A voltron demon slayer AU.

Shiro was a powerful demon that was the leader of a cult. However the cult worshipped him and feared him for if he considers you useless or if you disobey him then you become his dinner. It didn't matter your role in the cult, if either of those things applied to you then you were a goner. So as long as you did everything you needed too and did as told then you'll be fine.

Shiro was walking around the village he lived in. It was dark out, the only light came from the many lanterns hung about. Shiro was planning on finding a dinner because he hasn't eaten in awhile but instead he ran into a man holding a baby. The man seemed to be in a rush and seemed to be in a state of panic. Shiro didn't get why the man was running especially with a baby in his arms.

So he stopped him, it was truly harmless. He was going to simply ask if the man was ok but the man flinched. This confused Shiro, he wasn't trying to hurt the man. However he quickly learned why the man was running when he heard another man yell, "Get back here you cheating scum!"

This caused the man to try to run away but Shiro stopped him and instead covered him. "Let me go, please." The man was desperate to leave. Shiro smiled a bit. "Tell me your names and I'll take you somewhere safe." Shiro looked down at the man in his arms. "I'm Adam, the baby is Keith." Adam was staring at him now, panic anf fear was written all over his face. Shiro gave him a giant smile. "Follow me."

Shiro was standing in a doorway with Keith, who was eating, in his arms. Shiro was staring at the sleeping form of Adam. Adam was curled up in Shiros bed. Adam has been there for a little over a month. However the day Shiro brought Adam to the cult building, he told Adam to sleep in this room with Keith. Shiro even asked about the man who Adam claimed to be his husband. Then once it was night, Shiro sought out Adam's 'husband' and turned him into a snack. Shiro typically wouldn't eat random people but Adam told Shiro(who begged Adam to tell him why he was running away) that his husband would beat him.

So Shiro got rid of him, after all he wanted Adam to feel safe so he'll taste better when he becomes useless to Shiro. After all, if Adam is scared for the entire time then his taste will decrease.

It's been a year since Adam had joined the cult. Keith was around a year old at this point and was making typical baby sentences. Shiro was glad that Keith was sharing his opinions on things, even if Shiro found it to be nonsense. Shiro soon learned that Adam even started to interact with others. That made Shiro feel things he never felt before.

So Shiro decided to keep Adam, at least until he passes.
