Two words:

Religious trauma

But to put it short, it is cause by her hate for the Aeon of Volition, Mother Madeleine. Mother Madeleine has red hair herself, and those with red hair are said to be blessed at birth by her. But how Isolde was treated by her worshipers and what she was forced to believe she grew a hate for the good but gained a fear of those of red hair, even those with the slightest red streak in their hair.

Theory

I think Shadow milk cookies minions used to be Fearie cookies

Let me explain

I been thinking where Smilks minions came from. According to Candy apple Cookies story, she BELIEVES shadow milk is cookie and created her, meaning there possibly could be another past to them. Look at the two carefully:

They are both based on fruits, Candy apple is self-explanatory, but Black sapphire cookie is based on the Sweet sapphire grape, not the gem (buttriva reference the gen from his mic) and what do fruits grow into before they are fruit: Flowers

Before a fruit becomes..well, a fruit, they were flowers before they matured. And look the Fearie kingdom concept art:

Most of the art is centered around flowers, and some fearie cookies' names are inspired by flowers (ex. Sliverbell cookie, or Elder Faerie cause their have been debates he is either a moonflower or elder flower)

Lastly, another detail to point out is that both have wings

It was not the most concrete piece of evidence, but the wings could have corrupted and changed after becoming minions. They were either A: Banished from the fearie kingdom and turned to the Deceit or B: they joined by choice.

Deals Ice DMG equal to 90%-130%. Increases both Crit rate and Crit DMG by 20%. Gains 2 "Crying Child" levels.

Talent- Crying Child

Upon each attack endured, the meter will go up by one. Each level is equal to 3.44% Crit DMG, stacking up to 31% Crit overall

(Cap increases to 41.28% once meter reaches 12 (e6)

Bounus Effects

Pinky Promise - Upon each level of "crying child," Isolde gets a 2% DMG boost applied

Baby be good - After performing ult, Isolde gains 2% of HP back

Ultimate- Ti Soffoca il Sangue?

Deals 150%-210% Ice DMG, consuming all "crying child" with each level being an additional 10% Ice DMG, and increases speed by 10%
