The closest interpretation is Nurse Jackie, a nurse who's too smart for this bull getting high and despite having a clear attitude problem, is KIND. She is kind. Her most well known scene is pretending to be a waitress's manager to go tell some finance bro off for being a douche, makes him apologize, gets herself a free lunch in the process and then returns to work high on pain-killers.
