Where will I Get The Money?
As Jim's Old Fashioned Oat Bars grows, it will need to look at different financing options to handle the scale of the operation effectively.
Personal Investment
Using personal finances will probably be my most accessible option as my business grows. With this option i don't need to ask any other sources for funding, and i get to stay in full control of my business. This will only work for a short period, as the scale of the business will hopefully grow and will need to move on to different financing options
Love Money
Funding from family or friends will most likely be my second option. This option will be helpful because, we can set and agree upon the terms of the loan, and loved ones and friends most likely wont ask for interest on the loans. the downside would be that they might want equity in the company, and try an influence what direction the business is going. This route could also effect personal relationships, so its important to manage these relationships carefully to avoid any conflicts that could arise
These are the best two options for my business' current scale. As the scale of the business grows, it might be best to take out a business loan, so maintaining a good credit score will be important to secure this type of financing at a later date.

Strengths and Weaknesses
My name is James, and today I want to share a bit about myself by discussing my strengths and weaknesses.
One of my key strengths lies in my ability to manage information effectively. Whether it’s organizing data, maintaining records, or ensuring that information is easily accessible, I excel in this area. This skill has been particularly useful in both my professional and personal life, allowing me to stay organized. I pride myself on my critical thinking abilities. I enjoy analyzing situations, identifying potential problems, and coming up with logical solutions. This strength has helped me navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
Being tech-savvy is another key strength I have. I am comfortable with various technologies and enjoy learning about new tools and software. This proficiency has enabled me to adapt to new systems quickly and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Despite my strengths, I struggle with time management. Balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines can be challenging for me. I often find myself underestimating the time required for certain activities, which can lead to stress and last-minute rushes.
Alongside time management, prioritizing tasks is another area where I need improvement. I sometimes have difficulty determining which tasks are most important, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. Learning to prioritize effectively is something I am actively working on. My decision-making skills could also use some work. I tend to overthink and second-guess myself, which can delay important decisions. Building confidence in my choices and learning to trust my instincts are areas I am focusing on to improve my overall effectiveness.
