If you want to heal, whether emotionally or physically, the first step is to identify what’s making you sick and start removing it.
Examine what you eat, what you watch, who you spend time with, the thoughts you entertain, and your habits.

Break The Generational Cycle Of Abuse With Toxic Men.
A young girl who grew up witnessing her father disrespect her mother, putting her down at every opportunity and verbally and physically assaulting her, often grows up to attract men of a similar nature.
Society often blames these women, asking why they don’t just leave or why they tolerate abuse. However, unless you've experienced this situation yourself, it's difficult to truly understand.
Expecting a woman to gravitate toward healthy masculinity when all she has known are unsafe men is nearly impossible. That is her only reference point, and anything else feels unsafe and unfamiliar.
It’s ironic how someone may feel safer with unsafe men, but that reflects our wounds.
We often see these women move from relationship to relationship, which causes their self-esteem and sense of worth to diminish with each experience.
If you resonate with this, I want to offer you some hope. You are repeating a cycle, but cycles can be broken.
This can end with you if you choose to do the work. There’s already enough trauma from the first part of your life with men like this; you don’t want to spend the rest of your life in the same situation. Your children don’t deserve that, and neither do you.
My first piece of advice is to avoid romantic relationships right now. The truth is, you are not in a state to choose healthy masculine energy at the moment. Opt for celibacy and focus on working on yourself. Start by developing your own inner masculine energy—building structure, setting boundaries, establishing standards, and learning about protection and provision.
Inner work can be complex. I own a brand, @vivaciousofficiall, that specializes in women's inner work healing to help release these wounds and attract the life you truly deserve.
Don’t wait until you find yourself in a bad situation to wake up and change. Don’t wait until you have kids to begin your healing.
Yours truly,
Jamila Audi.

YOUR PAST DOESNT MATTER.
I don’t care if you come from a broken home, have made a ton of mistakes, or dated the wrong men. That doesn’t mean you can’t go after the life you desire, and it certainly doesn’t mean you can’t become a high-value woman.
it’s not about the family you came from; it’s about the one you consciously choose to create. You have the power to break generational cycles and build a new legacy.
Don’t let society tell you that you’re damaged or you can’t strive for something if you don’t come from it or you’ve never had it.
The fact that you desire it is enough to pursue it. Lock in.

One lesson I’m learning on my journey to success and building a business is that it’s not just about strategies or how to get clients.
It’s about becoming the person who naturally attracts them. The person who consistently has clients and sales, and the person who doesn’t, are two very different people.

What inspired you to create Vivacious ? What is your vision for the brand?
Vivacious was inspired by my own journey of healing and transformation.
I went from being a severe people-pleaser with no boundaries or confidence to becoming a brand owner with a growing community of over 8,000 followers across TikTok, Tumblr, and Pinterest, all of whom are deeply impacted by this work
I see Vivacious as a sanctuary for women who are ready and committed to stepping into their divine feminine energy.
To show women that becoming a high-value woman is possible regardless of their past, and I create the tools to get them there.

How did you come up with the name Vivacious? What inspired you?
I came up with the name Vivacious when I was really young, around 17/18.
I loved the name because to be Vivacious means to be high vibrational, which is what I aspire to be and what I want the women who support Vivacious to be.
My first business idea back then was a scarf line with magnetic pins, followed by a concept for a mini resort or hotel.
When I finally discovered my life’s purpose as a light worker, I knew Vivacious was the perfect name, and I’ve had it for a long time.
