. He was frozen in fear, shaking from the inside out. "Hey!" The customer shouted, "Hello, are you listening? I want my fucking drink now!"
You heard the commotion a few feet away from you. And since you're human, you were curious. You turned your attention away from Becky and to the shouting. What you saw was something you didn't expect in a million years, Jeon Jungkook. The boy you fell in love with, the man you're still in love with.
You guys made eye contact; an unspeakable feeling of confusion running wild. You got up, ignoring the weird stare from Becky, but before making any movements toward Jungkook, he ran. You saw him run through the back door, pushing everybody without care.
Taking the first step to him, Becky uttered, "Where are you going?" She had her hand wrapped around your arm. You gently pushed them off and said, "I'll be right back." Before Becky had the chance to say something you speed walked your way to the door.
Just mere feet away from the exit, it swung open. Carter stepped into the club reeking of Tobacco. You were surprised by the sudden appearance. "Cater!" He gave a tight-lipped smile, wondering what you were doing back here. "Ma'am, you're not supposed to go back here."
As a response, you frantically explained, "I'm sorry. I'm very sorry, but someone I know went back here, and I haven't seen them in years." Carter furrowed his brows; he asked, "Do they work here?" You swallowed in some air and took a deep breath. "Umm... I think so. His name is Jungkook." Carter was getting confused by the second; he's never heard of that name before. He apologized, "I'm sorry, who?"
You were getting impatient with Carter. So, you pushed him aside, not caring about if you were being rude or not. You busted the door open and saw him crouched down with his face between his hands. The door slammed shut, startling you. You looked at the man in front of you with much sadness. With a heavy heart, you whispered, "Jungkook."
The screaming wind drowned out your voice, but even so, he heard. It's been two years since he last heard your voice, two years since he heard his name leave your lips. He slowly lifted his head up, and you saw his tear-stained face staring at you. Your heart stopped at the look he was giving you; hatred was all he was displaying. You wish to take all his pain and throw it at the nearest star, but you couldn't, especially since you were the cause of it.
Jungkook stood up, and you noticed how his build got bigger. He was definitely working out. You were never scared him, however, right now you were. He was not the same man as before - you know that, but you still hoped he hadn't changed.
Jungkook on the other hand, thought the opposite; you had gotten smaller. Not physically, but mentally. Your aura seemed scared and quiet, a complete 180 from before. He wanted to hold you - protect you, but he wouldn't. Jungkook could never forget what you did to him.
He laced his tongue with venom, and spat out, "Why the fuck are you here?" You flinched at his words. You deserve it - you know you deserve it, but that doesn't mean it didn't hurt. Your heart started beating faster, and you tried controlling your breathing, but one could know that you were having a hard time keeping calm. You put your shaky hand to your heart and trembled, "I didn't know you worked here. I came here with my friend to celebrate."
Jungkook stayed quiet and you took that as a sign to continue on, "I came here to celebrate my divorce." Jungkook was taken aback by your sentence. Divorce... it ranged in his head. He'd never thought you would get a divorce. "You got a divorce?" You nodded shyly, "This morning actually. Everything was done and finalized this morning."
Jungkook gulped down some spit he didn't know he was harboring. He wanted to be happy, he was waiting for this moment, but he couldn't find it in himself to be. Jungkook took a few steps back, giving himself more space. You stood there watching him pondering his thoughts.
You took this time to fully analyze him. His hair was longer, reaching close to his shoulders, almost in a mullet style. Two piercings were placed on his face, and tattoos littered his right arm; knuckles all the way up to his shoulder. It's only been two years; how did his appearance change so much? Never once has Jungkook said anything about getting facial piercings or tattoos. At this moment, you wanted the old Jungkook back. You were selfish - so selfish; you have no right to think that, but you couldn't help it.
"Why'd you come here to celebrate? Ready to find a new man for you to break?" You scoffed at his questions, "Are you serious?" Jungkook knew he was being mean, but he didn't care. "Of course, I'm being serious. You broke it off with me easily, and then you got married - only for you to divorce two years later. And what's the first thing you do... you go to a fucking club! Single people go to clubs to get fucking drunk and sleep with people they don't even know."
You felt your heart swell with pain; you felt so offended. "Is that what you think I am? A slut?" Jungkook seemed unfazed by your pain. He shrugged his shoulders and remarked, "I don't know, it's been two years. You could be... I mean look at the fucking outfit you're wearing. It's like you're asking for it." You slapped him; you have never slapped Jungkook before. And without a second thought, your tears came streaming down. Jungkook watched you as you tried wiping them away. The tears and snot came running down; you were hiccupping and whimpering at the pain Jungkook shoved at you.
For a split second, Jungkook regretted his words, but he shook off the thought. If he was a monster, his only reason would be that you made him into one.
Still crying, you bellowed out, "Yeah, you're right! It has been two years. Because in just that period, you've become someone unrecognizable! An asshole!" You dropped down to the cold and dirty concrete floor and wailed. You didn't care if people were to hear you; you didn't care if people thought you were crazy. All that you could care for, and feel was the immense agony shooting throughout your body. "And to think I still love you!"
Jungkook felt himself staggering; he was angry about what you said. He growled out, "Love? You say you love me, but you left me! You left our relationship! You left everything! You left our five years of love so quickly... so easily. I have every right to be a fucking asshole, ____! I fought for us when you didn't."
You shot your head up, and yelled, "You're wrong!" Jungkook started laughing. He bent down to your level and challenged you. "I'm wrong?" You threatened back, "You're wrong. I did fight for us." You sent glares at Jungkook, as he did too. No words were exchanged, but the spitefulness radiated off of each other.
A few seconds later, Jungkook got up. He looked down at you and decided, "I'm not gonna fight with you. Everything that has happened is in the past." He started making his way to the door, but before he placed his hand on the knob, he added, "But know this, ____, you're fucking dead to me." And with that, he left you alone on the cold April night.
Seven years ago (the confession)
Jungkook was sitting in his car, waiting patiently for your tutoring to end. He had his head resting on the steering wheel contemplating whether he should tell you his feelings or not. He's been thinking about it for three weeks and thought today is the day, but like a lot of people, he has the last-minute jitters.
When the anxiety became unbearable, Jungkook stepped out of his car to take a breath of fresh air. He took deep breaths to calm his racing heart. He dug in his pocket to check the time on his phone; four more minutes till you're out. He spent the next minute stretching for reasons he doesn't know. When he got back in the car, he downed the leftover water from earlier and threw the empty plastic in the back.
A few moments later and you were finally exiting the school, along with a few other people. Jungkook watched the way you smiled at the girl next to you, deep in the conversation. It made his heart warm seeing you smile.
You made your way to his car, exhaling the tiredness from today. You swiftly turned your body to give Jungkook a hug. With your body fully back on the seat, you sighed, "Thank you, Jungkook, for picking me up." He gave you a small smile, "No worries." You buckled yourself, ready to be taken home, but you noticed that Jungkook hadn't made the slightest move to leave. "Jungkook, are you okay?" He turned to you and whispered, "I umm... have something I want to say to you."
You got a little worried that something might've happened. "What is it? Are you okay?" Jungkook shook his head at your questions; he informed, "I'm okay. Nothing to worry about," he took a deep breath and continued, "I have just been feeling something for a while now, and I thought today should be a good time to tell you." You gave Jungkook a look to tell him to continue.
When Jungkook opened his mouth, all that came out was a shaky breath. He brought his head down from embarrassment, "I'm sorry." You giggled at his nervousness. You grabbed his hands and assured him, "It's okay. Take all the time you need." Jungkook took another deep breath, and screwed his eyes shut, scared of what facial expression you were to make; he admitted, "____, I like you... like really like you." You let go of Jungkook's hands, causing his eyes to open. He spouts out, "It's fine if you can't replicate my feelings back! I just don't wan-"
You grabbed Jungkook's face between your hands and cut him off with a kiss, and just as quickly you pulled apart. Jungkook was in a state of shock, he didn't know what happened, or why it happened. Since your hands still held Jungkook's face, you gently caressed his cheeks to bring him back down to earth. You softly spoke, "I can replicate your feelings back. I like you, Jungkook - possibly even more than you do."
Jungkook's eyes bugged out from your confession. Never in a million years would he think you had feelings for him. He pointed to himself, "Me? You like me?" You took your hands off his face and waved them around, "I like you, Jungkook! Ever since you transferred to my class, I have liked you severely. Was my kiss not obvious?" Jungkook starts chuckling at the turn of events; he rubbed his face and said, "I'm sorry, I just... Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think this would happen?" You smiled at his words, "Neither did I."
You guys got quiet, the awkward tension swimming throughout the car. Jungkook took the initiative to cut the tension, "Well," he kissed his teeth, "Since we like each other, we should kiss... again." You have never smiled more widely until today. "It's your turn to kiss me, Jungkook."
He gently took his hands to hold your face, and slowly but surely, he closed the gap. Your lips brushed against his, in a teasing manner. Jungkook didn't want to waste any more time, so he crashed his lips to yours. You guys kissed ever so slowly; reeling in the feeling of being wanted. You were the one to pull away first; you breathlessly spoke, "God, how can you hold your breath for that long?"
Jungkook chuckled at your question. He leaned his forehead to yours, staring deeply into your eyes. He feels like he could get lost in them and he wouldn't mind. He whispered, "I like you, ____." You gave him another kiss, and responded, "As do I, Jungkook."
Present
It's been a week since the event with your ex-boyfriend. It took you a fat minute to go back inside. When you did, you tried your hardest to avoid Jungkook, but of course, since he worked there avoiding him was not possible. Carter, on the other hand, went up to you, asking if you were okay, but you shrugged him off. You reached Becky demanding that you wanted to go home; she complied with your request.
Here you are with Becky out on your terrace smoking. You used to hate the idea of smoking, the burning sensation, the horrible smell of Tobacco, but since the break-up with Jungkook, you fell down the rabbit hole of cigarettes. You used to smoke one pack every two days, but it subsided to one pack a week.
Right now, you were feeling very serene. The cold harsh wind screaming in your ears, it was burning your eyes, and stabbing your skin; it felt nice. It made you forget the pain you were feeling inside. Becky was talking to you, but her voice went in one ear and out the other. You were just focusing on letting yourself get lost in this freezing pain. The only time you felt alive was when you suffer. You think to yourself that this is what you deserve, that everything you did should come back to you ten times worse.
Becky was getting concerned about your lack of attention. She was talking about how horrible the weather was right now; she expected your usual sarcastic remark, but you didn't give any. She turned to you, analyzing the way you were engulfed in this harsh weather. She saw the way you stared blankly with your teary eyes at the busy city. She saw the little goosebumps littering your skin. Your hair blowing in every direction, not caring for the tangles it's making. The firing cigarette getting close to your fingers. She saw nothing but a shell of her best friend.
Becky hadn't known you for very long, two years to be exact. She was Mason's coworker; they were in the same law firm. You met her when you were visiting Mason one day, and from then on, she became your best friend. She gets worried about you, knowing that the majority of your pain consists of your broken love. Becky only knows briefly about what happened that night; she wanted to know more, but she respects your boundaries, so, she never pushed the topic.
Becky tapped your shoulder, lightly shouting so you can hear her voice in the loud wind. "____, your cigarette is about to be out! Throw it away and let's get back inside!" You blinked away your tears, and promptly threw your cigarette in the ashtray.
"What the fuck! You wasted a good piece of cigarette, Jay." Jungkook just waved off Cater's complaint. "Yeah, whatever. I don't give a shit. It's mine, not yours." Jungkook and Carter were seated in the clubs' break room. Their shifts usually started at the same time, so they always take their breaks together.
Ever since that night, Jungkook has been on edge. He thought that you had moved away, but since his encounter with you, he's now rethinking that you hadn't left at all. Seeing you definitely brought back memories that Jungkook tried so hard to avoid. The pain you had caused resurfaced and immersed his heart with agony. Right when he thought he finally healed, your pretty face came and ripped off his band-aid.
Carter interrupted Jungkook's train of thought. "Damn, Jay. Crankier than usual?" Instead of responding back, Jungkook threw his head back on the leather couch. He didn't really have the energy to converse with Carter. If he didn't have work, he would've spent a year hiding out in his apartment avoiding everyone and everything, but he didn't have that luxury.
Carter was very persistent in making conversation. "So, Jungkook is your real name? And you didn't think of telling me? Your best friend?" Jungkook swiftly raised his head at Carter's question. He remarked, "Don't fool yourself, Carter. We're not friends." Carter felt hurt by Jungkook's words but choose not to show it. Jungkook continued, "The reason why I didn't tell you my name was because I didn't want to be tied down to my past."
"Past?" Carter questioned. Jungkook dug in his pocket for another cigarette to smoke. He lit it up and took a hit. "I never really cared for my name. I didn't really like it, but I didn't really hate it. It wasn't until this girl came along that I started loving my name - only when she said it. Hearing my name leave her lips made my stomach do flips. One day she ended things, and my name just started to sound horrible to hear. So, that's why I changed it to, Jay."
Everything stayed quiet after Jungkook's confession. Carter didn't know what to say. He wanted to lighten up the mood and make Jungkook slightly happy, but he was scared that whatever left his mouth, the man in front of him would shoot him the meanest glare, and Carter was a sensitive man.
Minutes go by until their shift starts. Before exiting, Carter wanted to say at least something to the broken man. He halted Jungkook's walking, placing a hand on his shoulder. Jungkook turned to Carter with a puzzled look. Carter spoke, "Jay's not a bad name. I quite like the name." Jungkook gave Carter a tight-lipped smile and nodded. He left the break room with a lone Carter inside.
Seven years ago (the first night)
You had arrived at Jungkook's house for a sleepover. You and Jungkook have been dating for seven months, and he thought today was the day you could finally stay over at his house. You actually wanted to stay over at his early on in the relationship, but Jungkook informed you that he wasn't ready yet. Jungkook wanted things to go nice and slow; he was afraid that if things were to be rushed everything would fall apart. You understood his reasons; you took things nice and slow just like he wanted.
You entered his house; it was small but cozy. His house felt like a home, just the feeling the house gives makes you feel at peace. You looked around the place, admiring the family pictures, drawings, and even the little trinkets displayed on top of the T.V. Everything insight made your heart warm.
Jungkook on the other hand, was nervous. He knows that his place is far more different than yours. You had been born with a silver spoon in your mouth; everything was handed to you, even without asking. As he watched you look around the place, Jungkook was sweating profusely. He was scared that you would leave him because of how poor he was compared to you.
Jungkook trembled, "I know this isn't much. I know how ugly this is to you, but I hope that you won't leave me." You flipped towards your boyfriend. You were flabbergasted that he would think that. Everything that he had said was the opposite of what you were thinking. You threw yourself on his soft brown couch cuddling with one of the throw pillows. Jungkook walked in front of you, and you gave him a bright smile.
You chuckled, "Babe, this house is beautiful, not ugly. It isn't much but it's definitely something amazing." You grabbed his arms, discarding the pillow, and pulled him towards you. "I could never leave you because of how much or little money you have. Jungkook, I'm with you because of who you are. And you are someone worth treasuring." Jungkook's heart has never felt so full. He kissed your forehead, "My heart is full of you, I can't even call it my own."
As your response, you gently grabbed his face and kissed like it was the last. He held your waist and gripped you closer to him. There was no room in between you two. Things started escalating when you began unbuttoning Jungkook's shirt. He pulled away the second he felt your fingertips brush against his chest. You were startled by the action; you felt that you had done something bad.
You felt your eyes slightly tear up, but Jungkook was quick to assure you that it was nothing wrong. "Baby, don't be sad. I just think that we shouldn't be doing this in the living room." At first, you were confused by his statement, but then your eyes lit up by his meaning. You blushed and Jungkook smiled at your cheeks. "Let's take this in my bedroom, yeah?" You had never nodded your head this hard until right now.
Jungkook chuckled at your cuteness; you never fail to make him smile. He picked you up like you weighed nothing. You wrapped your legs around his torso, and your arms around his neck. Jungkook had his hands resting on the bottom of your ass, keeping you in place. He marched his way to his room, all while keeping his eyes on yours. You would usually feel nervous about the intense eye contact, but at this moment you were too lost in his big brown eyes. He looked at you with so much longing, and you loved that feeling.
Once he reached his room, Jungkook placed you on the bed and said, "I am so glad my parents aren't here today." He climbed on top of you, caging you in between his toned arms. "So, don't be quiet for me. Never be quiet for me." You were stunned by the words that had left your boyfriends' lips. It was like a different person entered his body. It was hard to muster any type of word, so you just nodded.
Jungkook can see that you were speechless by his behavior. He was actually having fun doing this to you. He wanted to push you even further, so, Jungkook slipped his hand underneath your shirt and inside your bra to lightly brushed his fingers on your hard bud. He saw your mouth go agape; he ordered, "Use your words, baby. I wanna hear you." You can see the mischievous glint along with lust swimming in his eyes. You cleared your throat and shakingly said, "I won't be quiet for you. I'll let you hear all of me."
Jungkook smirked, "That's my girl." He dived his head to your neck and sucked your soft skin. The hand that had brushed against you was now needing the plump area. "Ahh... babe." you moaned at the sensation. Jungkook unclasped his mouth from your neck, admiring the painting he had done. He licked the area grinning. When he had lifted his head back, he already saw the dazed look on your face.
Jungkook caressed your cheeks tenderly. "Why do you already look a bit fucked out, babe? I haven't done anything yet?" You grabbed a hold of his shirt and said, "It feels good." Jungkook chuckled. God, you were too adorable. You tried unbuttoning his shirt again, but Jungkook just swiftly took it off. You straight away raked your fingers along his abs. The feathering touch made Jungkook lightly flex his abs. "Aren't you a little horny?" You blushed from embarrassment at his words. You pinched his skin, "Shut up."
Jungkook grabbed a hold of your arms and placed them above your head. "Spread your legs, baby." And like a dog, you did what you were told. You watched Jungkook position himself between your legs; he was slowly grinding against your clothed pussy. You bite your lip, containing your moans. Jungkook saw the way you try quieting yourself. He released one of his hands away from your pinned arms, dragging your bottom lip down with his thumb. He groaned at you, "____, I said to never be quiet for me. So, stop biting your lips and moan for me, baby."
You released one sinful moan for your lover. He wasn't even inside you yet, but you already felt like cumming. Jungkook fully let go of your arms, and instead, he ripped open your shirt. You gasped at the action, "Jungkook! Babe, I liked that shirt." Jungkook unhooked your bra and threw it on the floor. "I'll buy your another one, baby. Now lift up your hips." You really didn't know what it was, but every time Jungkook demanded something, you would always be compliant.
He took off your shorts along with your underwear, and just like your bra, he discarded them on the floor. You laid bare in front of Jungkook's eyes. You looked ethereal to him like you were an angel living down on earth. Your hair was sprawled out on his sheets, your skin shining even though there was no sun, your legs wide open giving him a view of your pretty pussy, your breasts laid beautifully on your chest, and your face stared back at him with devotion. They say that nothing in this world is perfect, but to Jungkook you were the definition of prefect.
You stared at him while he took off his pants. You saw the outline of his thick cock, bulging on his boxers. You couldn't tear your eyes away; Jungkook noticed. He grabbed one of your hands and placed it on his hard-on, gently rubbing himself on your hand. Jungkook exhaled and said, "You feel how hard I am for you, baby?" You licked your lips and meekly whispered, "Yes."
He placed your hand back by your side and bent down to you. His lips hovering above yours. "Tell me what you want me to do, and I'll do it." You lifted up your pelvis, it was your turn to grind yourself on his clothed cock. You breathlessly spoke, "I want you to fuck me, but I want it slow." Jungkook groaned at your words.
He slipped out of his boxers and his cock sprung free. It hit you right on your clit, making you jolt. Before Jungkook could continue, he reached behind you, and right beside his bed was a small dresser. He dug into one of the drawers and pulled out a condom. Jungkook took off the plastic and tapped the rubber piece on your lips. He grinned, "Do you wanna put this on me, babe?"
You sat up and took the condom from your boyfriend. You had your eyes locked on his cock. It might've been weird to voice out, but Jungkook's cock was really pretty. His shaft was slightly lighter than his skin, and his tip was pretty pink. You could see the feint veins that circled his member, and he wasn't hairy, just a slightly shaven area that resided on top. You could see some pre-cum leaking out of him. He was pretty thick and long, you would've guessed him to be around eight inches.
You swallowed some air before you proceeded. You took him in one of your hands and placed the rubber on his tip. You tried sliding it down, but since your hand was too shaky it kept coming back up. Jungkook had seen your nervousness. He gently grabbed your hand, and he worried to you, "Need help, baby?"
You shot up at him and quickly replied, "No!" In the midst of your answer, you had gripped your boyfriend too hard. "Shit, babe! Not too hard, please?" You were quick to release him from the stronghold. You apologized, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I-I don't need help. I can do this." Jungkook nodded and copied back, "You can do this."
You tried sliding the condom back down again, and thankfully this time it stayed in place. You smiled at Jungkook like a kid who aced their pop quiz. He chuckled, "God, ____. Can you get any cuter?"
Jungkook looped one arm around your torso, slowly bringing you back down on the bed. He positioned himself back between your legs again and gently slid his cock between your folds. His movement sent tidal waves through your body. You moaned out, "Fuck, Jungkook. It feels good, but I want you in me." Jungkook placed his cock right at your entrance. He said, "If it hurts tell me, okay? I'll go slow like you want." You nodded.
You hugged your boyfriend readying yourself. Jungkook had licked his fingers, lubing you up. He slowly entered you, feeling your warm walls caging him tightly. Your arms around Jungkook tightened. It didn't hurt having him inside you. You have a dildo, so the feeling was nothing new. But this was your first time having other than a toy inside you. You softly moaned once he was fully inside, Jungkook as well. His mouth was right next to your ear. When you heard him groan it made your mind hazy.
"Am I hurting you, baby?" You shook your head at his question, but Jungkook wanted words. "I need to hear you say it." You murmured your words lowly, "No, you're not hurting me."
"I'm gonna move now, alright?"
"Alright."
Jungkook started slipping in and out of you. You created wetness, making it easier for him to not hurt you. It felt nice, but you wanted him to go deeper. You rasped out, "Deeper, Jungkook. I want it deeper." And that's what he did. Jungkook had reached deeper inside you, hitting your G-spot. Your body thrust up, touching your boyfriends' chest. "Shit!" you cried out.
Jungkook smirked to himself. Seeing you like this, only wanted him to go harder - faster. Placing you back down, he grunted, "Baby, can I go faster? Please?" You wanted to please your boyfriend like he was doing to you. So, you agreed.
Jungkook lifted up his body and moved you to the edge of the bed. With him standing, he placed your legs straight on his chest. He held your thighs with a firm grip and started thrusting you at a fast pace. Your body started moving up and down, your breasts doing the same.
The room echoed with the slapping of your guy's skin. You watched Jungkook as he fucked you. His head was leaned back; he was immersed in the pleasure. Jungkook was so glad that you are his first. He read online that having sex with someone feels so good, but to him, you felt like heaven.
Jungkook brought back down his head and snuggled between your legs. He rubbed his cheek along your calf. He beamed at you, "You're so precious, baby. So precious." You mimicked back his smile.
Jungkook went back to fucking you, never slowing down his pace. You gripped the sheets of his bed when you started to feel your high coming. Jungkook felt you holding his member hard, not letting him breathe. But he took it as a sign to go faster. When your high reached you, you jerked your body up, your body quivering. You moaned his name repeatedly. You never felt this much pleasure until now. Jungkook sure knows how to make you feel like you were in another world.
Jungkook watched as your body shook. He loved that he was the reason for your undoing. When your high came down, you thought that you guys would be done, but Jungkook had other plans. You gave your boyfriend a puzzling look when you felt that he was still in you. Jungkook cocked his head to the side, "Did you think it was over? Baby, I haven't even cummed yet." Your eyes bugged out.
Just as you were about to say something, Jungkook fucked you hard. He took your breath by surprise. You had just came, so when Jungkook added more pleasure to your sensitive cunt, you couldn't help but cry. You tried telling him to stop or slow down, but you could barely muster up any words.
Jungkook felt himself almost there. With one more thrust, he dropped your legs and collapsed on top of you, riding out his climax. His lips were right next to your ear; he was groaning out incoherent words. You both were out of breath, giving yourselves some time to be composed.
When you guys were finally calm, Jungkook pulled out of you. He discarded his filled condom in the trash. He gently pulled you up and asked, "Do you want to bathe together?" You smiled widely; you answered his question with a nod. You were about to walk with him to the bathroom, but Jungkook noticed your legs slightly trembling, so he picked you up bridal style.
You giggled at his action, holding him tight as he walked. When you made it into the bathroom, Jungkook sat you down on the closed toilet. You got worried that you might dirty it. "Wait, Jungkook, I don't think I should sit here. I don't want to dirty your toilet." Jungkook playfully scoffed at your concern. While he went to run the warm water, he shrugged, "It's fine if you dirty the toilet, babe. I can always clean it."
Minutes go by and the tub was finally filled. Jungkook carefully placed you in the tub. "Is the water warm for you?" You nodded your head and then urged him to get inside with you. Jungkook sat behind you; your back rested against his chest. You closed your eyes, letting yourself get lost in the warm and safe atmosphere. Jungkook looked down at you admiring your beauty. He could never get tired of looking at you. You captivated him, and he wasn't complaining.
Jungkook raked his fingers along your stomach; his head rested in the crook of your neck, breathing you in. With your eyes still closed, you spoke out, "You know, they say that a home is a place, but I don't think that's true." You opened your eyes and faced your lover. "Because I found a home in you; you're my home, Jungkook."
Jungkook buried his head deeper in your neck. He rarely blushes, but right now his face was painted bright red. He gave himself a minute to calm his beating heart. When he lifted up his head, he found that you had your eyes closed again. "____?" he called out. You responded to him with a little hum.
Jungkook took a deep breath in and a deep breath out and confessed, "I love you." Your eyes shot open, and you looked at him. Jungkook repeated, "I love you, ____. Every fiber of my being calls for you. My need for you is so strong, that I don't know what I'll do without you." You felt yourself crying, your body trembling. Jungkook wrapped his arms around you; he thought that what he had said made you sad. "____, I'm sorry. Please, don't cry."
You shook your head. You weren't crying because of what he had said, but because you were so happy. You were filled with so much joy and love. You sniffled to him, "I'm not crying because of something bad. I'm crying because you're making me so happy. I'm so happy, Jungkook." You wiped your tears away and grabbed his face. You admitted, "And I love you so much.”
Present
"I would like the veggie wrap, but please don't put in the bell peppers. And some sweet tea - no ice. Thank you." Becky handed her menu to the young waitress. "Ma'am, is there anything I can get you?" The girl had her attention switched to you. Getting ready to write, you gave her your answer, "I'll have the same, but I want the bell peppers put in. And for the drink, I'll just have plain water." The girl collected your menu and gave a curt nod.
After she left Becky spoke out, "I talked to Mason yesterday. ____, he's worried about you. You haven't texted or called him since the divorce. He's wondering if you're okay." You did a deep sigh. You didn't mean to make him worry; you just have a lot on your mind right now. You exhaled, "I'm okay, alright." Becky advised, "I'm not the one you should be answering to. If you claim to be okay, then call Mason and tell him." You nodded your head, not saying anything further.
Becky could see that you're not really here; your mind is someplace else. Ever since that night, you've been more closed off than usual. It's sometimes hard to make conversations with you since all you give is short direct answers. You were always pretty open with Becky, proud to say she knows about ninety percent of you. But recently, Becky has been left in the dark about your feelings.
She worried to you, "____, I want you to know that I'm here... that I'm not some stranger. You can talk to me." You stared at your best friend; you can see the worriedness in her beautiful face. You're definitely not doing a good job of making the people who care about you feel calm. You were ready to talk to Becky, but then the young waitress came up and brought the food. "Here's the wrap with no bell peppers for you," She gave Becky her food, and then you, "Here's your wrap with bell peppers. And your guy's drinks." Once she placed everything down, she added, "If you need anything just call me." And with that, the girl left.
Becky had noticed that you were about to say something. "What were you going to say, ____?" You begged, "Can we talk about this after we finished eating, Beck? Please?" Becky didn't want to push your buttons, so, she agreed to continue the conversation later.
Around thirty minutes later, you and Becky finished your lunch. You guys were now entering your car with a full stomach. Once you guys had your seatbelts buckled, you pulled out of the parking lot. The vehicle was silent, just a whispered voice singing through the stereo.
"Let's go to a park." Becky had broken the silence with her suggestion. You slightly turned your eyes to your best friend. "A park?" you questioned. Becky replied with a yes. With your eyes back on the road, you took some time thinking about the reason for the random pop-up. Then you remembered what you said at the restaurant. "To talk?" your voice laced with caution. Becky replied with another yes. You sucked in your cheeks and nodded. "Sure, why not."
You two arrived at a random park. The area didn't have a lot of people, which for you was great. You put your car in park and pumped up the air conditioning. It was silent yet again. Becky wanted to speak up, but she also wanted you to open up to her on your own. You were trying to figure out what to say to Becky without sounding incoherent. It took a minute before words left your mouth.
"Remember how I said I saw my ex that night?" Beck nodded her head. You continued, "Well, ever since that night I've been feeling lost... or I guess confused - I don't really know how to describe it. But seeing him made my heart swell with longing, but he was not the same as before. What happened that night rearranged my view - my feelings into something unbearable. The more I think about it, the more I know that I'm the reason for this pain. This feeling... it's like it's growing bigger, and it fills my heart with ache. I feel like I'm gonna be gone if these feelings keep being bottled."
Becky furrowed her brows; she was confused by your last sentence. "What do you mean 'gone', ____?" You gulped down some spit, "I mean that if I keep feeling like this, my sense of warmth might be extinguished." Becky's heart broke hearing her best friend say that she might lose any type of love. You've always been there for her, even when you were at your lowest. Becky said something that she might hope will help you. "Maybe you should try talking to him. Find some closure, ____."
You dropped your head to the steering wheel and gripped the sides. You shook your head at your friend's request; you explained, "I can't talk to him, Beck. You know, the last thing he said to me that night was that I was dead to him." You faced Becky. "Beck, he hates me... deeply. And I can't blame him, 'cause I hate myself too."
Becky turned her body completely towards you. She didn't want you to think badly about yourself. "____, don't say that." Just like Becky, you turned your body as well. Your frustration was building. "What am I supposed to say then, Becky? It's my fault that things are like this." Your voice started rising up, "It's my fault that we're broken! If you were there that day, Beck, you would've hated me as well."
Tears started freely flowing down. You grabbed your shirt and cried, "You didn't see the way his face looked when I told him that I accepted the marriage. You didn't feel the want in his hug - in his kiss when he begged for me to stay. You didn't hear the pain in his voice when he told me that I broke him. Becky, I left him alone and broken. I destroyed him. So, please... don't tell me that I shouldn't have said what I have said."
Becky hugged you the minute you ended your sentence. Her tears silently fell, while yours were loud and clear. Becky felt her shirt dampen, but she didn't care. You had wrapped your arms around your best friend tightly, holding on to her while you poured out your pain. You choked out, "I tried telling my parents that I didn't want this. I tried, Becky, I tried." Becky gently petted your hair and said, "I know, ____."
A Few minutes go by, and your crying had subsided. You pulled away from Becky and grabbed some tissues that were placed in the cup holder. You wiped your face from all the tears and snot. Becky softly rubbed your eyes and calmly said, "I wasn't there, so because of that I don't hate you. And if I was there, I still wouldn't have hated you, ____. Even though you couldn't stop your parents, you were still strong enough to try. That itself tells me how much you love this man. I know that I'll probably never be able to understand this pain, but one thing I do understand is the unbelievable love one person can have for the other. ____, this type of love is so powerful, it can heal the weak, but it can also destroy the strong. I know you said that you can't talk to him, but I think you should. If you don't... this feeling will keep being bottled - and just like you said, you'll be gone. I don't want that. So, just try talking to him."
Two years ago (the break up)
You had just gotten done having the meeting of your life with your parents. The discussion for an arranged marriage for you has been brought forth a week ago. Your parents wanted to expand their company by joining another company that was owned by their friends. They thought that marrying you with Mason would bring more publicity and fortunes to their companies. Your parents had known that you were already in a relationship, but they're the type of parents that don't care for their kids' opinions or feelings.
When they had announced that they were going to be marrying you, you shot them down the second the words had left their mouths. You left the room not giving them any time to say something back to you. You didn't want to hear it. That day, you held off on telling Jungkook about your parent's announcement. You had thought that they would respect your decision not to go through with this marriage. You thought that the discussion would end and there would be no reason to tell Jungkook, until today.
Your parents had called you to their office, and right when you entered the room, they dropped the bomb and told you that having this marriage is inevitable. You tried convincing them that this is not what you want, that you are happy with your life; loving and having Jungkook is all you want, but they didn't care. The only thought they had in their mind was strengthening their company. The debate went on for so long, with you crying and your parent's shouting.
They told you that if you didn't go through with this, they wouldn't hesitate on making Jungkook's life hell, starting with deporting his father. You called their bluff, telling them that they're not that cruel, but once they had ICE on call you were forced to agree. Your parents had a satisfying smirk knowing that their plan was working. You had gone up to your parents, wanting to physically hurt them, but your father beat you to it. He had slapped you right across the face, and even more, he did not hold back on giving you a right hook on your stomach. Your mother had a displeasing look on her face when you spat out vulgar words at them.
You ran out of their building to find sanctuary in your car. You didn't cry because of the pain your parents inflicted on you; you were crying because you were now going to be tied to someone who wasn't the love of your life; Jungkook. It took you a few minutes to calm down your breathing, and your crying, but once you did, you texted Jungkook that you were going to drive to his place for something important.
Jungkook got a bit nervous with your message; he tried calling you to see if you were okay, but you didn't answer. You didn't want him to hear the choked pain in your voice.
Here you are driving to your boyfriend's apartment, with blurry eyes. You know that driving in this state is unsafe, but you didn't care. You were lucky to have not run over any red lights or gotten pulled over for speeding. You pulled up to your boyfriend's apartment unscathed and without any tickets. You saw Jungkook pacing around his front door with a worried expression.
When he spotted you, he ran to your car door and hugged you. He expressed, "Baby, why weren't you answering my calls? I was worried about you." You couldn't speak; your body frozen was in panic. Jungkook noticed; he tried picking you up, but your legs collapsed on top of each other. He bent down to check for any injuries. Jungkook searched your body, and then he came across your face.
He let out a short breath, "____, your face! Your cheek! Baby, what happened?" You rasped out, "Can we take this inside? Please?" Instead of answering, Jungkook carefully picked you up and helped you to his apartment. He sat you down on his little sofa, with him going to the kitchen to get you an ice pack.
Your boyfriend returned and placed the cold pack on your bruising cheek. He wanted to question why you needed to talk, why you looked like you'd been crying so much, why your cheek is bruising, but he didn't want to bombard you with so many questions. He wanted you to talk to him when you were calm and ready.
You were trying to think of ways to break down the marriage to him, but no matter how you were to say it, you know that Jungkook would be hurt. Your head was down, but you could feel the anxious stare your boyfriend was giving you. You tried mustering up some words to say, but all that came out was unstable breaths.
Seeing you in this state had Jungkook on edge. He's never seen you like this before, and it quite terrifies him. Seeing you made his heart churn with indescribable panic. All that he could do was hold you, waiting for your mind to be steady.
The clock kept ticking and you still hadn't said anything. You just stared at the floor, with nothing but fidgeting eyes. Jungkook was a patient man, but in this scenario, he was feeling a bit restless. Jungkook tried speaking up, "Babe, ar-" You cut him off, blurting out your proclamation, "I'm getting married."
Jungkook's whole world stopped when those words left your mouth; he felt his heart drop. He stood up and raked his fingers through his hair. You were still seated, watching your boyfriend getting stressed. Your body was still, but you felt your tears slowly fall. The moment you said the words, you knew, you knew that everything was will never be the same.
Jungkook's heart was racing faster than the speed of light. His body felt cold, like what you had said dumped ice all over him. He couldn't control his breathing; his chest heaving up and down in a disbelief manner. He turned to you, catching sight of your broken spirit. He would usually hug you - comfort you, but all he wanted to do right now is ask you, his questions. Jungkook shakingly said, "Are you serious? 'Cause if you're playing with me right now, ____, I'll forgive you. We can move on with this horrible joke of yours." He tired laughing, hoping that you were joking.
You faced back down on the floor; your tears making it hard to see anything. With his question, you shyly nodded your head. You heard Jungkook release a pain exhale. You could feel the pain steaming off of him. You didn't want to lift your head; you were scared of the sight you might see.
You heard Jungkook gasping for air like he was finding it hard to function. You tried muffling your sobs that were escaping, but it didn't work. Jungkook demanded, "Look at me, ____." You couldn't. How could you? After what you said, you don't have the strength to face him. He demanded again, "____, look at me." this time you can hear the plead in his voice.
You lift your head, hating the sight you were seeing. The one person who you never wanted to hurt, showed a face full of agony. You did this to him. Your tears were now rapidly flowing; you tried wiping them away, but they did not prevail.
Jungkook didn't know why you were hurting. He had every reason to feel like this, but you? His voice rasped out his questions, "W-was it me? Did I do something wrong? Wa... was I not good enough for you, ____?" You vigorously shook your head. All his questions were far from it. "Then why?" Jungkook gripped his shirt; his voice was rising. He cried to you, "Why a-are you doing this to me? Did you have a relationship with this guy, and you didn't tell me? Is-is that the reason you're marrying him and not me?"
You stood up quickly, crying to him that his questions were not the reason. He repeated, "Then why?" You couldn't tell him why. You didn't want him to know, because if you did, you knew that he would tell you not to worry about him. He would tell you that you guys can fight through this, but he doesn't know your parents. The vile things they can do to him and his parents. So, you left that part out, "My parents want to wed me with a friend's son to bring more success to both companies."
Jungkook nodded his head, feeling somewhat hopeful that you didn't agree; your parents just told you, you were getting married. "Okay, this was all your parents. Baby, just decline them and then we can go back to normal." You saw him optimistically smile. You wished that was the case; you wished it was that easy. You brokenly said, "No, Jungkook. It was my decision... I accepted the marriage."
Jungkook cried yet again. Why would he think that? Stupid! He felt stupid. "Why would you accept it? You're not happy with me, are you?" You told him a white lie, "I think that as their daughter, I need to do this." Jungkook shook his head, not believing you. "What about what you want? ____, I thought that what we have is everything and more, but you seem so willing to let go of our five years. Is this truly what you want?"
You wanted to say no. You wanted to be with him forever; that this marriage is not what you want, but the words got stuck in your throat. You didn't know what to say. Jungkook knows you like the back of his hand; he could see the hesitation; he could see your body frozen in contemplation. He knows deep down that you don't want this. So, why are you doing this?
Jungkook walked towards you, holding you tenderly in his arms. Dipping his head to the crook of your neck, breathing you in like always. "____, stay with me." Your eyes were hurting from all the crying, but you couldn't help it. Jungkook felt your body tremble; he felt your tears sliding down your face, down your neck, and onto his face, it only made him hold you tighter. He felt himself crying just as hard as you. "Stay with me, ____." He let you go, only for him to cup your face, and give you a passionate kiss. "Please, baby. I need you to stay with me. Can you stay with me?"
You could feel the want in his hug - in his kiss, but you couldn't - you wouldn't drag him down, because of your love. You didn't want him and his parents to suffer because of you. You saw his eyes begging you to say yes. You know that your answer was going to hurt him, but rather this than the long-suffering pain he would feel to lose his father. Pushed him off of you, and you let out a strangled sob. You saw pain taking hold of him. You wailed, "I can't... I won't stay with you, Jungkook. I could never forgive myself if I did."
You saw him clutch a part of his shirt where his heart was. You heard him whimpering. Jungkook hiccupped, "____, please don't do this. We can be together. Your parents - your husband won't have to know." Jungkook knew he was being pathetic; begging you like this, but he would go to any length if it meant that you'll stay with him. "I don't want you to leave me. I love you."
Your face scrunched up, trying to contain the pain you were feeling. His words sent an ache through your heart. You wished everything was that easy. You didn't want Jungkook to love a horrible person like you; a person who would lie to him, a person who would tear him piece by piece. The only way to make him hate you is to say the impossible, "These past six years spent with you, were everything and more. But I don't love you anymore, Jungkook. It's time we took our separate paths."
Jungkook felt himself die inside. He was shaking his head, trying to deny your words, but you sound so convincing. If he knew that this type of pain was to happen, he would've never confessed his feelings to you. The one person who he tied himself with, the one person who he gave his whole heart, the one person who he loved broke him. He whispered to you, "You absolutely broke me, ____. Destroyed me." He didn't spare you a glance; he walked to his front door, opened it, and yelled, "Get the fuck out of my house, before I fully succumb to you, truly!"
You knew that this was gonna come. You knew that sooner or later he would yell and say harsh things to you. Still, you could help but be appalled by his words. You carefully walked your way to the door. Tears come down streaming harshly, knowing that this will be the last time you step foot in his home. Right at the entrance, you faced your now ex-boyfriend and saw the stern and pained expression plastered on his face. You timidly said, "I'm sorry, Jungkook."
Jungkook swiftly turned his eyes out the door, signaling to leave his apartment; you did just that. You turned around wanting to at least say one last goodbye, but before you got the chance to, Jungkook slammed the door, leaving alone on a cold April day.
Present
"So, don't worry about me, Mason. Call me when you get this." You ended the voicemail.
You were outside the club waiting for your ex to be finished. It took a lot of thinking about what Becky had said, and you came to the conclusion that she was right. You didn't want to spend the rest of your life avoiding this, you wanted to have some peace of mind. You don't know how he'll react or how he'll be, but you just hoped that he'll be willing to listen.
Time was speeding up and your body was getting tired. Right when you were about to head to your car to rest your legs, a group of people exited the club. It was hard identifying the group because they were heading in the opposite direction from you.
If you hadn't spotted Carter, you would've thought that this trip was useless. You and Carter made eye contact, and you watched him whisper to another guy who had his arm slung over the shoulders of a pretty woman. You knew that the man was Jungkook. It wouldn't matter how many years have passed; you'll always be able to identify him.
You wanted to get closer to hear what was being exchanged but to be respectful, you gave them their boundaries. The group of people already left, just leaving the four of you alone. You couldn't see his face, but by the way, Carter is expressing, you knew that the conversation was getting frustrating. Your body started fidgeting, you were getting impatient.
The conversation seemed to have ended when Carter gave you a bright smile. He pulled the woman towards him and gave Jungkook a wave of goodbye. Now it was just you two alone. Jungkook still had his back faced to you, but you can tell he was annoyed.
You spoke up, slightly shouting, "Can we talk, Jungkook?" For what seemed like forever, he finally turned to you. He trudged his way to you; he seethed, "Were my words that night not enough for you to know that I don't want to see you?" You were blinking frantically. Maybe this was a bad idea.
"I just want to talk. You don't have to say anything, I just want you to listen. I'm begging you." Your head was down, eyes closed. You started fiddling with your fingers. "I don't deserve it, but will you allow me to be selfish just one time?"
Jungkook stared down at you. He's not gonna admit it, but he also wanted to talk with you. He took some deep breaths through the nose, and said, "Did you bring your car? Where's your car?" You lifted your head in an instant. You exhaled and gave a relieved smile to yourself. Jungkook saw your small smile and somewhere deep down inside him, he felt his heart swell.
You made a beeline to your car, Jungkook following closely behind you. Once you made it inside, everything was quiet. Not a peep was made from the both of you. You thought that since you wanted to talk, you should start first. "Thank you... for agreeing to this. I wanted to talk because I need to have this closure." You faced your head to Jungkook, but all he was looking at was outside your car window. "I feel like we can take our first step into healing through this talk."
Without looking at you, Jungkook mumbled, "I tried to feel something new with someone else, but all I could see in them is how they're not you." You started biting your lips; you felt guilty. "There was this woman I met around close to a year of our break up. She was a customer at the club, and all she ordered was a glass of water." Jungkook started laughing at the memory. "She started coming in more often, and I found a friend in her. She was kind, smart, beautiful... she was perfect. I thought that she was everything I wanted in a girl. But every time we tried to progress our relationship; I kept holding her off. All I could feel - all I could want was you. I didn't want someone perfect," Tears started to slowly fall down Jungkook's eyes. He faced you with his eyes red. "I wanted someone who messy, loud, clumsy... broken. All I wanted was you, ____."
You were choking on your sob. You placed your hand on your mouth, trying to cancel out any noise. Wanting to add to your pain, Jungkook confessed "I went to your wedding. I blended myself with the hundreds of those invited people. I saw you walk down the aisle in your beautiful wedding dress. You truly make a beautiful bride, ____. I saw you guys hold hands, heard your vows, and say your 'I do's'. I saw you guys kiss. I couldn't stay any longer, so I went back home. I laid in bed staring at my ceiling, it took me a while to figure out that I was crying. And I realized that my tears were no longer for you. They're for me; the me you destroyed. How could you do this to us? How could you do this to me? You didn't love me."
You shook your head, denying his last sentence. "Don't say that! You may hate me, and that's fine, but you have no right to say that I didn't love you. Jungkook, my love for you was infinite and it still is. You know, the moment I left you, I killed half of myself. And to this day, I'm still half a person. You know, I have spent the first year missing you, wanting you, needing you." You cried harder like you were reliving your pain. "My ex-husband tried consoling me, and it would work for a little while. But every time night rolls around, the moon brings back my pain. I'll never ever forgive myself for the pain I brought to you."
"It doesn't matter now. You ruined everything." You cried harder because he was right, but you didn't wanna keep being reminded. "I know! I know that everything is my fault. But please, Jungkook, stop reminding me of my faults. I hate myself enough as it is."
Jungkook questioned, "Then why? I want the honest truth now. Don't hide from me. Why would you accept the marriage?" Jungkook wanted answers that you couldn't give to him before.
Now that you are divorced, you have nothing holding you back. "It's true when I said that I accepted the marriage. It was fully my decision, but they really left me no choice. They were going to call ICE on your father. Jungkook, they wanted to make you and your parents suffer." You started shaking your head; your tears falling in the process. "I didn't want that to happen because of my selfishness."
You were crying, but all that Jungkook could think about was one thing. "Is that why you came home that day with a bruising cheek? Did those fuckers do that to you?" You were quiet; you didn't have to say anything for Jungkook to know the answer. He took a deep sigh, "Why didn't you tell me? God, I feel like killing them."
You scoffed, "What would you do if I told you? I think you're forgetting just how powerful my parents are. Jungkook, they will stop at nothing to achieve something."
He retaliated back, "So will I! I don't care how powerful your parents are, ____. If putting in my blood, sweat, and tears means that I could still have you, I will. It was wrong for me to say that you didn't fight back, but I would've started a war for you if it meant that we could still be together. If my father were to be deported, my mom would go with him; they can't imagine a life without each other. That's the same thing with me. I couldn't imagine a life without you, but it's too late now, huh? The chance to fight is over now."
You quietly asked, "You wouldn't fight for me now?" That question had stumped Jungkook. He wanted to say that he will, but it wouldn't sound right. Many things have happened over the past two years. Jungkook has learned to move on, to live without you. Of course, he's not fully healed, but after this talk, he feels like he can fully live his life without the pain you bring. But you, you were still stuck in the past. You had hoped that maybe, just maybe everything would be back to the way it was.
Jungkook answered your question from the truth in his heart, "No... I wouldn't fight for you now. ____, what we had is something I'll always treasure. The years I spent with you felt like heaven. You were my haven. You were my first everything, I could never forget that. I wished it had been me standing at the altar. I wished it had been me marrying you. I wish for a lot of things, but those are just wishes. Two years isn't a lot of time, but during that period I've learned to move on with my life."
Jungkook cupped your crying face. He held you tenderly. His eyes filled with sorrow. "I loved you so much, ____. Actually, I-I still love you. I don't think I'll stop loving you. We were just two people who loved each other but weren't meant to be." He started wiping your fallen tears.
Jungkook gave you one last kiss. You guys kissed with so much love and regret. The tears from both of you made the kiss salty, but you guys didn't mind. You gripped his shirt, and he gripped your waist. This was truly the last contact you both will make.
Pulling apart was hard but needed. You knew that he was right. It's time for you to move on. You whispered to him, "I realize now that I can't keep holding on to something I can't have anymore. I'm ready to let you go, Jungkook."
Jungkook connected his forehead to yours, and said, "If once we're ready, faith will bring us together again. Whether it be in this lifetime or the next, I'll wait for you with open arms." You smiled at his words. You both know deep down that being together again won't happen - at least not in this life.
Five years later
Many things have happened in the five years since your guy's last talk. You had moved out of the city along with Becky and started room mating with Mason. The first two years of moving forward were hard, but with the help of Becky and Mason, everything started to feel just right. Your two friends opened up their own law firm called M & B Laws. You also got a job at a daycare not too far from their work.
Since that night, you have never seen Jungkook again, but you were grateful to have followed his Instagram profile. You guys would exchange DM's here and then, asking about each other's days, new stuff. But after the third year, the texts stopped coming and you guys were now strangers.
You were alone at home, and Becky and Mason were working overtime. In times like this, you wished you had a dog or cat, a companion to keep you company. The TV was playing Iron Man; you weren't too focused on the TV screen, instead, the only thing that had your attention was your phone screen. Scrolling through Instagram, and liking random stuff, you came across a post from Jungkook.
You sat up from the couch. It's been months since his last post. The picture that was displayed on your screen was a photo of Jungkook and a woman. You tucked your hair from behind your ears to get a better look. His post was seven hours ago. The caption from his post said, "Happy 2 years, baby! I'm happy to have circled the sun with you twice, and I can't wait for more. I love you, Yuna!"
You from before would've been so heartbroken. She would've cried herself to sleep, despising herself more and more for losing him. But you are so happy now; you are so happy for him. You looked at the picture and for the first time in a long time, Jungkook showcased a genuine and happy smile. His eyes weren't facing the camera, they were locked on the beautiful woman in front of him. His eyes were filled with so much love and adoration, his smile was shining with so much joy. Your heart's not broken, it's far from it. Your heart is healed, and your heart is happy. You can't wait to see what the world has to offer.

It was around ten at night and you still weren't home. This has been going on for about a week now, and Jungkook is tired of it. He wanted answers as to why you were always late.
He was sitting in the living room with his legs bouncing, waiting for you to come home. He was anxious to thrust this issue onto you, but he felt like you were neglecting him; that maybe you might be cheating. Jungkook was never one to judge your faithfulness, but ever since you started coming home late every possible idea started popping up in his head. And when he tried talking to you about it, you would wave him off saying that you're tired.
Jungkook heard the familiar car beep. He got up instantly and trudged his way near the end of the entryway. He saw the doorknob twist open to reveal the fatigued woman he called "his". He watched you take off your shoes and place them on the shoe rack, throwing your work purse on the entryway table. It wasn't until you were steps away that you noticed your lover at the end of the hall.
Your body perked up at the sight of your boyfriend. You dragged your feet to Jungkook and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. "Hey, baby." But before Jungkook had time to greet you back, you were already sprawled out on the couch. Jungkook made a face of disdain to himself; how could you treat him like this. He felt hurt by your action. He took a minute to compose himself; he didn't want to confront you with rage coursing through his body.
Once he was calm, Jungkook made a beeline to you. He saw that your eyes were already closed; you looked very exhausted. He wanted to leave you alone, that he will have this conversation with you some other time, but he thought against it. Jungkook cleared his throat, making you open your eyes. You did a light stretch on the couch. "What is it, babe?" Jungkook took a shape inhale, "I want to talk to you."
You instantly sat up. In your four years of dating, Jungkook rarely says the words "I want to talk to you.", every time they get spoken, they would usually lead to arguments. Your attention was wide awake; you were getting nervous about what this conversation might lead to. "What is it, Jungkook?"
Jungkook clenched his jaw, tightening his facial muscles. With gritted teeth, Jungkook seethed, "I want to know why you've been coming home so late now?" You were shocked, to say the least. You knew that coming home so late would bring suspicion to your boyfriend, but you didn't think that he would be this angry.
"Umm... I..." You didn't know what to say to him. You wanted to tell him the reason, but you didn't want to ruin the surprise. Jungkook didn't like the fact that you were hesitating. You were always honest with him, never afraid to be blunt. "Why the hell are you hesitating, ____? You're fucking some other man, aren't you?" he yelled.
Your body jolted at his interrogation. His words were harsh, sending goosebumps through your body. You didn't like his assumption of you cheating. You stood up and questioned, "You think I'm cheating on you?" Your voice was laced with warning; warning that if he thought that way of you, you wouldn't be afraid to stand your ground.
One thing that Jungkook would never admit, is that every time you gave him this certain type of tone, he feels like being buried six feet under. Jungkook gulped down some spit that he didn't know was being harbored. "I don't know. You could be." You scoffed at his words, "Fuck you. I don't have time for this. I'm going to bed." You turned your body in the direction of the bedroom.
As you started walking, you heard Jungkook hysterically laughing. He growled, "Fuck me? No, fuck you, ____!" Before you halted your movement, Jungkook stomped his way to you and tightly latched his hand to your wrist, pulling you towards him. You yelped at the sudden action, pain taking hold of your arm. Jungkook immediately lets go. He was about to apologize, but you beat the gun.
You pushed him to the carpeted floor, holding your wrist to your heart. Tears started welling up. Never in a million years did you think Jungkook would say those things to you. The physical pain could not compare to the pain you were feeling emotionally. You cried out to him, "You wanna know why I've been coming home so late? You wanna know why I'm always so tired?" At this point, your tears were freely flowing. Jungkook was on the floor, not moving an inch, but he so badly wanted to wipe your tears away.
You bellowed, "It's not because I'm fucking some other man, Jungkook! It's because I took in overtime at work! I took in some extra hours to earn more money for our trip!" Jungkook was stunned at your confession. Shame taking its place in his heart. How could he accuse you of cheating? How could he say those hurtful things to you?
You softly added, "Do you remember two weeks ago, when we were talking about our parents? You had missed yours so badly because you hadn't seen them in months. You wanted to go visit them, but we didn't have the money." Jungkook started crying; he was starting to realize your reason. You faced the other way, not wanting to see Jungkook cry. You knew if you did, you would fall prey to him. He hurt you, and you didn't want to fall so easily.
Jungkook cried harder, and hearing him, so did you. You tried containing any sound leaving your mouth, coming out muffled. You sniffled, "I wanted to surprise you this Sunday. I was going to buy the tickets and book the hotel room tomorrow. I didn't want to tell you this way." Jungkook was biting his lips so hard when you were talking; he almost drew blood. When he felt your presence fading, he shot up and gently looped his arms around your torso.
He cried to you, tears falling on your shoulders, making your shirt damp. "Baby, I'm so-" You intervened, "Stop." You unhooked his arms apart. "Just stop, Jungkook. I'm tired." Jungkook shook his head vigorously. He wanted you to know how shameful he feels; apologize until you're tired of hearing it. "____, please. I'm so sorry."
You whipped your body around, facing him. You demanded, "Shut up, Jungkook! I said I'm tired, okay? We'll talk about this later." And after your ending sentence, you marched your way to the bedroom, not giving Jungkook a second to respond.
You plopped yourself on the shared bed, taking off your clothing, only leaving you in your underwear. You would've loved to have Jungkook wrap his arms around you while you went to sleep, but right now you just wanted to be alone. It only took a few minutes for your tears to start flowing again, and this time you didn't stop them. You let the tears, the darkness, and the warmth of the blanket lull you to sleep.
Jungkook on the other hand, was sitting on the couch pondering about his actions - his words. He hated himself for what he did. The way he talked to you, the way he gripped your wrist with so much force, the way he doubted your faithfulness; accused you of cheating. You are everything to him. He would move hell and heaven if you demanded it. You could say the vilest insult to him, throw your hardest punch and he'll still run back to you. He would do anything and everything just for you, but at the moment he didn't deserve you. You were the light of his life, but he knew that tonight he had dimmed you.
You woke up with the biggest headache. You haven't felt like this in years, so emotionally drained. The last time was when you had officially cut off ties with your mother. She never really approved of Jungkook, always calling him a bad influence. She was the type of person to judge the exterior before knowing what was on the inside. Hating Jungkook is an understatement, she loathed him.
You love your mother, but all the things she said about Jungkook stirred you away from appreciating her presence. He didn't want you to cut communications with her, but it was not only for him but for your sanity. The longer you kept in contact, the more you'll start going crazy about her foolish assumptions about your boyfriend. It was hard cutting her off, but it was definitely needed.
You rolled off of the bed, not caring that you were basically nude. You stumbled your way to the door, wanting to go to the bathroom. When you opened the door, you found Jungkook laying right against the beige wall. His appearance was rugged. His hair sticking up from every angle, and the faint smell of beer, he was still wearing the same clothes from last night.
Your heart tingled at the feeling that Jungkook must have stayed out here for you, wanting to be close to you, but also giving you your space. But then the reoccurring memory from last night punched its way through your brain. You slammed the door, stirring Jungkook awake. For a split second, Jungkook thought lighting came striking down to their house. His body jumped from the sudden bang, hitting his head against the wall in the process. He rubbed the sore area, hoping the action would ease the pain.
He didn't know what happened. He looked around the area for anything that might have caused the loud sound. But then he heard shuffling on the other side of the door. Jungkook got up without a second thought and was about to knock. His fist hovered the wooden entrance. He wanted to knock, but he was scared. After everything that he had done, he was worried that you wouldn't want to see him again.
Moments go by until Jungkook finally knocked on the door. "Baby?" he softly said. "Baby, can I come in?" He waited for your response, but all that answered him was silence. He clenched and unclenched his fists. Jungkook has never felt this nervous. He took a deep breath, "I'm gonna come in, ____. Okay?" He tapped his fingers against his thigh a few times, trying to calm the bundle of nerves. With one more deep breath, Jungkook carefully opened the bedroom door.
In his line of sight, Jungkook saw you curled up in the bed, the blanket hugging your body for security. He saw the throw pillows along with your clothes scattered across the floor; the whole atmosphere was messy. You were always the clean one in the relationship, so the fact that you couldn't care for the unkempt room made Jungkook more nervous than he already was.
Jungkook tried navigating his way to you, but he still wound up stepping on your clothes. When he got to you, he sat on the edge of the bed next to you silently. None of you guys peeped a word; the air was tense. You wanted to speak to him first, to yell at him for his absurdity, but you're also stubborn. So, you waited for Jungkook to talk first. Jungkook knew how you were; he knew that you were itching to say something first, but you were headstrong on finishing last.
He took it in himself to speak first. "____, I want to tell you how incredibly sorry I am, and that I regret everything that I had said." He looked at your covered figure with much sorrow. He wanted to see your beautiful face, even if you were to give him the most angered look. "Baby, can you please look at me?" You meekly spoke, "No."
A few tears threatened to escape his eyes. Jungkook took a deep breath and brought out his hand to cup your face. He slowly turned your head to face him, and you made no retaliation to his actions. Your face showed no emotion, but Jungkook saw the pain swimming in your eyes. He hurt you deeply, and he hurt you hard. "Please, know how sorry I am."
You took his hand away from your face. You rolled your eyes; you were tired of hearing it. "I know how sorry you are, Jungkook. I can see from your body language, your facial expression. I can hear it in your voice, okay? I know... So, please stop saying it." He nodded his head, understanding what you were saying. "I'm sor-"
"Jungkook!" you warned. "If all you're going to do is say sorry, then leave me alone." You went back to your previous position, trying to ignore your boyfriend's presence. He definitely knows how to push your buttons. Jungkook didn't want to leave this situation alone like this; he wanted to make it better. So, he said the first thing that came to mind, "Tell me where I hurt you, and I'll kiss it better."
You jested his words, "Kiss it better? Seriously?" Jungkook couldn't see your face, but by the tone of your words, he knew that the idea was stupid. But stupid or not Jungkook wanted to make you feel better. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "Yeah. It can be a start, right?" You took a minute to reel in the idea. It could maybe be a start.
You clicked your tongue and brought your wrist to his face. Without facing Jungkook, you demanded, "It didn't bruise, but you really hurt me here. So... kiss it." Jungkook gave a tiny smile; he was happy that you were open to his idea. He carefully grabbed your arm, making sure to not touch the area he has hurt you. Jungkook's soft touch sent small currents through your body. He brought your pained wrist to his lips and placed small but mellow kisses on them. Afterward, Jungkook rubbed the area with his thumb, hoping that it would soothe the pain.
He docile his voice, "Where else?" You were thinking of a place where he should kiss next, and during that time you positioned your body forward. Jungkook watched you readjust your body; you had looked so cute to him.
You looked at Jungkook with a stern expression, and said, "My ears, from hearing you talk shit to me." Jungkook invisibly flinched at your words, but a slight hint of grimace surfaced. He bent down to you and positioned his lips to your ear. He gave you a kiss, and the small smack of the contact rang. With his lips pressed against your ear, Jungkook quietly spoke, "Tell me more, baby. Where else are you hurt?" His breath shadowed your skin, leaving you dumb.
When you stayed quiet, Jungkook got a little concerned. He lifted his head up, his face inches away from yours. "Baby?" You saw the worriedness etched into his face, creating crease lines on his skin. He placed his forehead on yours and stared deeply into your eyes. He could still see that you were angry, but slowly he saw a bit of softness take place. You didn't want to admit that your boyfriend's idea was proving right, but his gentle kisses were so hard to ignore. It's like Jungkook has this magic spell where you could never say no.
You gulped down some spit, you didn't want to choke when you talked. "My eyes. You made them painstakingly teary." You had closed your eyes for Jungkook to kiss. He took a second to stare at them. Even with your eyes closed, you could still make out the redness around them. The more he looked, the more Jungkook hated himself for your pain. With each kiss of your eyelids, Jungkook had closed his, projecting his pain to himself.
When it was done, Jungkook remorsefully uttered, "____ - baby... I'm so sorry. Ev-" You interjected, "I have one more place that I want you to kiss better." Jungkook replied, "Of course. I'll kiss wherever you want." You slightly sat up; your upper back pressed against the headboard of your guy's bed. You choked, "Kiss my heart. Out of all the places you have hurt me, my heart hurts the most." You didn't want to sound choked, but you couldn't help it. "Please, kiss me better, Jungkook." you cried.
Jungkook's heart panged harshly at your pained confession. He started crying; his heart broke into a million pieces. The one place where he vowed to not hurt at the start of your guy's relationship, he did. You tried watching your boyfriend intensely, but your tears were blurring your vision.
Jungkook moved his hand to the blanket that was still covering you. It slid down and your breast was fully seen. Usually, Jungkook would be surprised at your nudity when he wasn't expecting it, but right now, all that Jungkook could see - could focus on was the area that your heart resided in. He looped one arm around your bare torso, gently pulling you towards him, and the other rested along your back.
He kissed your heart with so much tenderness. He cried while doing so, his tears falling on your bare skin. You couldn't stop the waterworks once his soft lips landed on you. Jungkook kept kissing you, hoping that each kiss took away the pain he had caused, but the more he did the more you cried. He had hurt you too much that even the kisses couldn't heal you.
Jungkook moved his head away from your chest and fully grabbed you. He hugged you tightly, just letting you cry your pain out to him. He didn't know what to say, all he could really do was comfort you. Jungkook placed one of his hands on your nape, while the other did long comforting strokes on your back. You heard Jungkook trying to shush you, not in a mean way, but to relax you, but it didn't work.
What felt like hours were only minutes, you had finally calmed down. You pulled away from Jungkook. You spotted a big wet mark on his shirt. You apologized profusely for making his shirt dirty. Jungkook only laughed; he didn't care that your snot and tears - possibly your saliva were on his shirt, hell, he wouldn't care if you even threw up on him. All that he cared about right now was how you were feeling.
You were about to wipe your face on your arm, but you didn't have a shirt on. "I'm sorry, I look horrible right now." Jungkook shook his head at your words. "You don't have to be sorry. You don't look horrible right now. To me, you look beautifully messy." You blushed at his compliment. "Yeah, but I still have snot and tears all over my face."
Jungkook sarcastically rolled his eyes. He jumped off of the bed and stood in front of you. He bundled his shirt up to his chest and carefully pulled you towards him. You were confused at first, but then you realized he was going to wipe your face with his shirt - like a mother. When he did, Jungkook shrugged, "It's already dirty, so, don't worry about it. Plus, nothing like a few more bodily fluids, right?" You felt like laughing at his rhetorical question, but all you could feel was the guilt for ruining your boyfriend's shirt.
Jungkook chucked his dirty shirt on the messy floor and climbed into bed with you. He hesitated on pulling you close to him; he didn't want to push any boundaries you might have set on him. "Is it okay if I hold you?" Instead of answering his question, you pulled him towards you. You buried your face in his chest. You wanted Jungkook to hold but he wasn't. You murmured against his skin, "Why aren't you holding me?"
"I didn't know if I was supposed to." You wrapped your arms around your boyfriend's build. "Well, I want you to hold me." And like so, Jungkook held you close. He buried his face in your hair, breathing in your intoxicating scent. If Jungkook were to die right now, he would die a happy man; being in your arms, breathing you in is all he could ever ask for.
Before speaking Jungkook licked his lips, "____, I want to tell - shit! Babe, ow!" You had kicked Jungkook to further stop his sentence. "Like I said before, if you're going to keep apologizing then please leave. Because honestly, babe, I'm really tired of hearing you say that." Jungkook chuckled at your annoyance. "I wasn't going to apologize if that makes you happy. I was going to say how regretful I am to accuse you of cheating. How regretful I am of gripping you hard on the wrist. Cursing and yelling at you. I regret everything that happened last night."
You held Jungkook tighter to you. In situations similar to this, Jungkook was always the one comforting you; you were the stubborn one in the relationship. It was kind of hard being on the opposite side. You tried your best of comforting Jungkook, but you couldn't really do it physically, that spectrum resides for Jungkook.
So, you did what you do best, you comforted him verbally. "I know I can't ask you to feel a certain way, but know this, Jungkook," You lifted your head up to him, and expressed, "Everything that happened last night could never erase my four years of love for you. What you did to me definitely hurt me, but you cannot shoulder all of this guilt. I also was at fault."
Jungkook pulled away slightly. He couldn't believe what he heard. He denied, "No! You did nothing wrong." You furrowed your brows. "But I did, Jungkook! If I hadn't kept this a secret... if I had just told you my reason for being out so long, we wouldn't be in this predicament. I should have told you, and for that, I'm sorry." Jungkook wanted to argue your statement, but the look on your face was pleading with him to forgive you.
Jungkook shimmied his way down to you, eyes meeting at the same level. He pushed some of your hair away from your face, tucking them behind your ear. Your beauty was something to treasure. Jungkook smiled, "You're so beautiful, baby. If you want me to forgive you, I need you to forgive me as well."
You lifted your pointer finger up when an idea came to mind. "One last request," Jungkook smirked, wondering what trick you have up your sleeve. You continued on, "Kiss me on the lips and I'll forgive you."
You didn't have to tell him twice. Jungkook smashed his lips on yours, taking you all in. He cupped your jaw in between his hands, holding you tightly. Your small moans drowning in your lover's mouth. Your wondering hands feel the toned muscles beneath your fingertips. Somewhere along the way, you climbed on top of Jungkook. The slight grinding you were doing on his lap made him jolt. He softly gripped your arms and pushed you away.
"Baby, I think we should stop, because if we continue this, I don't think I'll have the urge to control my craving." You jumped on his lap, taunting him. Jungkook wasn't having it, so, he switched your positions; you were laying underneath him, while he trapped you between his arms. "Didn't I say you should stop?" he growled.
All you did was grin like a kid who won a stuffed animal at a carnival. You wrapped your arms around Jungkook's - somewhat sweaty neck. God only knows how much you love this man. If a home was a person, he would be yours. You proclaimed, "I love you so much, Jungkook." Jungkook saw the love swirling in your irises; his heart swarmed with adoration for you. As a response, he said, "I love you, ___. I could never love anybody as much as I love you."
You guys kissed one more time before going back to cuddling. In the middle of basking in each other's presence, you blurted, "Oh god, we have to buy the tickets today. Not only that, but we also hav-" Jungkook placed his rough hand on top of your mouth. “Shhh... It's cuddle time, babe." You pushed his hand away and giggled. You wished there was a word more than love, maybe devotion, but you really love Jungkook.

Jungkook was ramming you from behind - doggy style. Each thrust hits that golden spot for you. Jungkook never slowed down his pace; fucking you like it was going to be the last time.
You were in this position for a while now, your body was getting tired. You breathlessly spoke, "Baby, please. I'm getting numb. Let me lay down." Jungkook saw the way your legs were trembling, and it was not by pleasure. He wanted to be mean and say that you can handle it, but he was in a giving mood.
He pulled out, watching the way your pussy was clenching at the loss of his dick; Jungkook smirked. He flipped your body, so you were facing him. Your face was relieved, and you were happy that your aching limbs gets to rest. But without a second thought, Jungkook shoved his thick cock into you. Your head leaned back at the sudden occurrence. Your back arched, breast touching his chest. After a few seconds your body fell down, Jungkook's as well; his body slumping on top of yours. Your guy's body is connected in a missionary position.
He looked deeply into your eyes, loving the glow swirling around your irises. With his dick still inside you, he gave you a quick kiss; hands holding both sides of your face. "Is this better for you, baby?" You smiled warmly at him, thankful for the sweet boyfriend you have. You wrapped your arms around his neck and opened your legs wider. You tilted your head up; lips meeting his pierced ear, and you whispered, "Now fuck me, Jungkook."
When those words had spilled out of your mouth, Jungkook, in an instant, fucked you like a dog in heat. The sound of his skin clapping onto your plump ass and thigh echoed throughout the room. Your desirable moans turned his brain to mush. Jungkook was sent into a frenzy.
"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" The pleasure your lover was giving you was so euphoric. Feeling his hard length going in and out of you. His balls slapping your back hole, weirdly giving you extra pleasure. Your wetness as a natural lube. The sweat causes a stickiness to your guy's skin. His tip hitting your g-spot. You loved all of it. You felt like you were in another world every time you two fucked.
Jungkook leaned his head back, eyes closed, mouth slightly agape, reeling in the feeling of you. He feels the way your nails dig and scratch his back. He feels the way you move your pussy up and down like you want more than what he's already giving you. The way you clench around his every time he hits your sweet spot. He hears the sinful sounds leaving your mouth. The slickness you provide for him. Your warm wet walls caging his raging dick. Jungkook truly felt like you were his utopia.
You looked at Jungkook. His face contorted with absolute sex. You watch the way his mouth groans out vulgar words. His eyes screwed shut, only focusing on the pleasure he's giving you and himself. You looked down at his abdomen, seeing the way his abs flexed at every slap. Jungkook always looked handsome to you, but when he's in this state, he's the sexiest fucker on this planet.
You untied your arms from his body and moved them down to his chest. You never really focused on your lovers' nipples, but when your hands grazed them, you saw the way Jungkook slightly shivered.
It gave you a thought. You pushed your hands on his abs, indicating for him to stop, and sat up. Jungkook looked at you with confusion; hands resting on your knees. He cocked his head to the side, "What's wrong, babe? Not feeling well?" You didn't spare him a glance; your eyes only focusing on his hard nipples. "No, nothing's wrong. I was just wondering if I can suck on them?" You pointed at his chest.
Jungkook's head faintly jerked back. This was new. It was always him sucking on your nipples, not the other way around. He stared at you, seeing if you were serious about this. Jungkook showcased a small downward smile. He saw your eyes clouded with lust staring at his nipples.
You were about to say something, but Jungkook crashed his body on yours; swiftly placed your mouth on his. You tried pushing him off, wanting an answer, but he only held you closer; demanding that you shut up and kiss him back.
You can never really say no to Jungkook, so you closed your eyes and fell prey to his touch. Without really realizing you climbed on his lap and somewhere in the middle you sunk yourself into his slick dick. You guys were fucking, but this time more slow-paced. You tangled yourself with him. Your arms around his shoulder, his around your torso; his hands resting on your ass. Legs wrapped around his body - crisscross style.
"Shit, baby, you feel so good." You moaned at his words. "Wanna be inside you forever. Inside this sweet, beautiful pussy of yours." You tucked your face in the crook of his neck; you were blushing. Jungkook chuckled at your actions, "Adorable."
You love fucking slow, but you wanted to be fucked hard. "Jungkook, please. I want it harder." you whimpered. Your wish is his command; fuck you hard, he shall. Your body started bouncing roughly on his dick. You were a mess; head leaned back, hair sticking to your forehead because of the sweat, arms barely holding on, toes curled, ass started feeling numb from the constant slapping, but you wouldn’t have it any other way.
Jungkook loved this sight of you. He loved the reason behind your messy exterior. He saw your neck blank; thought of an idea that involves painting you. He attached his lips to your damp neck and started coloring you. It was a little hard for him, fucking you hard and sucking on your neck at the same time, but he didn’t care if it meant that you were on cloud 9. He littered your neck with blue and purple hues, each a different size.
You couldn’t handle all the things Jungkook was doing to you. It was too much; your body felt pleasure in many areas. You were close, and Jungkook noticed. Your pussy holding him hard. Jungkook sucked some air in through his teeth; he felt like you were going to cut off his dick. He wanted you to reach your high, even though you were holding him, hostage, he fucked you hard. And to add more to your pleasure, he brought his thumb down to your cilt and did figure 8’s around them.
You felt like you were being attacked. It was so much to bare, you reached your climax and held onto Jungkook for dear life. Jungkook analyzed the way your body shook as you came. The way you held him so tight he felt like he was turning purple. Your pussy clenching and unclenching around his dick. Your shaky moans echo in his brain. He knows that you’re all fucked out.
Once your high died, you realize that Jungkook hadn’t cum with you. You pulled away immediately and stammered, “W-why? Why… Why didn’t you cum with me? Did you not feel good?” You felt bad that you were the only one who came; your eyes getting teary.
Jungkook saw the distress painting your face. He gently held your face between his hands. “No, baby. I felt so good. You were such a good girl for me.” Jungkook let go of you and sprawled his legs on the messed up sheets of your bed, and leaned back. One hand slightly behind holding his weight and the other traveling up his chest. “I just thought I should wait to cum. I wanted to grant your wish on sucking these,” Jungkook rubbed his hard nipples, “I want you to pleasure me, baby.”
Your breathing was heavy; you were nervous. “I don’t know what to do.” Jungkook grabbed your arm, so there were only inches between you two. “Just think about how I suck yours and copy.”
“Easier said than done. Jungkook your mouth is skillful.”
“So is yours. The way your mouth does wonders to my cock. Very skillful in my book.”
You wanted to suck his nipples badly, but you didn’t really think about how you’ll do it. Jungkook saw the hesitation you were displaying. He was growing a bit restless. “Baby, hurry before my dick goes limp.”
You stared up at your boyfriend, and he barked, “Suck them, ____.” You dived your head to his chest and did open-mouthed kisses on them. Jungkook took a sharp breath in, "Shit!" He brought one of his hands to your nape, gently massaging the area as you sucked him. The other wrapped around his pulsating cock, pumping it at a slow pace.
Your eyes were closed, focusing on the pleasure you were giving your boyfriend. When you swirled your tongue around his perky bud, you heard the way Jungkook let out a low groan. You opened your eyes to take a peek, and what you saw made you wet.
Jungkook had his head leaned back, the only view in sight was his Adam's apple. You saw the way his beads of sweat rolled down at every groan. You saw the way his throat danced at every gulp taken. The way his throat turns red at every passing second. You've never seen this sight of him; it was a huge turn-on.
You wanted to hear - see more of him in this state. You noticed that his other friend was getting neglected, so brought your hand up, and took him between your two fingers; pinching him hard.
Jungkook whipped his head down and yelped at the sudden act. You took his breath by surprise. He stared at you speechless; he hissed, "What the hell was that?" You halted your deed, anxious that what you did you a bad mistake. You looked at Jungkook and murmured, "Did I hurt you? 'm sorry, babe. I won't do it again."
Jungkook saw the way you were on edge. He didn't mean to sound rude. It's just the action really took him by surprise, and Jungkook was slightly embarrassed by how it kind of felt nice. His face flushed by the remembering feeling; he turned his head right, scratching his neck. Jungkook gulped, "No... You didn't hurt me." Your eyes bugged out a little bit. You watched Jungkook's face grow red by the minute. You smiled, he looks so cute to you.
You placed your hands on his thighs. "Okay? Did I do something wrong then?" Jungkook shook his head no. You were confused, "Okay, then what happened?" Jungkook was too embarrassed to voice out the reason. There was a silence roaming the room. You tried to get a better look at his face. "You have to tell me something, Jungkook."
Jungkook turned his head to you and meekly confessed, "I liked it." Your smile grew wide; you exclaimed, "That's all?" You started giggling at the situation. Jungkook got shy and hid his face in his hands. "Don't laugh."
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry, baby." You reached out and pulled his hands away from his face. You got close to your boyfriend's face; your guy's lips brushing against each other. "So, this feels good?" Your hands went back to its previous destination and tugged his hard bud. Jungkook bit his lip hard, containing his moans, almost drawing blood. He gave you a small nod to your question.
Your free hand dragged his bottom lip down. "Don't be quiet for me." Right then and there, Jungkook's head fell back, and he let out one of the loudest moans you heard escape him. In response, you moved your head down and did kitten licks to his other pink bud.
Jungkook felt so intoxicated by this new feeling. He needed more. He bent his head down and pleaded to you, "Please, don't lick. I want you to suck me like you did earlier. Suck me hard." You smirked against his chest. But before doing so, you grabbed one of his hands and placed it on his leaking cock. You smiled at him with excitement, "Just to add more love."
Jungkook loves this side of you. He loves the way you look at him with much domination. He loves the way you touch him with so much eagerness. He loves the way you pleasure him like you were the top in this relationship. He loves everything in this moment.
Jungkook grinned at you and pumped his cock with excitement. He'll do whatever you want him to. You went back and gave him the hard sucking he wished for. Jungkook moaned like a bitch; he would've thought it was embarrassing, but right now, he doesn't care. Jungkook was moaning like there was no tomorrow, so you thought you should do the same thing. You moaned against his nipple, causing the vibration to shoot through him. He shuddered at the feeling.
The hand job he was giving himself, the moaning and sucking on one nipple, and the tugging on the other were making him see stars. He now knows why girls love their tits sucked so much. You were the cause of his euphoria.
Jungkook's body started twitching, signifying that he was close. He cried out, "Please, baby. More. More. I'm close." And just as you were asked, you fastened the speed you were going and gave your lover more. "Ahh..... Fuck! ____, I'm right there!"
Jungkook let go of his cock so he could grip your shoulders. You felt his fingers drilling holes through your skin. He was cumming hard and fast. A popping sound came the moment you detached your mouth from his nipple. You watched the way Jungkook's body quivered when his high was subsiding; body tense. His moans were shaky; beads of sweat falling to the ruined sheets. You looked down to see the warm, white liquid covering your thigh, some even on your bare torso.
Once everything was calm, you lifted up your boyfriend's head and kissed him. You guys kissed so hungrily, teeth clashing, tongues fighting for dominance, moans being swallowed by each other, but in the end, he still was the one to top.
Jungkook pulled away breathlessly, not just by the kissing, but by way you sucked him so good. He stared into your eyes and praised, "You did so well, baby. You made me feel like I was on cloud 9. God, why didn't we do this sooner?" You both chuckled at the last bit. You gave him a quick kiss and proclaimed, "It doesn't matter. We have all the time in the world. I'll gladly suck - not only your delicious cock, but that divine set of twins you got."
Jungkook leaned his head back at your words. "Fuck, you're getting me hard. Don't talk like that." He got up and grinned when an idea popped up in his head. "Actually, let's take this in the bathroom. Start our round two while washing up."
You giggled at the idea. And just as you were about to get up, you said, "I love you, Jungkook." Jungkook picked you up bridal style and kissed your forehead, "Not as much as I love you, ____. End of discussion. And if you still want to argue about who loves who more, let's do it in the bathroom."
You bellied out a laugh, making Jungkook all tingly inside. "Okay, fine. But this time you have to suck mine."
"Your wish is my command, my queen."
